Really love the food in there and we spent such a lovely New Year Eve at Bacchus, the chicken was aged perfectly, also love the Brioche perdu and the wines were amazingly well paired.

磯燒西班牙蜜糖冧酒豬鞍。用冧酒、蜜糖醬慢煮而成嘅西班牙黑毛豬鞍,經磯燒後切好上碟,擺盤賣相唔錯❤️!望落已經好粉嫩,食落就更加不得了,肉味濃郁而且好腍滑,一啲都唔柴🤤!

紐約芝士蛋糕。芝士蛋糕厚實,入口綿滑,芝士味亦香濃。再以士多啤梨、紅莓、雜苺醬點綴,酸酸甜甜嘅味道,令芝士蛋糕食落唔會好滯😚。

餐廳嘅signature無酒精飲品,以接骨木花作為茶底,再加入檸檬汁同ginger ale,飲落就似杯好清新嘅香檳咁🌿~

A happy first visit to Bacchus, we love all the dishes the Chef recommended and prepared. All beautiful, tasty and uniquely presented.
Food tastes so mediocre that I didn’t want to even take photos… Over-priced and under-delivered. Service is good. But the food seriously needs more work and thought: not well-seasoned, freshness is ok, bad flavors. The steak was way too greasy

This is totally the best hidden gem in Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan! There is no place like home and Bacchus Wine & Restaurant is definitely a second home away from home – the wine lover’s living room!
Bacchus wine & Restaurant, wine goes first! With more than 800+ selections of wines from the Burgundy and Bordeaux classics to the new world treasures, Bacchus is an ultimate wine hub for wine connoisseurs in the city.
As for the food, Asian-inspired French cuisine is spotted! Operated and managed by chef Mickael Messina, Bacchus manages to perfectly translate the idea of “Easts meets Wests”! Signature dish, “12 Days Dry Aged Chicken ” is a bomb. Will definitely come back for more!

Came here for lunch as it’s been on my list to try. The set lunch is $498pp. Which includes 4 courses: appetiser, soup, main, cheese/small dessert. The food was mediocre, nothing was impressive. The cheese bread at the beginning would have been nice if it were not cold. Wine was set at a decent price.

Nothing wrong with the food but the service was soooo BAD!!!
We were sitting in the terrace and it rained. We had to grab everything and stand in the restaurant. We asked the young girl if we could sit in one of the empty tables for 10 mins to finish our bottle of wine. She kept saying they are fully-booked even it’s 6pm and no one gonna show up in another hour.
We even saw them gossiping about our for standing next to the bar. The guy kept saying we were blocking their workplace. Please give some proper service trainings to your employees.
超垃圾服務!一開始我哋坐户外,但突然落勁大雨,我哋問可唔可以坐入嚟一陣,因為我哋仲有半枝酒。
啲員工串過地盤佬咁話:「吓?我哋啲枱全部都有人book咗」,但明明仲係6點而且全場得我哋一枱客,佢哋iPad上寫全部係7點booking。
我哋企係廚房門口唔夠5分鐘,佢哋成班員工就係度大大聲講我哋壞話,話我哋阻住佢哋做嘢(全場得我哋一枱客)

Very nice vibe, quiet and serving good food. Being there at Valentines day for a 4 courses menu. Staffs are very friendly and polite. I can see everybody also having good moment as well. Will check here out more frequently.

Stunning dinner at Bacchus Wine & Restaurant. We had the three course set dinner paired with great recommendation of two exclusive champagnes 🥂🍹 (plus Alain Milliat mango juice for me 🤰🏻).
My personal top 3 highlights are 1) the magic golden box of Black Prawn 🍤Tartare topped by Caviar and Triple Smoked Salmon Roes served with the Crispy Shiso Leave 🌿; 2) the one-of-its-kind 5-Day Dry Aged Pigeon 🐦with Savoy Cabbage Compote, Potato-Mascarpone Waffle🥔🧇, Morels; and 3) the not-to-miss Tiramisu on Speculoos Biscuit and Lemon Zest.
Of course the rest dishes are also beautifully executed! 😋
Love the storytelling by the Restaursnt manager on each and every dishes and drinks for us, which enlighten our whole dining experience 😋☺️ we got a lovely photo souvenir at the end of the dinner so super sweet ! 🥰
Right on Hollywood Road, Bacchus (i.e. God of Wine) serves not just food and wine, but a culinary experience with a creatively-crafted gastronomic menu, truly unique French cuisine with an Asian touch in Hong Kong!

白露筍配三文魚籽,法國白露筍三月當造,現時就吃到最鮮甜美味的時刻。

120天風乾熟成牛扒,用上牛後臀肉,約四成熟,煮得剛剛好,油脂度高而肉汁鎖在內,顯得肉質嫩滑,配薯蓉、番薯蓉、榛子和威士忌。
45-Day Dry Aged Tamahawk with Homemade French Fries
45天風乾熟斧頭扒,相比以上一道,這款牛扒較富焦香,肉汁也更為豐富,各有各喜好,我就較鍾意120天那款。

除了牛扒外,燒雞亦以風乾來處理。
Seafood Pasta
份量好大,單是龍蝦已經令眾人開心不已,其他的海鮮如蜆、蝦等,所有的海鮮就合成為濃郁的汁,因此不要只吃海鮮,一定要吃埋意粉,皆因麵條盡吸海鮮的精華。
這晚的人均消費約$1,000,有點像團年或聖誕的感覺,A La Maison菜單食物非常豐富,環境和氣氛又令我感覺愉快。

**又係法國經理出場,佢推架煮食車出嚟,即場煎呢個香橙火焰薄餅,用上Grand Marnier 香橙甜酒,夠正宗。食時配上雪糕,冰火口感,個crepe軟綿好味,好香橙酒味,呢個甜品唔係間間法國餐廳都會有,所以一定要試。
Throw a birthday celebration for my partner at this gorgeous fine dining restaurant. 5-course set menu was impressive with the attentive service and the restaurant’s ambiance. The dishes included creative and flavorful appetizers, a pre-main course featuring 5J Iberico ham risotto, and a main course of rare and delicious Brittany Le Rouget fish with ratatouille. The pre-dessert was champagne sorbet, and the desserts were the Rum Baba and the Chocolate Tart. It was a romantic and enjoyable dining experience.

法式蛋餅批底鬆脆,蛋餅中間有些肉餡,十分惹味。
Richelieu Pâté en Croute served with Red Onions Jam & Gherkins
法式肉批用了肝醬及肉醬釀入批內,加上醃製過的紅洋葱,味道配搭得剛好。
鱸魚
煎至皮脆肉嫩,加上特製的醃蔬菜及醬汁,更添風味。
Club Sandwich
烤牛肉、薯仔及紅洋葱,表面再加上芝士焗至半溶,三文治餡料豐富又好味。
Opera cake
朱古力味濃郁,但又不會太甜。
Cheese of the day
芝士咸味感較重,配上果醬及麵包可平衡咸味感。
Hidden away on the third floor of a Sheung Wan building, you can expect sophisticated French dishes and a spacious outdoor terrace here.
We came for lunch at the terrace (they also have happy hour deals), but luckily the waitress let us sit inside to escape the heat.
The lunch set ($268pp) has 3 courses. For starters, we got the Quiche Lorraine and Richelieu Pate en Croute, which were both elaborate pastries that started off our meal strong.
We absolutely loved the Club Sandwich, which had a French twist with unique ingredients and extra crispy fries. The Linguine Pesto was also incredibly refreshing with the cured ham being the perfect finishing touch.
The desserts were less impressive compared to the appetizers and mains, but still above average and enjoyable. The Opera Cake had a nice spongy texture while the Roquefort Cheese might not be for everyone with its strong pungent aroma.

✨價錢方面好合理,性價比好高,因為食材高級,俾食客體驗傳統Fine Dining嘅一晚❤️ 小編一行五人,全部一致大讚👍👍🥰
🥐點餐後,隨即送上Gougere,食完真係胃口大開。Gougere 係一款用芝士同麵糰烤製而成嘅小食,係法國布爾岡地區嘅特色小食之一。佢嘅外形同泡芙好似,但口感就唔同啦,因為佢入面有芝士味🧀,好香濃!

Staff好推介白蘆筍,白蘆筍排列整齊,上面撒滿咗黑毛豬火腿粒同三文魚籽。入口之後,白蘆筍爽脆清甜,火腿粒香濃美味,三文魚籽嘅鮮味則令整個菜式更加豐富。(小編之前食過一間名酒店嘅自助餐,都有白蘆筍,可能係唔當做,係有啲甘苦。所以今次食到咁清甜多汁嘅白蘆筍真係好感動🥹)

個人比較喜歡這道主菜,紅燒豬腩肉所選取的部位肥瘦雙間,是最完美的口感,烹調手法跟平時有點不同,豬皮烤至帶燶狀態,所以吃起來有焦脆的味道,建議要垂直切下去品嚐,伴碟有南瓜蓉配麵包脆粒🐷

三文魚籽每粒都飽和 顆粒間都在口腔裏爆開
配搭鮮甜三文魚切粒 混合淡淡的橄欖油
淡淡魚香不會搶過整體風頭
反而整體映襯的不錯 作為前菜清淡的舒服
Quinoa Salad
沙律份量偏多 以藜麥作主要
配沙律菜加蔬菜碎 口感有層次分明
腌漬過魚肉偏酸
淋上醬汁 沙律會更清新
Seafood pasta
豐富海鮮拌炒意粉 充沛濃厚海鮮味
貝蝦香氣撲鼻 醬汁被意粉吸收
意粉質地爽口 吃起來不會有太強負擔感
蝦肉甜帶嫩 蝦頭有甜膏
蝴蝶蚌 帶子 鯖魚 蝦肉 肉質都滑 表面有微微煎過
Dry aged wagyu D-runp
熟成風乾過牛肉 保留及增加牛肉大量肉香
半熟狀態依然有肉質鮮嫩
比較平時會有少許乾 但嫩滑及香氣保留得很好
薯片用橄欖油去焗烤過 微焦但香口
另外有配偏酸的果醬 果味香有香草在裏面
醬料沾點牛肉 增加清新感
最後有個小甜點 歌劇院蛋糕
層次分明的蛋糕體 朱古力味主調
但都帶點咖啡香氣 偏苦甜 香濃系列
環境真的挺舒服 服務員也很貼心的

平時呢間餐廳食Lunch 同Happy Hour 會安排坐露天嘅Terrace 位置,屬於Terrace menu。但系我去的時候因為下雨關係就安排了坐室內。
室內的位置比較悠閒,室內的位置就比較高雅,是兩個不同氣氛。
lunch set $298/位 包括開胃菜,前菜,主菜,甜品。

擺盆好靚,上面嘅三文魚子一啲腥味都冇,配合埋下面嘅三文魚粒粒,口感豐富。
Seafood Pasta
超多海鮮,兩個人分享都可以每人各款海鮮有一件,扁意粉的醬汁也很好吃,而且煙韌彈牙。
Dry Aged Wagyu D-rump
Medium Rare,有牛味,Juicy,tender ,墊底的薯仔片煎得很香脆。

Risotto,小龍蝦入口鮮甜,肉質嫩滑細緻,微彈,搭配帶有薄荷嘅葉和乾番茄,西班牙伊比利亞辣香腸味道嘅燴飯亦為整道菜增添層次。
甜品係外籍廚師即席烹製嘅crepe, 將糖,牛油,橙汁煮成汁,加入橙酒,高高嘅火焰盡收眼簾,口感同味道都岀色,為呢餐劃上完美句號!
