Really yummy and good prices too! The Char Siu was tender and flavorful. One order was enough to make me feel full. Will definitely come back!
Char siu here is quite good and is at a good price. You have various choices for your char siu from honey (sweet), citrus (acidic), and spicy. There is also a choice of rice as a base which is topped with a fried egg.
There really isn’t too much space to sit so be prepared to eat quickly or take your meal to go. If I’m back in the area and want a good quick meal than I would definitely come here again.

Wow Charsiu is a casual place on Hillier Street in Sheung Wen, dishing up simple, street-food version of a the popular local char siu (bbq pork) served in a bowl with rice. They have a few indoor seats but this is mostly a take-away and delivery place. Opening hours are 11.30am to 8.30pm daily (closed on Sundays).
Menu is very simple, you order your Char Siu preference and base of rice, rice & veg or salad. I recently ordered the spicy charsiu with plain rice and found this to be a pretty good, casual lunch meal. The bowl was packaged well and delivered in just 14 minutes after ordering. The pork had an expected light sweetness and a bit of spice. I did expect a spicier serving based on reviews of this place but didn’t find mine to be particularly hot. Otherwise, it tasted pretty good.
Overall, this was an interesting and rather decent food to try, something good for lunch if you’re interested in trying a typical Cantonese favourite served up in a different, modern way.

燒味飯一向是俯拾皆是的平民美食,用「平、靚、正」來形容就最適合不過,而在云云燒味當中蜜汁叉燒可算是最受歡迎款式之一。若然經過這間好叉好味,大概未必會知道它其實是間叉燒飯店,店內只得少量座位,所以大多數客人都會選擇外賣,而杯型紙製飯盒就正正方便至極。
食物款式一目了然,招牌叉燒有辛麻、柚香及焦蜜三款口味,另外亦有一款烤蜜雞扒,全部均可自由配搭菜飯、白飯或沙律。
WOW椒麻叉燒飯 ($58)
飯面放上一隻燶邊煎蛋,蛋黃與甜豉油融入飯底當中更加豐潤渾厚;叉燒與白飯梅花間竹所以每一口都能平均地品嘗到叉燒與飯,雖然稍為偏瘦但仍保留肉汁,亦沒有以鬆肉粉醃至過分軟腍,切粒方便食用而邊位烤至焦脆,配以辣油增添辛香更加惹味。
WOW焦蜜叉燒飯 ($54)
焦蜜叉燒飯與椒麻叉燒飯大同小異,但取而代之的是蜜糖的香甜,值得一提的是每杯叉燒飯雖然看似份量不多其實不然,相信即使男士們亦會覺得飽足。
蝦角 ($28)
外表有如咖哩角一樣,中間包住彈牙的蝦膠,餡料份量不多但炸得香脆酥化。
好叉好味呢個名好特別,經過都想入去了解下,原來就係主打叉燒飯嘅小店,開係上環呢條食街上看價錢都係比較中等。
呢度係除左叉燒仲有雞,本來想試潛艇堡,點知3點幾黎到已經賣曬。於是就揀左柚子叉燒飯。呢度嘅飯係用左菜飯,健康啲,比較濕潤。一層飯一層叉燒一層飯一層叉燒咁,感覺好似叉燒食極都唔完,份量幾大。超少係切粒,都幾大粒,我呢款柚子味有少少蓋過叉燒本身嘅蜜汁,係另一種感覺。
小食揀左芝士薯餅,係芝士碎粒同薯仔碎粒壓出黎,芝士味若隱若現。熱辣辣點茄汁食,同叉燒飯一齊食係一個幾新穎嘅配搭。

新派叉燒飯, 如果以平常叉燒去比較係唔同的, 冇得比。但食落去都唔錯嘅。
Tasty and hearty lunch. I tried the citrus charsiu, which was quite ok. Prob try spicy next time!
Don’t take the plastic bag/utensils if you don’t need it.
They gave good portions when they just opened a few months ago, now it’s always so small it’s laughable.
Tasty charsiu
A modern charsiu place made its debut in Sheung Wan a month ago. I’ve passed by last week and didn’t visit due to a long queue then decided to beat the crowd and stopped by earlier this time to try their 4-layer charsiu rice. I’ve noticed at the shop that you can scan their QR code and order online to skip the queue.
The slow-cooked charsiu was tender and juicy, even better when you mix the runny egg with the charsiu and the rice!
Portion wise I personally think it’s right on spot as I was satisfied (usually not the case) after the charsiu rice and the squid ball.
Looking forward to return for the citrus charsiu and the spicy charsiu rice soon.
Great selection of Chinese BBQ pork rice.

叉燒可以選擇焦蜜、柚香、辛麻及黃金(咸蛋),配白飯或菜飯。還有一隻荷包蛋。味道還不錯,我覺得叉燒可以切薄點,因為太厚咬起來不方便。
Unacceptable hygiene! Big cockroaches appeared which is absolutely disgusting! The owner is a couple from Mainland, they only care about money but not the quality of food nor hygiene. Food are putting on the floor under the stove according to someone I know, they washed the rice on the floor next to the toilet at the back door. The pork isn’t good quality of meat, there’s many black colour on the meat&expensive. with that price you can go to a traditional restaurant for good quality of cha siu rice.

Charsiu is not good. No barbecue smell, no wine and honey taste. Has a bench, but doesn’t allow you to stand dining.
網上訂飯, 我早左到, 職員話網上訂要等足30分鐘才會有, 但事實上我等了超過30分鐘仍然未有, 然後看到即場買都只需要等10分鐘
買了3次只有第一次服務態度好,後續都蠻不耐煩的(都是同一位小姐)

話說呢間都算係上環赫赫有名嘅外賣店,但我喺上環返咗成年工都係第一次食。因為見同事食過都話份量好多,所以今次係一個飯兩份share👯♀️~
WOW焦蜜雙拼菜飯 $56(Openrice外賣自取價)
我覺得個飯唔夠熱,所以用微波爐加熱過🔥,點知叮完隻太陽蛋就變咗半熟🥲。但隻蛋都仲係好好食,個邊係煎到脆脆哋,好正👍🏻~其實我覺得佢似餐蛋飯,精粹係喺太陽蛋、汁、同啲飯度,呢幾樣野真係好出色。好叉好味個「叉」應該係叉燒汁個叉~甜甜哋,好餸飯。反而啲叉燒同燒雞就冇咩特別,唔似叉燒專門店嘅出品,只能講唔柴。
Overall嚟講,都會再幫襯,畢竟$56可以兩份share~抵食!😂
