飛唔到去意大利,點都要喺香港過足口癮😍
今次去左上環一間頂級精品意大利餐廳Crit Room,餐廳由著名設計師Barrie Ho何周禮先生設計,親自操刀以黑、白無彩色調為餐廳的裝潢主軸,將建築美學x 藝術靈魂完美結合。
Zuppa Di Mare CRIT ROOM($208.00)
熱愛飲湯一定要試下這道48小時慢煮意大利海鮮湯,鮮味十足既海鮮湯選用不同高級海鮮食材所製成,啖啖濃郁鮮甜,肥美青口更是最佳配搭,青口吸了海鮮湯,一口咬下爆出濃郁鮮味,份外滋味。
Pan-seared Kobe M5 beef tenderloin ($398.00)
入口即溶的澳洲M5神戶牛,肉質粉嫩,原汁原味,牛味濃厚,牛肉汁的油香突顯其油脂滑嫩感。神戶牛柳下配似青新菠菜汁,令賣相更鮮明吸引。亦可平衡和牛的油膩感。
Tagllerini Plemontesi con funghi porcini e tartufo nero
Hand-made 意大利雲吞,好有咬口,配以黑松露雜菌汁,極之美味。芝士味如果可以再濃啲就更加好。

之前去意大利食過墨魚汁意粉,覺得好腥,而且會食到個咀「黑蚊蚊」🤪今次係CRIT ROOM試吓,食得出墨魚汁意粉係新鮮手製,非常彈牙有質感,沒有魚腥味之餘,仲有豐富鮮味。最重要一點,個咀唔會食到「黑蚊蚊」。😍咁就唔驚食到尷尬啦。
每一餐都必須要有甜品作結尾,今次點了意籍總廚 Fabio Mariella大力推介嘅意大利經典甜品Tiramisu della casa ($78.00)。賣相吸引,最上層是意式軟芝士,香醇咖啡的香氣撲鼻而來,挑起了味蕾的神經。第二啖帶有濃濃咖啡香的Tiramisu糅合了奶味濃郁的 Mascarpone cheese丶可可粉與朗姆酒,在軟綿口感伴隨著咖啡的甘澀,中和了軟芝士的甜味,毫無甜膩感。沾滿咖啡的手指餅交織出苦與甜的滋味,夾雜芝士、朱古力的咖啡香,完美組合彼此融合帶來豐富層次,入口即融的完美口感令人無法抗拒。
吃著吃著都好像沉醉於甜品中,心情隨之變得輕快放鬆。

Amazing contemporary Italian cuisine!
Everything is made to order and the ingredients are fresh. You can tell the chef put a lot of effort into making every single dish because they all come on the table perfectly.
The restaurant was designed and owned by a local architect, so it is not surprised that the attention to detail goes from the overall decor down to the cutteries. Great experience but it comes in a high $$$$
Very hit and miss. The truffle spaghetti and their tiramisu are very good, with a special mention to their tiramisu. Smooth, and good portion, and delightful. However, there were a few teething problems, as it seems like there was a lack of staff to service the restaurant, and the steak was ordered to be medium, but came in rare. All in all, not bad, but may be need a visit in another few months to see.

現時8月真底食,Lunch只$288 有4道菜。
It’s a new Italian restaurant opened at an interesting neighborhood by an architect. Ambience was good but the background music was too loud even for lunch. Food presentation was great. Taste-wise, it was ok but unable to impress. Hams were good, pasta was ok with dominant black truffle flavor but lack a bit of sophistication. Grilled lamb cutlet was the least impressive as the meat was not tender enough & the dish was too oily but not even warm. The best was the dessert with well balanced & rich flavors with crunchy nut texture. At a price of almost HK$400, it was not cheap & not appealing enough to merit a second trial.

【愜意品嚐太平山街的氛圍和味道】
太平山街很特別,與香港最繁忙的中西區只有幾街之隔,但卻完全流露出遠離喧囂的氛圍,沒有烏煙瘴氣的馬路,更沒有忙到喘不到氣來的上班族。只有藝術小店與老街互相交錯,每一步都有挖到寶的驚喜。
今次,選了一間充滿工業風裝潢的意大利餐廳CRIT ROOM 食生日飯。
(1) Italian Meat Ball (10/10)
這道菜是常見的意大利菜,平民至意粉屋都有,
CRIT ROOM 的優勝之處,除了有賞心悅目的賣相,還有肉質鮮嫩Italian Meat Ball的口感,配搭秘製的番茄汁。
(2) Red Shrimp Tartare with Caviar (10/10 )
是道外型與味道兼備的菜式,打造成餅狀的蝦肉無比鮮甜
其中一半表層鋪上法國魚子醬
豐腴油滑的魚子醬與鮮甜的紅蝦完美結合,回味帶甜
廚師巧妙地罷放少量Parsley,中和一下口中的飽滿感
好讓你能準備品嚐下一道菜式
(3) Grilled Lamb Cutlets(8/10)
沒有令人接受不到的膻味,外層微微脆邊,內裡Juicy,是大廚拿捏火喉的功架。
(4) Panna Cotta (9/10)
本人是完全臣服於那入口即溶的口感!
還有帶香朱古力及香奶味的回甘,是不能抗拒的意大利經典甜點。

I tried calling this place for days and every time, it went straight to voice message. I left my number but no one called back. If its not closed down, wouldn’t bother to go there as you could expect the level of service u get.
Food was average. Service was good but ambiance is… non existent.
