店員態度極差，呼喝顧客取餐；環境衛生不佳，地板濕滑，有職員在店面而沒有即時清理。
Very slow and taste bad
必勝客……我兒時已經好想食意大利薄餅，因為當時家住南區，必勝客並無分店，要約埋親朋戚友出中環先可以食到，所以特別開心好味。
最懷念當時有自助沙律吧，可以大顯身手。有無限時間及食物俾我自由發揮，想砌個沙律塔有幾高就砌幾高，真係好開心又好玩，但依家無得砌啦！唔知幾時必勝客又再次推出自己沙律吧服務，可以讓我懷舊一下往事。
依家必勝客就走多元化路線，食物質素保持水準。但有時候新加入元素頗為大膽，食物味道不太配合，希望日後管理層多聽大眾心聲及作出改善。

Beautiful view restaurant
This pizza hut is close to my office. So I always order takeaway. The food is great but poor customer service.
適合潮人到的地方
Customer service was so and so. But what’s worse was that they serve non-pizza food with tin foils which is very bad for the environment (which is the reason I give a low scoring) and just for convenience. The location is quite hard to find. But the pizza was alright.
Its the same ol PizzaHut u get anywhere round the world, watch the portions they give u A LOT, and table seating is limited.

Worse pizza Hut in Hong Kong. No waiters, just cashier and cooker doing all the work. None of them speak English, and provide a quite rude service. They put the condition air freezing cold to encourage take away instead of table. Most of the time the background music is off. Food just average…

最近提供半價自取Pizza 很經濟 以Pizza 來說 這個價錢 算是很抵食 味道也很好服務都很周到 只係略嫌音樂大聲咗一點 感覺有點嘈吵

Me and my bf went to this pizza place yesterday night and there were nobody there, the place seem to be really busy for delivery so we waited for the cashier lady however she acted like she didn’t see us at all and we were just standing there waiting for about 10 mins, so we decided to ask her and she ignore us and we tried to speak to her towards the end she simply trying to say that we needed to wait for 1.30 hour so we decided not to get it.
Today we wanted to give it a try and order online before hand and just there to pick up, when we arrive after 30 minutes time the food wasn’t ready and she just printed out the receipt (it was the same lady) and then have to wait for the food for about 15 minutes, after getting the food AND we walked out we checked and realized the drinks wasn’t there …..
Overall the worst service ever and I will not return

I have both pizza here before but this time 3 years later we don’t even bake the pizza! They put the pan pizza in the oven thinking it’s a fluffy soft bread and outcomes it off the sheet has melted But this is not baking pizza it’s not a soft bread it’s supposed to burn and become acrossed especially on the pond pizza we have to do it in a metal pie piece.
I don’t know what they think we’re doing here but even in TST making a decent pizza. At home I had to take my item frying pan and put the pizza in it to get the crust should have had.
It also took 20 minutes for them to bake the pizza that should be plenty of time unless you have a so tired oven that it can’t heat anything up. You need to use at least 350 centigrade or something to cook this stuff.
