今次呢間餐廳有意思啊，係一間社企餐廳來的，收益會幫助兒童中心嘅小朋友
環境都好寬闊，裝潢都好華麗
今日食嘅主要係6道course的晚餐，而且價值都幾親民
先奉上數款麵包，可配上牛油、蒜蓉茄醬等
第一道因帶子售罄改為香煎鵝肝，鵝肝兩邊煎得香脆，中間位置肥美，入口即溶帶油香，配上青蘋果汁醬感覺不油膩，旁邊仲有無花果比你清清口腔
蟹肉蘆筍意大利飯，其實係將露筍預先切成粒狀扮作意大利飯，仲加入蟹肉，感到清新又鮮味
香濃龍蝦湯夠晒滑身，仲有一小粒龍蝦在其中
香橙雪葩是用來中場清清口腔，微酸感覺清新
香煎黑鱈魚外皮煎得微嫩，魚肉非常嫩滑，旁邊鋪滿香蒜奶油令魚肉更美味
主菜我選了香煎法國牛柳，5成熟中間微粉，牛肉味都濃，旁邊伴碟仲有南瓜粒及青瓜粒等，佢個汁係柚子醬和洋葱大蒜燒汁，出奇地夾更美味
我朋友就食了香焗龍蝦配榛子巴馬臣芝士忌廉汁，朋友讚帶子大粒鮮甜，龍蝦都爽彈，火雞卷啖啖肉又夠嫩
最後到甜品紅桑子慕絲雜蛋糕，旁邊仲配上雜莓及比利時咖啡雪糕，真係勁滿足又完滿的一餐晚餐
環境不錯，晚餐有五道菜，侍應態度良好，每道菜有講解。

Consistently good food and service. But probably not the most authentic French cuisine. The 5-course set dinner is great value and be sure to leave room for the signature soufflés! The restaurant is a social enterprise with profits going towards the Benji centre which the owners founded for under-privileged children with speech difficulties.

You can’t believe this restaurant be a NGO , an non profitable organization. Because they provide fine food with fresh quality. Also , good service with details . I came there for about 3 to 4 years , and it still goes well. I would recommend.

意粉手工還差了一點,仍未到彈牙的地步,但總比冧好！蝦一隻熱隻凍,帶子全是暖的,咖啡不似咖啡！餐牌寫白汁海鮮,但發現不到有白汁！？但值得一讚是湯和餐飽,很捧！
