Queen Sophie has three branches around Hong Kong now including this shop opened not too long ago on Jervois Street in Sheung Wan. Opening hours are 11.30-7pm.
This is a fun dessert shop which specialises in tarts. They have a standing counter if you want to enjoy your tarts in the shop. Alternatively, you can order a few to go and enjoy them back in your hotel.
Queen Sophie is most known for their local style egg and milk tarts (HK$10). These are considered amongst the best in the city according to local publications. They are pretty good. What I also like are their assortment of other creative tarts.
Recently, I enjoyed a toffee banana tart (HK$18) which is basically a banana muffin like filling inside the thick tart crust, topped with slices of banana and a bit of toffee. In short, it works. Was a pretty good quick afternoon snack. Will return soon to try another tart variety or two.

沒有菜單板，菜單上只有漢字，因此您可以通過肢體語言點菜。我不知道名字，但它似乎是一種奶酪餡餅和一種巧克力鬆脆餡餅。芝士撻很好吃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 巧克力脆焦油的嘎吱聲真是天賜之物。如果價格便宜一點，我會買一盒。

價格平， 咁啱撞正新鮮出爐，夠脆夠熱😋
芝士系列普普通通，餡料有芝士味，不過朱古力味pat cream有啲好粉既感覺🙄
個皮又唔係穌皮又唔似曲奇皮
建議大家淨係食普通撻就ok

據說這家店是重現了一位曾經當過當紅歌手的女人小時候吃過的蛋撻。我在灣仔出生的朋友很喜歡這裡的蛋撻。
在香港，幾乎每家商店的門都是開著的，所以蒼蠅可以停在商品上。這是不可避免的。
這些蛋撻比你在普通麵包店買的要貴一點，但它們不使用起酥油、人造黃油或便宜的黃油，所以即使是冷的也不會聞起來有異味。
餡餅皮比示例指南中經常貼的地方薄，重疊了很多層，還算好吃。不過我覺得芝士撻和覆盆子撻比最好賣的蛋撻好吃。。。
香港常年濕度大，很難像歐洲那樣重現酥脆的蛋撻和餡餅皮。因此，質地柔軟。這是因為天氣。請嘗試更多。
I had the original cheese tart and it was soooo delicious! Flaky, fragrant, silky and delicious. I wish I bought more for the team and an extra for myself!
原味蛋撻 份量十足 比一般蛋撻size要大 酥皮鬆脆 口感層次豐富 帶輕微牛油香味 搭配微甜的蛋漿 完全不會過膩 好吃

鮮奶撻:最正常味道，吾太甜得嚟又有奶味
Apple crumble，堅果撻同檸檬撻:全部無應有嘅味，配皮又吾香架喎，都吾知食緊乜。
咁嘅價錢吾值得。仲有啲職員無禮貌又收錯錢，真係貼錢買難受。

My favorite dessert place in all of Hong Kong. I love the blueberry tarts. They are great to bring to dinner parties.
路過上環小街，被精緻的花款式酥皮撻吸引，進去買了幾件回家吃，十幾蚊一件，size都中等大，食完一件已經好飽
朱古力百香果酥撻，賣相最靚，一半朱古力一半酸酸地，好好味！朱古力脆米酥撻原來係黑朱古力，太好味了！藍莓軟芝士撻和香檸奶油酥撻非常creamy，小朋友好鍾意
不過唔知係咪因為回家後放入雪櫃一陣，食既時候，酥皮唔覺脆，有點太厚的感覺
