Huge selection of beer. Food from the menu paired amazingly well with the drinks. Will come back again for sure.

Had an excellent dinner here. Staff was friendly, food was full of flavor, options were great and the environment was awesome. Great selection of beers, and I had a great brussels sprouts salad that had way more flavor than I could have imagined, great fries and some sort of duck burger that was amazing. I would absolutely recommend a dinner out here.

Excellent food but can’t give 5 stars since the beer is severely overpriced. They have some local drafts that sell upward of 85HKD a pint at a minimum. Other places in the area charge 20 HKD less for the same beer range.

This place has a great beer selection. Focusing on sour and funky beer from local and overseas breweries. The staff are very knowledgeable able can give good reccomendations if their menu is a bit overwhelming. Prices are a little high but given their unique selection it’s still well worth the visit.

Located at the corner of Tung Street in Sheung Wan, Blue Supreme is a vibrant bar and restaurant that serves amazing local draft beer, bar snacks, brunch and dinner. I have wanted to try out their dinner menu for so long, and a laid back Sunday just made it happen.

I arrived at about 17:30, and dinner is only served from 18:00 onward when the chefs are ready. Therefore, I got myself a beer to kill time. This Gamblers Gold is the first one on the draft beer menu. It’s crispy and fruity, which was very easy and enjoyable to drink even for a beer newbie like me.

I came for this Instagram famous Duck Confit Burger, and it was absolutely amazing! The bun was so fluffy, and the thick layer of duck confit was so juicy, meaty and delicious! What’s best, the runny egg yolk added flavored to top up the bun and duck confit. Awesome! I also love the pomgranate on the side. Sorry fennel, you are not my thing. Forgive me for not touching you much to save some tummy space for dessert.

I also came for this Milk and Cookie. Usually it comes in portion for two people. I was so grateful that the waitress offered me a portion for one. I was quite sure that I could finish a portion for two, but it wouldn’t be as enjoyable since I would be really full and stuffed when I finish everything on the plate.

The under baked chocolate cookie was uniquely delicious. It’s warm and like American soft cookie, but a bit more crispy. And the molten chocolate was so tasty! What’s best is dipping it in the homemade mint milk. These two were definitely a superb match! Oh my god, I actually had a foodgasm there even though I was dining on my own. I am a happy cookie monster there and would definitely come back for the cookie and milk! There was more milk than cookies, and the milk was definitely great to drink on its own. Drinking milk in a bar like a boss, why not?

Blue Supreme is a craft beer house at the junction of Tung Street and Upper Lascar Row in Sheung Wan which serves up a nice selection of draught and bottled beer as well as a handful of wines. They also have a kitchen for those looking for a bite to eat. Opening hours are 3pm to 11pm (Tues-Fri) and 11.30am to 11pm (Sat & Sun). They are closed on Mondays.

Seating area is urban, tidy and a bit tightly configured, allowing groups close proximity to enjoy a round or two of speciality handcraft beers, which you’ll find on their table menu. There are 17 speciality drinks listed on the menu above the counter as well. Staff are friendly and can tell you about the various beers if you have questions. Prices are at the high end compared to traditional bars, pubs and other handcraft beer spots around the city.

During a recent visit, we enjoyed a glass of Riesling and a NZ based porter, both of which were pretty good, not favourites of ours but nice to have tried. Based on our experience, we liked the venue, music, staff and found the wine and beer good enough for a return visit. Will try this place again, probably sooner than later.

One of my favourite places in HK. Great beer selection, and representing local craft beer. The food is also really high standard tapas style small bites, innovative and consistently delicious. only request is you provide more veggie options.

Thé place is located in a street that full of old Chinese shop selling “antiques”.

The place has fairy open airy seats. Mostly high tables. From what we can see on Instagram and google reviews, menu get upgraded from time to time.

We ordered the chicken waffles and lamb and beef muffin.
I wondered what kind of beef and lamb muffin could it be,,, is that like meat loaf, but silly me completely forgot muffin is the English burger bun. 😬 don’t make the same mistake I did.

The waffles looks very good and crispy chicken.

However all in all, the menu is not huge. Nice to have a chill meal here tho.

Also I think they have cocoktail on tail. Should try next time!

I was not planning on ending up there the first time I went, so it was a very pleasant surprise! The set-up is particularly nice: long high tables, a terrace, a bar with draught beers from all around the world, including local brands. It feels more like a bar than a restaurant though so I was not expecting the kitchen to deliver such good food… I am so happy that they proved me wrong! I didn’t order much but each of the meal were carefully presented and cooked. The special Eel Paté was easily the highlight of my experience but I also recommend the Omnipork Katsu Sando !!

Really great beer bar if you are in the mood for Belgium style beers. The location is amazing and the layout of the bar while tight is very workable. i love the outdoor/indoor table with the stools on the street so you can take in the vibe of the city. Well worth checking out if you find yourself in the area looking for a good quality cold beer and some conversation

Its a fantastic place with a large range of drinks, the beers on tap there are fantastic. The food is also delicious, so far everything I have had there was fantastic, and I love what they do to their fries. highly recommended for anyone that wants a nice quiet drink with amazing food.

Thoughtful menu of both food and beer. You can sense the owners are really passionate and knowledgeable about their live beers, Belgian beers, and sake. I learned a lot! Super chill atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

A small restaurant with various kinds of beer to offer. Tried the lunch set, salad was so so, main course steak sandwich was pretty good in both meat quality and seasoning. The house beer was very refreshing. Very friendly service. Worth a try.

Super lovely food, every dish was made with high quality and made to perfection. Staff was extremely friendly and polite.

Enjoyed the vibe in this place and the staff were really good. The selection of beer is pretty wide, although they are all quite strong. Wine I ordered was good and the food all tasty; probably wouldn’t order the potato mille feuille again as didn’t have much going for it. Window seats are the best. Came back a year later and still good. Staff very attentive.
