Ma Sa is a traditional Hong Kong Cha Chan Tang (local restaurant/cafe). Thought it’s a small shop, it is serving decent local food with very reasonable price and good quality. They are especially famous for their Triple-Egg Rice. Lots of office staff grab their lunch from the restaurant, so if you wanna give a try, better not to go there at lunch hour but at tea time, or you may have to queue up for more than half an hour.

【煎蛋午餐飯】5星
午餐肉，3顆太陽蛋，醬汁，雖然叉燒很不怎麼樣，但是整體搭配起來的平衡美味，已經烙印在我靈魂深處，5顆星，還是只能給5星，好吃，真好吃。
2019.05.18 2訪，午餐肉煎製品質不一，有時會煎得很乾，口感較差，有時濕潤，今天就不比較乾。

Came here at 11 as their signature dish – char siu rice topped with fried egg sells out real fast, and in order to avoid the lunch queue. Great portion, very tasty char siu, and i love how gooey the fried eggs were. Of course the dish wouldn’ be perfect without the sweet soy sauce. Great spot for lunch

三個煎蛋和一大份叉燒放在米飯上。一頓豐盛的蛋白質餐和大量的能量。對於少數，許多亞洲人給出了低分，因為他們通常吃清淡的菜餚。我愛它！

意外的好吃，這是很多當地人會來吃的餐廳。不免俗的點了網推的叉燒煎蛋（太陽蛋）飯，白米飯佐上蛋液以及醬汁再搭配叉燒入口，真的蠻美味的，另一道星洲炒米粉也是很美味，這兩道料理的份量很足，價位在香港是屬於可以接受的價位，有機會的話會想再回來品嚐。

This was one of the recommended places to eat wile in Hongkong. It was a great start to brunch but 3 eggs was really too much for me. They owners are friendly and the food wasn’t bad either.
This is a simple dish made famous by Hongkong Director and actor Stephen Chow. If you happened to be in this neighbourhood.
網上的乜乜攻略過份吹捧，食物係一般茶記質素，環境擠迫，服務一般。
One of my favourite chow in HK .. edited in 2019 to reflect how much I love this place. If i have 2 hours in HK … I’ll be here for a meal. It’s that good for something so simple (luncheon meat, eggs and rice).. and the 干炒牛河 is not too bad too. I really love this place!
Here’s known for their renowned cha siu. You got to be there before peak hours(~1230) or else they would have been sold out. I would say the reputation is slightly over the quality.
我特意去的，因為收視率還不錯。。。不知道為什麼好吃。 spam雞蛋沒貨了，就點了火腿雞蛋飯，但是醬油醬太淡了，有點失望。
衛生不太好, 以叉燒煎蛋飯為招萊的菜式郤每次都賣光叉燒。

Good food
About as local as it gets in Hong Kong. They speak limited English (or rather, I had limited Cantonese), but you can get by fine with pointing or showing them pictures of what you want. They are famous for their spam and eggs. The price is eye wateringly cheap.

Very good hole in the wall. Very simple dish with 3 eggs on a nest of white rice and some slices of ham with soya sauce. But wow the taste is very good. Very homy. Seems very local. 37 hkd reasonable price for Hong Kong Island
即叫即炒，味道不錯。但地方窄。

一間好普通嘅茶餐廳
今天一個人到中上環閒逛，參觀一下這邊的懷舊特色建築，正值午飯時間，便打算吃點便食，看見這餐廳客人眾多，而且有許多辦公室人士光顧，感覺良好，便入內在此午膳。店內簡約樸素，沒有特別的裝潢，是舊式的茶餐廳，但環境整潔衛生。
餐肉三蛋飯
這間餐廳最出名的就是餐肉三蛋飯，太陽蛋是用三顆雞蛋連著一起煎的，上桌時十分吸晴，煎蛋稠密嫩滑，蛋香濃郁，餐肉口感鬆軟，肉味濃郁，沒有明顯的肉粒，肉質細膩，白飯配上老字號的老抽，再與香濃的蛋黃搞拌進食，惹味香口。
凍檸茶
凍檸茶冰塊量眾多，入口冰涼順喉，味道傳統，與日常所飲用的差不多，是普通港式的檸茶。
總結而言，食物美味，環境簡潔衛生，價錢便宜，坐落於中上環區，飯麵價錢大多卻只需三十多元，相當實惠抵吃，是與朋友便食的好選擇。
我去吃最有名的早餐雞蛋和垃圾米飯，但我只吃了一份火腿三明治套餐，因為11點以後就開始了！要是能享受一下當地的茶禪騰文化就好了！味道中等！！
