the bread is so firm, texture is so nice. I got a soft chess bread and feel that’s super Chewy. and other bread is super crunch, full of flavour.
Renovation is the kind of thing I like a lot!! yellow light and friendly stuff, remind me of New Zealand.
Good bread, their twist bread was crunchy and soft at the same time, better than the bakery across the street.
Their breads, pastries, and sandwiches never disappoint, they have sets with coffee at breakfast and lunch times, and everything is so fresh. Lovely buttery croissants too!

主要供应酥皮甜面包和欧包。焦糖牛角的外壳确实极赞，焦糖层充满罪恶的诱惑，但牛角包本身只能算及格而已。肉松米面包的肉松质量不错，但面包中夹的沙拉酱，不见得比鲍师傅之类高级。芝士米面包是个坑，所谓的米面包，口感还不如麦当劳的麦满分，没什么味道，顶着一层薄薄的烤咸芝士。粒粒芝士咸香耐嚼，可以买半条。
超級新鮮的咖啡不僅來自機器，而且來自咖啡師的專業…

臟麵包似乎很有名。
美麗的麵包店，提供“經典”產品，但也提供更多原創產品。乍一看，一切似乎都非常健康（我並不是這麼說，因為麵粉部分來自巴黎大磨坊！）。應考慮更謹慎或有節制地使用巧克力。

Wowza! This is some of the finest Hong Kong style baked goods in town! There is a beautiful blend of a French traditional mixed in with Hong Kong and Chinese flavours. If you’re after some authentic baked goods with a bit of a fancy flair then you MUST visit Paper Stone!

Best quiche I’ve ever tasted. They have some amazing pastries and breads, very innovative, tasty and yet healthy. Also possibly the best coffee in town. 10 out of 10

nice selection of pastries, wide varieties of buns. coffee is nice too. sandwiches are fantastic. however, not the friendliest of staff with sulky faces and unwillingness to answer queries. price is not cheap so buy to share is ok. location is great. no eat in and only take away. within walking distance to mtr and right in front of the tram station.

餐點略貴，但勝在好吃，可以稱得上值得。不過不能給到五分的原因是，點了raspberry chocolate mousse, 期待吃到酸甜的berry 口感，卻只有chocolate味道，過於單調。
單價29HKD, 可能以後不會特別再買這個口味
