《Stir-fried Minced Pork with Fried Egg》 $75
The egg was over-easy egg, the yolk was runny, both sides were crispy. The minced pork was slightly spicy, which was suitable for me.
《Stir-fried Thai Style Kale》 $78
It was spicier than minced pork, they added fish sauce and bean to make it more flavorful.
《Soft Shell Crab with Egg Curry》$108
The soft shell crab was very crispy and chewy, the curry was really sweet and smooth. It was served with crispy garlic bread. I like this dish most, highly recommend you to try this cuisine.
《Fresh coconut》 $32
It was full of sweet coconut water, the coconut meat was thick and juicy.

Soup base I chose Tom Yum Kung and We have chosen both pork and beef which are giant plate of meat! Very generous! The pork neck is surprisingly good which is tender and soft!
Besides meat, they also provide complimentary portion of veggie included lettuce and mushroom and enoki mushroom, creating a good balance for dinner.

年幾前係上環返工記得食過哩間餐廳一兩次,不過印象中食物同服務質素都好一般,所以之後都冇再去過。今日過開哩頭同舊同事聚會。同事就帶左我去哩間餐廳。一心諗住見下舊同事,對食都不抱有太大期望,點知又驚喜地食到個唔錯既海南雞飯,雞同油飯既份量都好足料,雞肉肉質又好滑好嫩,個醬汁又甜甜酸酸同個海南雞好配合。
之後仲點左個泰式燒豬頸肉青木瓜沙律。個豬頸肉份量又係非常多,完全蓋過沙律部份。豬頸肉淋得黎又好爽口,燒到岩岩好👍🏼。青木瓜絲同紅蘿蔔絲粗幼適中,口感好,配上甜酸汁同帶有些少蝦乾味道,好開胃。
冬陰公海鮮湯真係好大碗,兩個人好難先飲得哂。哩款冬陰公唔太辣,反而椰汁味重,加入海鮮烹煮,湯微辣帶鮮帶甜,唔錯。
蜂蜜柚子茶好大杯😮; 椰青好大個,超甜👍🏼。

同朋友一出上環地鐵站就見到呢間餐廳係正出口隔離,所以就入左去食。呢間餐廳夜晚都好多人,所以我地要等左陣先入坐。 餐廳以木色為主,用木檯木凳,好有泰國、越南個種熱帶風情。 我地叫左芒果軟殼蟹米紙卷、香茅浸花甲同冬陰公,飲品就叫左青檸梳打同椰汁紅豆冰。
我叫嘅係青檸梳打,青檸疏打偏酸但好fresh,好適合配香辣嘅泰菜。
芒果軟殼蟹米紙卷 一碟有六件,米紙卷塊皮好薄好通透,軟殼蟹非常香脆、芒果非常香甜,裡面仲有粉絲、蘿蔔絲、菜等,口感好豐富,配埋甜酸醬,真係好好食!!
香茅浸花甲 呢個菜係用一個貯物瓶裝住,好特別。裡面有好多香料,聞落已經好香。舊舊花甲都連住肉,肉亦醃得好入味,辣辣地,好惹味!!但裡面有D花甲個殼係埋口,所以要用手整開。
冬陰公 呢個冬陰公係用瓦煲煮,幾特別。冬蔭公好有水準,味道香濃,一入口係酸味,之後浸香辣味慢慢係口裡面擴散,酸辣味控制得剛剛好,令人不停飲完一啖又一啖。湯裡面嘅蝦幾大隻多肉,仲有好多菇,菇都同蝦都非常入味。
整體來講,呢間餐廳嘅菜好有水準,價錢以上環來講唔算貴,值得一試!!

呢間餐廳個名一睇就知度入而有泰國菜&越南菜 店內環境簡約,播放住越南歌,恍如置身越南 食物方面,我首先要左一份《泰式酸辣鳳爪》$55 份量相當之大同埋賣相好吸引~ 我非常鐘意食泰式鳳爪,因為佢酸酸辣辣啱晒我口味之餘而且又冇骨! 我係鍾意到會係屋企附近既泰式小店外賣番屋企的程度!但因我覺得佢地唔夠辣所以會買番屋企加小小工 但係呢度既泰式鳳爪就非常啱我口味!夠酸夠辣! 係愈食愈辣!超 食到流晒眼淚&鼻涕都繼續食 因為友人唔食鳳爪既關係!成碟都比我食晒❤️❤️❤️ 而且配料又多!蕃茄、西芹…出手好大方. 如果你都鐘意食酸辣野就一定要試

剛從泰國回來幾天,已經很懷念當地的海南雞飯,一直想找口味近乎泰國的海南雞,也不易找,經朋友推薦和介紹來了這家曼谷志明。
不看餐牌我已有頭緒點什麼菜,就是海南雞和椰青,海南雞果然不俗,很香滑也不肥膩,每口都是肉,就像泰國的一樣,讓我太興奮了!椰青也很鮮甜,蠻大的,最愛喝完味蕾上留著淡淡的椰香。
椰汁紅豆冰是閨蜜點的,她說很好喝,不太甜,很多紅豆!
我們也點了軟殻蟹米紙卷和炒芥蘭苗;米紙卷很清新,配上軟殻蟹後口感又脆又軟,十分過癮。炒芥蘭苗也一絕,菜苗很幼嫩,加上泰國人炒菜的香料特多,加上魚露炒,很惹味,很夠鑊氣。
今餐廳喺正上環C出口隔離,係食泰國菜同越南菜。有好多唔同嘅選擇,裝修都有越南同泰國嘅特色,而且味道都唔錯。喺港澳碼頭對面, 位置放便。

當日落雨lunch好攰,經過商場, 立即被他們的裝修吸引。
第一道菜蒜蓉炒芥蘭,炒得咁香,廚師曉得在菜上灑上惹味的蒜片,這樣能做到色香味俱全 簡直就係作認真,對食客有一種驚喜。
第二道菜是明爐烏頭魚,配香味濃郁的冬陰功湯。芋頭魚有它獨有的鮮味,配上濃郁芬芳的冬陰功,加上香矛泰國薑,醒胃又提醒。最重要冇幾多餐廳可以做到這麼高水準,價錢又實惠。
以上兩道菜是泰國必叫的菜式。
令人垂涎三尺,是我吃過最好食的。
我跟姨婆非常鍾意這種開放式嘅餐廳,餐廳很大,座位舒服。

在上環逛街,看到了曼谷志明這家店,覺得這家的名字很有趣,心想究竟曼谷和春嬌與志明有什麼關係?反正肚餓,又喜歡泰國菜,便進去嚐嚐吧!!
我們二人點了四個菜。
鴨腿船麵:這個船麵很特別,它不僅是有泰國特色,還有新加坡的色彩,因為它的湯底是有點肉骨茶的味道,我愛吃肉骨茶,所以非常喜歡這道菜。鴨腿和其他配料也十分出色,尤其鴨腿是入味、嫩滑。
豬肉生菜包:要數我最喜歡的泰菜,這道必定是首選,沒有之一。清爽的生菜夾著熱騰騰、香氣四溢的豬肉碎,真是人間極品。味道淡淡的生菜加上用各種泰式香料炒的肉碎,令生菜的味道更上一層樓,十分滋味。
燒豬手:豬手的皮燒得香脆,不肥膩,肉很有咬口也有肉味,最適合愛吃肉人士,邊吃邊喝啤酒,一流!
冬陰公:湯做得很出色,味道好,辣度適中,很香的冬陰味道。配料如蝦、磨菇也很多,很快就喝光光了。
總的來說,曼谷志明的食物水準很高,人均消費也只是$200,吃得飽飽的,下次會再光顧。
店舖位置在上環站C出口隔壁,位置相當方便。我們點了火鍋,配料可選豬或牛肉,再配上蕃茄湯底及菜一碟。湯底真材實料,有很多蕃茄,也不是茄膏加水製成。配料新鮮程度亦令人滿意。
價錢是快餐店價,人均消費$88不用加一。
店子不大,繁忙時間需排隊。
