THE FRIES IS GORGEOUS!!! definitely would be back for the fries anytime, the matcha beer and smokey pineapple beer were delicious as well.

Excellent live beer selection at this trendy bar between antique stores along Sheung Wan’s Upper Lascar Row.
The bar feels pretty intimate, laid back with dark walls and burnished wooden furniture – the space defined by beautiful floor to ceiling windows to match high ceilings.
The beer menu is spectacular, and given that’s what you should come here for (although the food menu is also incredibly well out together with smart, elegant American influence faire) happy days! Beers are organized by taste, flavour, bottle or draft and range from hoppy bright beers through dark ebony stouts and some phenomenal sour beers.
Come here first for the beer selection, come back again for the food, and make it your local if you fall in love with a sour beer!
Live beers, quality food, who can ask for anything more? Cosy location tucked away on Tung street just off Hollywood Road, you are in for a night of comfort food and perhaps even a bit of live beer 101 education. Eye opening and tummy satisfying.

Newly opened beer joint close on upper lascar row. Friendly staff. Great selection of beer. Although there is not much food choices on the menu, I’m sure they are all as delicious as the one I tried. I picked the duck burger. It is very tasty. The sunny side up egg is the cherry on top of this dish. The combination of the duck meat, york n their special burger sauce is jus amazing. The thing they can do better is heat it up more before serving. Another dish order is shakshuka. It is served in a very hot pan. Super tasty. You can taste the explosion of spices in ur mouth. Definitely gonna come back again.

Currently this is by far the best beer bar in all of Hong Kong….an inexhaustible selection of draft and bottled beer with a great location for people watching and a laid back vibe. It’s impossible to order just one beer and you could easily spend hours here just chillin and drinking. If you love beer this is your navana

Great beer selections! If you are looking for an unique experience then this is the place for you! Owner is very friendly and willingly explain his vast collections of beer to make sure I get the beer that suits me.
On the other hand, food was exceptionally yums, reminds me of authentic american foods with a twist of Asian heritage.

Poor service. Didn’t have the drinks we asked for. No bottled water- all from the tap. Dining area very small. Food was good though. Very casual.
Great tap room with plenty of sour! It’s not often to see sour on tap especially lambic. Most beer from Belgium and half of them are sour. Paradise for sour lover

Blue Supreme quickly became one of my favorite spots in Hong Kong. They have a large and unique selection of beer on draft and bottles, with a focus on Belgian styles such as Saison, gose, lambics, etc. The food could be described as European influenced (duck confit burger), with some Asian highlights (Hokaido scallop crudo). I have not tried the wine but the list is interesting and they do carry a small selection of natural wines. The space is small but does not feel packed even when full. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff are eager to help you pick out an interesting drink from the menu.

Beers on tap were the worst I ever tried in my life. If you are into brewing – imagine drinking 2 weeks old product. Full of yeast and unsettled hops. Needs another 10 days for cold crushing. Murky substance in the glass. Ordered IPA and Pale Ale and barely could tell them apart. Paid the bill for my friends as an apology. Should I mention how much they charged for this broth? Avoid any any cost.
Reply to reply: It has nothing to do with vessel you ferment in. Keg fermented beer is wonderful when done right. Serving unfinished product just wrong 😉 If I wanted to harvest the yeast you were using I could just breath on my wort and it would start very healthy fermentation in no time.

What started as a routine bathroom break + beer turned into one of the most pivotal stops of our 2-day Hong Kong stop. Melvin and his staff at Blue Supreme are the epitome of true hospitality. While the bar didn’t have any patrons, Melvin didn’t focus on just pouring a beer, he took it upon himself to curate our Hong Kong experience and made amazing recommendations, connections, and quite literally the remainder of our stay in HK. We thoroughly enjoyed the vibe, ambiabce, beer selection, food and of course Melvin. We will definitely return and most importantly recommend to anyone and everyone visiting HK.

They have bunch of kinds of nice brews both on trap and by bottle, you can ask staff which will satisfy your taste.

Food use to be so good when it first opened. Went to blue supreme recently and huge disappointment. Quality has gone down. Hummus was very sour and the taste was off – probably it went bad as my stomach was not feeling well till the day after.
I was really impressed by my experience at this bar. I was having some happy hour drinks and a glass broke, and unfortunately my drink spilled all over me. However, the bar staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they raced to help me get dry and took care of cleaning beer from my bag and then later they brought me another drink on the house and they even brought me some complementary cookies too. The waitress and staff are just super friendly and honestly I don’t think I’ve had better service in Hong Kong. I think sometimes things can go wrong in the service industry, but it’s how businesses deal with things going wrong that can be the difference between good service and bad service – and they dealt with it really well – would definitely recommend for the happy hour offers and good snacks too.
