Very disappointed. Website and Google mentioned they open at 9am. Came here and had waited for long time and still has not opened. No sign in front of store indicating store hours neither.

這是一個人排隊的商店，很多人買它作為紀念品。
與其說是曲奇本身的味道，倒不如買幾個小的，在香港旅遊的時候撒給熟人吃。
餅乾盒比餅乾更受歡迎。
在疫情期間曾買過幾次食品，當時職員態度幾好，今日约六時許再到要排隊，尚有二個時職員突然用廣告牌擋在門話收檔跟著落电閘，幾乎撞到一名男士头部，使唔使对客人，我不会再幫襯!

Not sure how pack does this place used to be but it was quite chill and didn’t have a long Q when we went there, which was good. There was also no limit to the cookies u can buy as for now, location isn’t that hard to find too, just google it but do go early cause seem like it close before the timing it state to be close at.

來到傳說中的曲奇名店，選了4味奶油曲奇，吃起來沒有預期中的好吃，感覺跟台灣曾吃過的囍餅類似，不知為何是排隊名店，幸好沒有遇到排隊

好吃偏乾，但是容易膩
圓筒的4款曲奇有點嚼勁，方筒的8款曲奇有果仁，比較沒有嚼勁，很好吃。
盒子沒完全蓋好….. 𥚃面的餅不知道有沒有通風…. 唉 …

有幾款好賣嘅都缺貨，鳳梨酥長期缺貨。
這里人很少，幾乎不用排隊。但是出行不方便。回來的時候坐的士到九龍那邊，他們不收。看來我必須走一些特殊的路線。節省排隊時間但是浪費時間等出租車。但如果乘公共汽車回來這裡可以推薦火車。
曲奇餅不錯 不會很甜

排队的人流已经不复当年了，除了等开门现在已经不需要排队了
Heard my foreign friends like this cookie so I bought some for them (product number 2&10) and kept a box for myself to try. I do enjoy the taste and texture with a cup of coffee. The shop was quiet with few customers keep coming in and it wasn’t stressful to take time for making choice. Although I do like the cookies, and it’s a nice choice for friend too, If there is long queue as how I heard it, I would not spend too much time waiting to buy it. After all there are still many nice cookies out there.

Best for your lovey person.

The shop is a distribution centre basically. No display, only posters. Too famous for their own good. But efficiency sales system and their cookies are nice.
It’s a hassle that they only accept cash, so prepare enough cash before coming.
The queue was ok during my visit on a Saturday afternoon, queued for around 5-10mins. Charges more for extra plastic bag
I visited on a Thursday afternoon around 3pm. There was no queue and I got my souvenir cookies easily. There was queue when I was leaving, a group of Korean tourists. 🙂
I know about the cookie from my HK friends and the signature ones were delicious. I did not get a chance to taste of the gift I chose, the 8 different nuts and flavors combo.
They finally have ground floor shop. Used to be super long queue for those tourists that come to HK and wanted this bear picture cookie tin cans to give as gifts when they return from HK.
