雞皮薄而焦脆 陣陣炭烤味
就咁食已經好好食 點埋個酸辣魚露又會更惹味

其實唔係好食得出係鴨肉 冇乜鴨香
話係普通豬肉碎都信 anyway味道係不錯的
酸酸辣辣 幾鍾意有埋香脆嘅炸豬皮
雖然有啲難一次過放入口😂但又增添咗口感同香氣

厚薄適中 每塊都燒得好平均 唔會有啲過火嘅硬邊

基本上都係比呢個吸引到先決定嚟
但真係幾失望 唔知係咪我哋都好晏先嗌
廚房已經唔夠泰奶用定點 完全唔係啲cm講嘅超濃郁泰奶味
而係越食越淡 仲要只有表面有煉奶嘅位先甜
珍珠亦都冇乜咬口 份量都比較少

One of my favourite Thai restaurants in Hong Kong! This place serves an alternate Thai food from the northeast Isaan region so it’s not your typical Thai restaurant. The food is really delicious, well spiced, and there is a huge variety. The interior and decor is suited for hanging out with a group of friends and just having a good time. Drinks were also very well made- loved my spicy margarita.
Standout dishes are the grilled pork neck, the wagyu, beef salad, the crab rice, and the salted fish. We ended with dessert with standard, mango, sticky rice, but the real winner were the dumplings.
food is great. forgot to take a pic. was excited to eat. will definitely come back.

As a thai person, the taste is authentic. However the portion is very small, and main problem they have is to serve all food together in the timely manner….for our case, the first dish to the second and third dishes took 10+ mins…and the 3rd to 4th took 20 mins+
it would be great to rearrange the queue in the kitchen

Chachawan has been on my list for sooo long and i’m truly happy to finally get a table there! personally, i think they strike a fair lunch deal with great flavours, would recommend if you’re hoping to try some authentic northern Thai cuisine 😍
🐷 Sai Krok Isan – Grilled Isaan Sausage HKD98 🐷
The sausages are served as skewers and are so cute to look at! they’re cooked to perfection with a crispy yet chewy exterior and a soft, flavourful meat 🧂
🔥 Khor Moo Yung – Grilled Pork Collar HKD168 🔥
Gotta say, this is a true delight. If you’re a huge meat lover, don’t hesitate to get this full plate of grilled pork neck. The meat is well-seasoned and charred to perfection that keeps the meat tender, moist and juicy! it also pairs fabulously with the dipping sauce, making it easy to be my favourite of this meal 😚
🦀Khao Pad – Wok-fried rice w/ crab meat HKD168 🍚
The portion’s perfect to share between 2 persons. Compared with others, it’s rather unsurprising, but still full of umami. Recommend to add some fish sauce to the rice to bring out the flavours, overall it’s a great dish

Would recommend the meat-based dishes.
Would not recommend the crab-egg omelet as it’s literally just one omelet and for the same price, you’re better off ordering any of the meat dishes.
It’s like a Maxim’s/Cafe de Coral, but for Thai food, and at 3x the price. Flavor and quality of food was fine, though you’re paying more for location than the food itself.
Drinks were fairly standard and a good deal during HH.
Green mango pieces for dessert was fairly unique, though it’s probably not worth yearning over.

Gai Yang
Craving for Thai food but don’t know where to go? Authentic Isaan Thai cuisine, this restaurant has been known for amazing food and vibe. Seeing the same familiar faces (been going to this restaurant since 2017) means that this place is managed extremely well. Kudos to Ryan who went out of his way to make us feel like VIPs when we had challenges with the champagne list. He had a solution or our problem which can be rare in the service industry in HK. Tony who made sure our table is always attended to, (and made sure the spice level has been adjusted) Joey, Caelle and Yan Yan who ran everywhere to make guests happy. Each time we dine is an excellent time.

Crab fried rice and grilled fish were the best. I also had pork skewers and chicken on another night, and they were great too. Their coconuts were big ones so there were a lot of water in them. The service was always great, even though the nights I went were very busy. However, the environment can get a bit noisy as customers tend to talk loudly.

Hands down my favourite Thai restaurant on the Island side.
Service is usually very friendly and the food is fire. Their grilled sea bass, Pad Thai, and crab fried rice are always amazing!
