湯底不錯，少味精，店員有禮。
Delicious food at reasonable price
Simple, pleasant, informal little restaurant . Absolutely delicious Bun Cha! (Cash only)
Not bad, but only a few tables in the tiny restaurant. Good for a quick lunch.
Keep coming back for the pho bo, pho ga, bun thit and fresh spring rolls with fish. Actually , you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Consistent service and food quality. We have been coming for years and will continue to do so through covid. Great little businesses like Bun Cha deserve to be supported and survive.

Amazing pho! Recommended
Quite authentic Vietnamese food, friendly staff and reasonable price.
Food comes out quickly but tastes rather bland. Staff were not so hospitable, got the feeling that they were doing me a huge favour rather than feeling like a patron at their premises. Given the above, overpriced IMO.
Fresh spring rolls & banhmi are excellent. Also the pho noodle soup chicken is great. Will come back 4 sure.
Super tasty baguette sandwiches with minimal plastic take away
Not too bad taste wise.
The pho could use a bit more salt but otherwise quite flavourful.
Banh mi was a huge disappointment.
Bread wasn’t crispy, tasted more like a hot dog bun than a banh mi bun.
The pork neck was well cooked and flavourful but so disappointing, so stingy with the pate.
Did not pass as a banh mi at all just tasted like a pork sandwich.
Price wise is very reasonable though so maybe you get what you pay for?
A very nice authentic Vietnamese restaurant, The staff all spoke Vietnamese and The service was amazing. Not to mention there was no service charge, and the food came immediately. The portion was very generous and had a very authentic taste of Vietnam.
Says min spend $200 for card. We spent 238 and they refused to take the card, saying cash only. Also the pork neck bun cha was stiff and dry – very different from other reviews and the picture in the menu… disappointed
Very good pho with good price in Soho
Got the pho bo, the broth is really tasty but the noodles are a tad over cooked. It came with plenty of herbs garnishes. Their fried egg rolls was pretty delicious as well, wrap it up in lettuce with plenty of mint and Thai basil. So good!

OMG the pho bo is best reminds me of Hanoi! Had a great lunch yesterday and Cha nem rolls, VERY yummy!
Staff member that couldn’t speak English or Chinese and just ignored requests as a result. Instead of asking for help from the others that could.
‘We only accept cash or octopus’ despite 2 signs specifically saying they accept Visa (and the same staff member tried to put his body in front to hide the sign, as if we’re stupid)
Same staff member gave change in as much coins as possible giving $1 $2 – and not letting go off the tray wanting tips (I’m sorry, you’re not getting anything with that type of service)
Just an overall poor experience.

I left a feedback before on your google review before. Awful experience, and I went again today to the soho branch, giving you second chance. Gosh, you really need to make sure your staffs delivering service: i saw people touching the food without gloves (pandemic?), They were talking to each other in a very loud manner (i mean im ok talking, they are human being but can they lower the volume a bit?).
And oh God, I was talking to the staff that took my order and she blatantly ignored me. I was just really trying to engage in conversation with her.
Anyhow, another bad experience with bun cha.

Used to visit this place regularly and nice to be back! I heart this place by serving Northern Viet specialities which you can’t find much in HK. I ordered my regular Pho Hanoi and Cha Nem (still the best in HK) that they still keep the quality and taste over years 🥰 Satisfied !

Went through the review and ordered the most talked about: pho and spring roll. Certainly did not disappoint!
To the review who thinks the broth is flat… I suggest trying it again. The few times I eat pho without the need to add any condiments/sauce for sure! 🥰
Spring rolls: delicious combo must-have! (I should have asked for more coriander Keke)

Array of non spicy food, v suitable for family with kids to share with!
Food was pretty good. But service was awful, sorry to say. We arrived at 9:25 pm. Close is 10. We were first refused because of that… there were 2 other patrons.
We were allowed to sit and eat. After ordering, we were asked to pay immediately- quite rudely. We said we’d like receive all our food before paying because – it’s a sit down restaurant and we were worried things wouldn’t come.
We received 1 dish and again payment was demanded. Key word. Demanded. Food arrived at 9:45 for 3 people…
10 pm rolls around and even thought we were Uber close to finishing, they turned the lights out on us, started grabbing plates that weren’t finished, stood with arms folded… locked bathrooms.
Not a welcoming environment what’s so ever. Do not recommend. Or only recommend take out. Food is good.
Personally- won’t return.

地道風味十足之越南小餐館，閑日無乜人氣氛十分之chill，感覺質樸又舒服。 同soho 店一樣都係淺綠色嘅外型好易認
裡面既 staff 都係越南人，識小小廣東話同小小英文，不過 menu 圖文並茂所以都唔使驚雞同鴨講
好貪心地一次過又食pho, 又食 banh mi 又食雞翼（食唔晒既本份 banh mi 有打包無做大嘥鬼！）
豬腩肉 Banh Mi 好食，脆卜卜既包夾住肝醬、勁多既豬腩肉，配埋清新既蘿蔔,青瓜,薄荷葉，完美配搭，入面仲有小小辣椒，食到辣椒嗰啖真係勁辣!成個人醒曬😂（雖然我心目中既 number 1 依然都係蔥仔越南包，但呢間都唔錯既）
pho 分別生牛河同埋生熟牛肉河，兩碗啲湯底都好甘甜鮮美🐂 加埋金不換葉，洋蔥令湯底更加有層次。最後加小小辣椒同檸汁，perfect~ 同埋係唔油膩，飲曬都覺得好舒服
生牛肉肉質軟滑，份量都好多。但係熟牛既牛腩同牛𦟌更為驚喜，唔係平時嗰啲柴過乜咁既牛肉乾咁既質地，反而係煮得腍又入味，好食～
不過要彈既係河粉質地比較軟同埋細碎，有啲欠質感

Cozy little place, quick and easy meal. Portion a little small.
They only take cash in the restaurant so I ordered Deliveroo. Extremely small portion, waited more than 1.5 hour from Deliveroo and I live just up the street. The food arrived cold. Food is very average that you can find another one just down 2 streets with a 30 min delivery. Absolutely WORSE Vietnamese food in HK. You can definitely find something cheaper and so much nicer

A very nice Vietnamese cafe hidden away in Sheung Wan. The chicken salad was super tasty. The beef pho was good, just as I expected, with fragrant leaves and bird’s eye chili on the side to spice it up. I will be going back another time.
