Pretty decent place if you want a bowl of pho!
Very good quality price ratio for the food. Simple and tasty.
So yum and finally, decent portions at a reasonable price in Central. No wonder it’s full of locals and visitors alike. Def will go again.

I could feel myself being transported back to Vietnam while eating the banh mi and drinking coffee with condensed milk here! Such a quaint food haven amidst the hustle and bustle of Sheung Wan. There’s even an outside section for those who like to look out and observe the surrounding neighborhood while eating. The staff is also very nice and welcoming. I went on a Sunday afternoon at around 2, so maybe I avoided the lunch rush, but it was nice being seated straight away. Such a wonderful little spot! I will definitely come back with friends.

Surprisingly delicious Bun Cha Hanoi after visiting Bun Cha Hang Quat in Hanoi we have been craving it since we got back. The BBQ beef is wonderful with just the right cuts and good amount of fat. The Cha is quite delicious but lacking that extra sweetness and tang Hang Quat held. Deep fried springrolls are some of the best we’ve had and the BBQ chicken skewers are crispy on the outside and deliciously juicy and tender on the inside. Bun Cha has become and instant favorite. Don’t forget to TIP! No service charge!

Sensational authentic Vietnamese, its the real deal!
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. I came right at 18:00 and there was minimal takeout volume, so it felt like I had the place to myself. The cabbage and chicken salad was almost perfect, to my liking. Excellent level of shred, variety of species, and level of dressing. Crunch was supreme.
Bun Cha was deconstructed and lukewarm, totally fine. All greens were terrifically fresh; it was a little strange how short the noodles were cut up. A little sweet, salty bowl of broth was really great. Overall, fresh and well executed in a no frills storefront.
Love this homey place in the back streets of Soho. Had their pho bo and the broth is always flavourful and natural and the beef sirloins are tender. Garnished with a generous amount of fresh herbs, don’t forget to ask for lime and chili to give the pho a kick. The chicken skewers were great too.

This is the best traditional Vietnamese restaurant I have been to in Hong Kong. Very simple place, with decent service and reasonable prices. Amazing pho.
Great place to get authentic Vietnamese food. Soup bases for the pho are tasty and the chicken skewers are a must order.
There’s only about ten tables at this hole-in-the-wall Restaurant so call in advance or consider taking out if you live nearby like I do.
They don’t add service charge so add at your own discretion.
A honest place serving simple and tasty Vietnamese dishes, their pho is the main draw for me to visit. I always return to this restaurant for a quick bite every time I visit Hong Kong. They also serve fresh coconut water in a coconut!

Food’s fine, but for goodness sake. Please either allow split bills or take credit card. This is why people can’t be ar’sed with restaurants like this in HK anymore. It’s not any cheaper or better quality than any other Vietnamese place that’s more convenient.

It was basic. The fresh spring rolls were good. The chicken pho isn’t anything worth talking about. The noodles were nice, but the broth was flat.

Bun Cha is a small Vietnamese place on Aberdeen Street in Central. They have a small indoor seating area, one outdoor table and can send out delivery through deliveroo for those who prefer to eat from within the comfort of their home, office or area hotel.
Ordered from Bun Cha recently had food delivered in 33 minutes. Food was packaged for delivery rather well but a lot of use of plastic. Raw beef pho was pretty good. The beef was very fatty and stringy but the broth was fine and the rest of the ingredients made this a good bowl. The veggie rolls in rice paper wrap were ok. Probably most enjoyed was green papaya salad, with was fresh and vibrant in flavours.
Overall, not a bad meal from Bun Cha but less enjoyed to other places we like for Vietnamese around the Sheung Wan and Central area.

Small portion for a Pho that don’t really smell his origins. Vietnamese food on the greed! But fortunately not on my grid!
The beef pho was decent. Clear, tasty broth and it comes a generous amount of noodles which is guaranteed to make you full.
Small restaurant. Good and fast service. Food quality also nice. Generous bowl size of Pho. Must mention that they are keeping clean restrooms.

Decent Vietnamese food. I had the bun cha which is a far cry from having it on Hanoi, but it was pretty good for a semi random choice. The rice paper wrapped prawns were very nice. The raw beef noodles were OK, could have done with a bit more oomph in the broth. Coffee was super strong.
Food is fresh, service friendly. However food was very plain and unauthentic. The vegetarian dishes were very basic. I felt cheated paying so much for plain noodles.

Never disappointed .
A small Vietnamese restaurant run by friendly staffs. Unfortunately, food was a bit blend. The pho bo stock didn’t taste authentic and they put a lot of thick slices of raw onion in it. Disappointed with the food there.
Absolutely abysmal. I ordered beef pho and fish cakes via Deliveroo. The noodles were all clumped together post boiled. There was zero taste in the broth. I’ve never been so disappointed or felt so ripped off paying ~USD 20 for these two dishes. Go elsewhere for Vietnamese food on HK.
