The beef stew with gnocchi was quite nice although lukewarm. The mackerel starter was a twist of lemon away from being nice. The onion tart was bland. We had to send the chicken back for being uncooked and then ask for it to be removed from the bill. It was a Sunday – maybe this makes a difference. Nice space – wine was good. Won’t be back.

This gnocchi is legend!
The food is not bad at all, but I doubt I will go back as the service was really bad. The food is 4*,but I am rating the full experience as 3 stars mainly because of the service. The ladies who were bringing people to the tables and serving the tables were acting like school teachers, scolding customers. They were not polite and they had no table or restaurant manners. They need to be trained properly.
Got recommended to visit this newly opened gem and everything was great! Good customer service and all the food was delicious.

Decoration is great, you really feel like you are in the South on France : super relaxing .
Service team is professional and very welcoming: make you feel confortable like you were home.
Chef Stephane Guillas is taking care on the Cuisine, we can definitely feel is strong kitchen background in the plate.
The menu, full of freshness, is perfectly adapted to the South of France concept and ideal for the warm HK summer.
I would recommend the seabass carpaccio and petit farcis Nicois to start and for the main the Ravioles de Royan with truffle and the Pigeon roti.

Food was excellent, from the starter to the main. I recommend the octopus 🐙 which I didn’t have time to make a photo, it was soo delicious 😋 ;

This restaurant pays homage to the Italian history and presence in the South of France. There is an eclectic mix of French and Italian cuisine. The cooking is taken seriously and is well presented.

Nice French / Italian place with excellent service (Very caring and nice staff). Food is kind of typical from South France / North Italy.
Main dishes and starters are good. Desserts excellent. Prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is very nice.
Tbey don’t have an alcohol licence yet, so you can bring your own bottle which makes even a better deal given how reasonable the dishes are. Rush before they get their licence 🙂

New French/Italian restaurant in PoHo with lovely relaxing decor and great food. There were a lot of French diners on the night I was there, which is a good sign. The food did not disappoint. The lobster risotto was rich and comforting and the risotto was just the right texture. And I could tell that fresh lobster was used rather than frozen. I would definitely come back again.

I like this restaurant. I found the ambiance to be uplifting and the food good. I would come back. I can say that it was a bit difficult to get the attention of a waiter/waitress when I was trying to get the attention of one (every time). The level of service attention needs work but I’m sure they will work this out. There are a lot of banquettes against the wall – they are a bit narrow and not that comfortable. If you go to Nissa La Bella, reserve a table with normal seats – it will be more comfortable. Otherwise there is not much about this restaurant to disappoint for this price range. I’d go back again.

Asked for Medium rare. this is a serious food hygiene issue. couldn’t even cut the meat. not a food as it was not cooked. not even undercooked it was just RARE MEAT. How could you expect me to eat thist??? Talked to them for the feedback but no action was taken.Seriously this is a Rib-eye 300g. Wasted time and money. NEVER WILL GO AGAIN!
Not a bad place, very solid, but nothing that made it stand out and earn 5 stars. Try the socca as a starter.

Fine dining food in a casual and relaxed environment.
We loved everything that came! The foie gras terrine, steak tartar and especially the parmesan crusted lamb! The steak tartar us perfectly seasoned and the portion is quite generous. The lamb is cooked perfectly medium rare and the parmesan crust goes really well with it. the bread is also flavourful too.

Despite of being expensive, it is a real french experience on the service and the menu. Highly recommend the foie gras, and the carpaccios. The deserts where also great and we got really satisfied with the portions
Food was was just ok/average, nothing offensive, but at the same time nothing special. It was on par with home cooking to be honest. In fact the mixed steamed veggies with the fish dish were very over cooked. Venue was quite nice, spacious and not cramped like many HK restaurants.
Very lovely evening. Very attentive & friendly service. Food super tasty. On a Monday night it was very quiet & relaxing. Highly recommend if you want southern French food.

Actually it has been a difficult evening. The staff forgot one starter and it took 30mn to get it back … as my 2 friends were waiting me to get their main … unfortunately the main dishes were again delayed by another 30mn … ( steak tartare is raw beef … so no cooking time needed, ??? ). To be fair the food was good but the staff was struggling. Finally realising that it was quite an hectic dinner for us… they offered us one dessert … nice repair which explains the 3stars ! We’ll make another try…
A beautiful, sweet French restaurant with bright, happy interior and friendly staff. Plenty of good wines on offer, and a simple, down to earth menu. We enjoyed the socca, burrata, and ravioli. My only mild complaint is that the menu is quite meat-centric. Vegetarian and vegan diners might not find quite as much choice as they’d like.

Wow, the food is great. Since cooking start when you order the food, so be patience and wait. Price is reasonable but not cheap. AZ it is in the middle of 上環old Town, the surrounding and street scene is quite interesting

Food was really bad. Insipid mayonnaise came with 2 different dishes. Fish was overcooked, steamed veggies had no taste. The chickpea crepes are miles from what you can have in France. No tapenade..
Best dishes were the one without much preparations, namely oysters and mussels.
Ambiance is quite nice, service is decent.
A nice French restaurant specializes in offering Nissa Mediterranean food. It’s a very busy restaurant packed with people particularly during lunch time. Service level was average as the staff were in a rush. We liked the Chef Stanfanie, a n attentive one who would look after your interest. Average per visit: approx HKD300 per head.

Came here to take a friend for a belated birthday meal, and it did not disappoint. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My guest remarked how appealing the space was, and also enjoyed his main course of fish. I had the lentil and octopus salad, which was savory, and the ravioles du Royans. The former was delicious, and while the latter were a tad overcooked, and may have been better served in a less rich sauce, I was still happy to have a rare treat in HK. Nissa la Bella is a great destination for those looking for a French/Niçois meal in the Sheung Wan area
Nissa La Bella is a great spot for dates & girls night! It is not too expensive, with the amazing dishes & nice wines! A bit hard to find from the map, but you won’t be disappointed!
Highly recommend their grilled octopus, nicoise salad & daube nicoise!
