名代宇奈的鰻魚比起香港本地其他製作鰻魚的食店。這間鰻魚比較厚身,上枱有厚厚的鰻魚汁包封著,但卻未有嗅到陣陣炭燒的香味…
不同份量的鰻魚定價也不同,可以係豐儉由人,都係一個唔錯的選擇。
The grilled eel rice is really nice! The eel is freshly grilled, with nice charcoal aroma, and the eel is so fatty and meaty, with a bit thickness that makes the texture even better! I enjoy the sweetness of the sauce, it is not too sweet , but enough to enhance the flavor of the eel. And the rice is soft, soaked with eel sauce, simply yummy!
本來充滿期待的鰻魚三食,想和日本名古屋鰻魚飯名店比較。但是了此店的鰻魚飯三食之後,非常失望。鰻魚冇焦香味,冇油香味,醬汁亦太少,芥末非常普通,上湯一樣。
鰻魚燒肉仔亦衹是一般般的味道,蛋和鰻魚沒有突出的味道。
鰻魚丼,飯味鰻魚味醬汁味都亦衹是一般般。
Very good Eel restaurant. if you want to eat eel fish, that’s the place to go.. the service is fast. the staffs are super nice.. No meat, only fish xD. Take away is possible. The salad is nothing special.. just salad and just few eel pieces. You can try to mix the tea with the rice eel. it’s a nice experience like in Japan. You can also find different matcha dessert on the menu

不過就份量偏小
同埋味道唔係話好濃
鰻魚茶蹟飯相對地就出色啲, 鰻魚飯配埋茶一齊食味道又出奇好地食
同埋都好match
不過都係同個問題… 就係兩個餐麵係份量比較小.
如果太食既朋友仔 可能要點多小小餐式者小食先會夠食

I have wanted to try out Nadai Unatoto Charcoal Grilled Eel Specialty since it opened some time ago. However, I worry that there would be a long queue, so I save it up for an early dinner visit.
Everything on the menu are about eel! How awesome and specialized is that! I chose this Eel Don among all the options, as the portion of rice and eel seemed to be reasonably enough to me. The piece of eel was quite thick indeed, and it wasn’t fishy at all! What topped up the eel was the sweet soya sauce! Yum! Rice was typical Japanese rice, which was smaller and rounder in shape and size.
Another item I got to share with my friend was this Eel Tamagoyaki. The thick layer of egg omelette was so smooth and delicious! Nom nom! And the piece of eel wrapped inside the egg was really good too! Yet, you could imagine how much oil they used to make this tamagoyaki as the plate was quite greasy with oil stains…
I was actually expecting more charcoal grilled taste in the eel and tamagoyaki…
The grilled eel was delicious but the rice was super undercooked.
不過不失
可以看著製作,製作手法不專業,擺盤隨便,要我夾好修整一下才敢拍照,鰻魚味道不合格,肉質感差,蛋太乾又老,和日本隨便一家比水平都差天共地,不是日本鰻魚應有的風味。魚還有骨,魚肝湯只有鹹味。

嚟到呢到當然係食鰻魚飯啦?佢地用嘅係由中國養殖場嘅鰻魚,用備長炭烤,係門口已經睇到燒烤過程,勁邪惡?
我地推介大家叫呢個【鰻魚重 特大】? 特大鰻魚飯份量夠兩個人食,再可叫其他小食兩人Share?
鰻重烤得香口面頭微焦,加上特制嘅鰻魚汁,真係算不錯? 而且吾算太多骨,入口相當易,啖啖肉超好味!
比香港一般鰻魚確係較出色 但又未去到會食第二次 多骨係真
3.5星 炭烤鰻魚 價格比較公道 Hitsumabushi也很好

點了鰻魚和卷。鰻魚是炭火烤的,所以鰻魚肉質肥美,外表清香。飯量剛剛好,點了啤酒,剛剛好。
無論是鰻魚、牛肉、雞扒還是烏冬,味道全是一般。牛肉片太碎,雞肉太柴,烏冬湯底更是沒有味道。雖然說免加一,但以 70-80 的人均價位來說可以把食物味道烹調得更好。
一次就好,不會回頭光顧。
味道一般 價錢唔算貴 但店家孤寒 一飯三食要多少少湯都話唔可以 最衰未食完就收碗 趕你走 我相信唔會再去
鰻魚飯可以,但與專門店這名字來說,差距很遠。不說鰻魚本身,燒的火候不足,醬汁只能算及格,飯是煮得不及格

點了鰻魚重和天婦羅重,鰻魚有烤過的香味,調味醬汁適中,魚肉有點散開,但總括是可口的,配飯吃也好吃(小心有小骨)。天婦羅有很重的油味,粉漿很多很厚而且不脆,口感不好,食材本身的味道很淡。 建議只點鰻魚的菜式就好。
之前係日本就見過呢間鰻魚飯店,去唔到旅行就黎香港嘅試試啦?店鋪主打以親民嘅價錢就可以食到優質嘅鰻魚主食,最特別就係以炭火烹調,即叫即燒,食完覺得都會再去食呢?
?雙層鰻魚丼 (HK$108)
鰻魚嘅飯類主食都有好多唔同選擇,主要係分唔同size嘅鰻魚。呢嘅雙層款雖然一上枱個陣覺得比想像中細碗,不過2塊嘅鰻魚其實都幾厚身啦。肉質好細嫩,鰻魚肉同皮都十分入味。香甜嘅鰻魚汁配飯好快食晒啦,提提大家仲可以加大個飯添架?
?鰻魚海老天婦羅烏冬 (HK$80)
除左飯類,都有烏冬。更特別嘅係以天婦羅風格,呢個拼盤都好抵食,有一件炸鰻魚、一件炸蝦、一件大冬菇同埋蕃薯南瓜各兩件。第一次食炸鰻魚好香口,味道都幾驚喜。另外嘅天婦羅都好大件,不過食到後期就油左少少,要配埋烏冬解下膩呢?
饅魚不錯,免費加1次飯,但飯太濕太爛。只有凍水供應,沒有熱茶。
鰻魚普通,tempura 唔係脆係硬…服務可以

Grilled Eel itself doesn’t have a very distinctive taste. Funny to have a restaurant based upon it.
Or maybe I don’t have a very sophisticated pallet? Do I not? I can taste the difference between official digestive biscuits and the knock-off stuff. Yeah, Eel is bland.
I am not a fan of donburi but went here with a friend who wanted to check it out.
I got the $68 which isn’t the premium one.
Anyway, it probably isn’t as tasty as the more expensive one served here but it didn’t really impress as there wasn’t really a roasted flavour to it and the sauce was too sweet.

Tempura hot and crispy. Rice is awful though, soggy and overcooked, tge grains gone to mush.
鰻魚少 溫泉蛋係ice cold 成個飯都係好似擺左好耐咁,食完半夜起身痾左兩次 嚴重懷疑呢間舖嘅衛生情況. 總括而言 價錢,食物質素乜都唔合格.
可能去得早,晚上6點多,好少人,不用等位。但朋友說跟日本店烤的鰻魚,還是有點比不上。

General, 鰻魚飯份量少,要加 加飯,冇蔬菜伴飯, 只有少許青瓜前菜。
啲鰻魚好肥美
鰻魚飯有多種選擇,相對真正日本燒鰻魚店,還差得遠呢,不過店員友善,很詳細介紹,而且香港難得有專食鰻魚飯店,所以偶然食也可以,味道亦正常。
The location is inside the shopping mall iSquare and is just right above the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. This is an unagi donburi AKA Japanese style eel rice specialty restaurant. We ordered a bowl of unagi donburi, a bowl of unagi donburi with grilled chicken and a plate of fried chicken. The fried chicken was the best among the 3 dishes. The unagi donburi was acceptable but not up to the standard of the unagi donburi specialty restaurants in Japan. Overall, I’d recommend you to try and see if the unagi donburi can help to treat your crave.

日本平價鰻魚飯
記得兩年幾前「 名代宇奈とと」喺香港開海外分店時經HIT。為食一碗平價嘅鰻魚飯分分鐘要排幾個鐘頭隊。隨著其他分店喺香港多個地方出現,要排隊食鰻魚飯嘅熱潮冇再出現喇。
名代宇奈とと主打備長炭現燒鰻魚係人都知,餐牌上有多款鰻魚飯選擇,同日本嘅餐牌應該係一樣。最平嘅「鰻魚丼」$68就有交易。我覺得去宇耐とと食鰻魚飯唔需要叫最貴嘅款, 好似我叫呢碗有兩塊鰻魚已經好滿足。
▫️雙層鰻魚丼 (HKD108,配味增湯及漬物) – 味增湯可以Skip,味道好淡好似飲水咁?? 米飯用上日本珍珠米,都挺飽滿嘅。加咗$15要咗隻溫泉蛋,為我呢碗鰻魚飯添上了色彩? 兩塊鰻魚都算厚身,味道同我喺日本食過嘅差唔多,以過江龍嚟講水準算係高。
三年前喺日本食過每碗¥1,000 + tax,喺香港食就算唔洗加一都係比日本貴啲。不過而家冇得去日本,當我掛住日本鰻魚飯嘅時候我應該會再嚟食嘅。

被門面吸引-日本備長炭燒鰻魚個名係威係勢,喺日本亦算數一數二,我見價位不足$100 ,在尖沙咀算是不錯。很抱有期待!

市面一般鰻魚飯定食動輒$150-180 ,起初見$78確實幾抵,不過份量真係爭少少,用日式丼飯碗載着兩節仔鰻魚? 基於性價比,我唔會話佢份量少($78想點),但真係有點僧多粥少之感,唔夠滿足。至於味道,就是普普通通商業味很重的鰻魚汁。可能是自己期待太高

相比起傳統鰻魚飯,這個配搭更感覺新鮮!碎切的鰻魚配上口感黏笠的山芍和秋葵,覺得日本人其實特別喜歡這種滑溜溜的口感,這個配搭正中我口味,拌勻後令成碗滑溜溜容易咀嚼!亦中和了鰻魚汁的濃膩,變得清新易入口
對喜歡這種柔順滑的口感的,我十分推介試吓!

兩者的分別是特上的鰻魚份量比上的份量多,不過小編食上的份量已經好飽? 另外白飯是免費添加的,不過鰻丼的飯量對小編來說已十分足夠??
鰻魚是用備長炭即烤? 所以特別香口~ 鰻魚好厚身,少骨,而鰻魚汁亦十分充足,鰻丼面層的飯粒也沾滿了醬汁❤️ 旁邊綠色的配菜酸酸甜甜,可以中和鰻魚的油膩感??
For this price, I would say the quality is already quite good. Probably one of the best eel don I’ve had in Hong Kong under $100
This can’t compare to the original store in Japan, it also can’t compare any Eel specialist restaurants in Japan too. However, this one probably the best you could find in Hong Kong.

整體黎講唔算太出色,鰻魚雖然燒得好滑,鰻汁加落啲飯度都好入味,但係個皮我覺得有啲太燶
