hainan chicken takeaway: chicken was over cooked and tasted very dry.. the rice was cooked with too much water and the texture wasn’t pleasant. guess ordering chicken rice at a noodle place was my fault
加東兩字是我的美麗誤會!點海南雞飯和叻沙。飯、醬和雞分三次上檯。對加拿大人來說雞是滑的,甜鼓油和醬很好。飯稍硬。叻沙湯底不算好,豆卜還是硬的。
串燒味道唔錯,叻沙湯底濃,但麵質硬及配料一般。
叻沙味道香濃,偏重椰香味
特別有醃製蛤蜆為配料,有鮮味
但預設既瀨粉竟然少部分黏成一舊,係其一敗筆

非常美味的 喇沙 最愛吃牛舌喇沙
好味,價錢合理
朋友帶著我去吃星馬菜,今天再嚐喇沙,和昨天印象猶新的喇沙比較,今天的湯較稠膩、濃味,但昨天的更清鮮、芬香和吃得更舒服。蝦是昨天的更新鮮。兩者價錢也差不了太多,明顯是昨天的喇沙好太多了。另外點了肉骨茶,偏甜,支竹還未煮透,比起北角的肉骨茶店差太遠了。

Tried bakuteh. The soup is just too much of red dates flavour hence too sweet No danggui flavour at all. Meat just too dry and tough.
Staff were OK, they were willing to provide extra minced garlic when I asked for it. Hkd 85 is quite pricey.
十個人十種口味,甜酸苦辣鹹體會人人有別,唯有相同的是馬來亞的味道,然而是否個個懂得又不得而知,用自家味蕾經歷來評價食品好壞其實意義不大。要了一碗正宗蝦麵,喝下了第一啖湯,味覺運作,和旅伴同遊馬拉的片段開始重播,超越了食事的二維度,整件事情是令人享受的。不過,過程需要代價。
Delicious and very authentic broth other than the noodle just not the same texture as compared to those in Singapore.
下午原本想去上環食越南河粉,然而去到卻發現已經執笠,那只好走過一條街,吃碗喇沙。
這家加東喇沙也算有名氣,所以我們當然要點一個喇沙,外加一個蝦面。餐牌的選擇也不少,主打是喇沙、蝦面、飯、小菜和飲品等。還有一個是米暹,不知是什麼來的,所以沒有點。
午飯時間上菜很有效率,這頭落單那頭便到了。不過這裏除了午市套餐的蔥油豬扒蛋飯配比較實惠之外,其他的價錢也頗貴,而且也不包飲品。
80多元的價錢不包飲品,當然對喇沙有期望。無可否認喇沙個湯底係好飲嘅,椰奶味好香,微辣亦醒胃,但配料卻不見得很豐富,整碗喇沙吃下去,除了吃到幾隻蝦,便是豆卜,沒有感覺到性價比相乎。
蝦面更加不用說,雖然外加了一碗蝦湯,味道十分濃郁但偏鹹。蝦麵則感覺是一碗普通的炒麵,唔見得出有任何特色,不過勝在是料比較豐富。
同事說以前來質素好好多,而且無咁貴,依家估唔到質素差左。我沒有食過以前,所以無從比較,不過食完呢次,午餐應該都不會再來。

叻沙蝦麵都ok, 但其他就。。。。。。
Tbh there are not much as good Singaporean style dry noodles as this one in Sheung wan.
Usually you will order for laksa, but the descriptions of the dry noodleon the menu catch my eyes. And I’m right, the noodle is sure one of the best I have ever tried. With the use of the pig oil to cook, the noodle’s favor has been cooked out. And the texture of noodle is well fried with sauce all covered on every single noodle, mixed well with the fried garlic.
And the shrimps, as you can see from my photos, it is salted but freshy. With the surprising clear shrimp soup aside it combines perfectly for this serve.
The restaurant also serves bak Kut teh and kaya toast. So if you miss a bit of home taste from the lovely Singapore, I’m sure this please will heal your homesickness.
Putting cockles in the soup is the reason why it’s Laksa is authentically Singaporean.
有獅蚶嘅叻沙先係正宗新加坡style!「特色叻沙」椰香撲鼻,甜而不膩;一碗先賣$108,唔貴呀。最好試埋有豬油撈過嘅「正宗蝦麵」,另上嘅汁其實可以當湯咁飲,一啖撈麵一啖湯,加埋豬油渣,口感可以話係好豐富,而且味濃得來唔係死鹹,唔點嘢飲都OK㗎。PS:一至五12:15之前入座應該仲有位坐嘅。
好底吃,好有南洋風味!
叻沙有不同的種類,所以在不同的餐廳吃到的味道都會不一樣。
最近去了位於上環的 加東叻沙蝦麵 就覺得這間的湯底很對我的口味囉!
叻沙之外,還有蝦麵、肉骨茶和海南雞飯之類的
可能因為店在內巷再加上星期六下午2點多左右的關係?完全不需要等位呢
因為第一次來吃,於是點了 – 正宗叻沙 ($84)
湯底很濃厚惹味,在微辣當中有椰奶的香和甜~會忍不住想多喝幾口呢
但最特別的是這裡有提供螄蚶作為配料
我是第一次在香港吃叻沙見到它,其他配料還有蝦、魚片、豆卜和雞蛋
另外可選油麵+米線,份量頗多。不太餓的話建議叫少麵。
朋友點的是 – 香煎牛脷、豆卜叻沙 ($73)
煎過的牛脷很香又大塊,而且口感算是頗軟稔的啊!
飲品方面,這裡有一些養生的選擇喔
話梅柑桔水 ($33/熱) & 生薑果纖蜜 ($24/熱) – 不會很淡味。
鮮味
Visited this Laksa shop late afternoon at a weekend. There were just a few customers. Ordered Laksa with shrimp, fish cake and deep fried bean curd. Laksa soup was good. Disappointed that there was only 1 shrimp cut into 2 halves but lots of fish cake and bean curd.
It is relatively expensive given its size.
正宗喇沙:有獅蚶夠正宗,湯底夠濃,唯一蝦太少得兩細隻,八十幾蚊就實在有啲貴,加埋飲嘢要成舊水。
要在香港吃到一碗較為正宗地道的叻沙,這店是不二之選,首要是湯頭用料豐富,濃郁帶蝦乾鮮味,其次是要加上螄蚶(鮮蛤),第三是要有豆卜,最後是摻摻(米粉加油麵)。唯一挑剔的螄蚶太少,未能增強湯頭鮮味,整體而言,確是值得一試。
星期日下午4:00入到去叫咗嘢先話今日做早D,冇豆卜又唔出聲,鮮油咖央多士冇鮮油又唔出聲,問到先話用哂,其實點會冇牛油吖唔想做可以話比我.好差😡😡😡 …
To me a perfect Laksa should have cockles like this store. Only a few have them. Taste wise – awesome.l
YouTube睇完片好似唔錯,第二日專登帶埋同事嚟試,食咗正宗叻沙同咖央多士,等麵其間已經覺得中伏,片入面話啲麵要冇哂水先落碗,但係我就望住我碗麵仲有條水柱就落碗,嚟到個湯底不出所料偏淡,其他料都好一般,84蚊碗冇嘢飲,唔值
聽聞加東是一間十分正宗的星馬餐廳,所以襯星期日午餐時間與太太到訪,老實說一間餐廳好唔好,睇下服務、食物品質及環境就知龍與鳳,話說一去到入座時帶了我們兩人到一張梳化,但是要搭檯,二人座一邊,中間放了一個膠板分隔,但膠片唔夠大塊,我有一半面望著對面的客人,在防疫期間都唔係太好啦,跟著見到有二人枱走便要求調過去,但果位阿哥真係唔係好願意地勉強比我地調,呢道食野要飲水請自行提出要求,服務只有在比錢時老闆娘就比較友善及多謝我地,由此可見環境及服務都只係一般,因這是小店的關係,我覺得如整個服務中留意下疫情下客人座位的安排、客人無叫飲品主動比杯水再加少少笑容同禮貌語肯定會令人客感覺好很多!食物品質就在下圖內啊!今餐2碗麵加一份多士,多謝$191蚊,老實說不能講好平及大眾化!
Katong is a laksa and prawn mee specialist on Mercer Street in Sheung Wan. It is a small place with indoor seating, take-away and delivery through foodpanda and deliveroo for those who prefer to eat from within the comfort of their area offices, homes or hotels. Opening hours are 11.30am to 9pm daily.
Recently ordered take-away from Katong. Laksa was ready in just over 10 minutes and was a large serving. The soup and ingredients were provided in separate bowls which you mix together at home. The soup had a nice sweetness from the coconut and a pungent flavour with a hint of spiciness. The ingredients – noodles, two sliced small prawns, clams, fish cake slices, tofu and egg were all fresh and made for a pretty good bowl of laksa. Would be happy to order from here again in the future.
覺得湯頭跟麵很一般,唯一的亮點只有獅蚶。

香港大部分的喇沙店的味道都是一般,難於與星加坡比較,這間的喇沙味道比較貼近,最難得是它會使用螄蚶,所以比較鮮味,可以一試。
之前食過蝦麵,回味再來。蝦麵依舊有蝦膏香,軟硬適中,附送的豆卜浸蝦汁,豆卜充滿了蝦味。海鮮叻沙材料豐富,有鰤魽,少少辣。肉骨茶偏甜,排骨剛離骨。串燒有肉汁,炒蘿蔔糕惹味。原本未夠鐘做通菜煲,但老闆娘即時幫我們烹調,十分感激🙏 …
