星期日下午(繁忙時間）已訂位、已早於約定時間到達，也要多等>20分鐘, 協調欠佳；接待處只表示要做生意為上，即使已約定也以即時生意為先，要人等，否則可取消訂位，態度無禮，可見生意興隆經濟繁榮。碗筷、座位清潔ok，食物上得算快，質素一般無亮點，一位$100。
人手嚴重不足，等开茶等了超過五分鈡，等埋单等左差不多十分鈡都無人，自己去揾到個部長佢仲要我攞埋張点心咭俾佢先肯埋单！趕时間千祈吾好去！

水準一般高級酒樓水準，不太凸出，價也是該水平。

中式酒家，菜色大衆化，無特色，水準一般，价格中上，座位尚算舒適，服務未如理想，待應人手甚缺，出菜人手不足。
京都骨肉太干和无汁，有些肉是翻炸又干又硬。不知為何清蒸龍躉頭腩上來是冷的，經理同意再蒸一碟出來熱騰騰。
價錢一般，比銅鑼灣的翠園便宜
招呼及食物均不錯。
一個衹有兩塊方糖大小海參的涼瓜海參煲
The decor and general cleaniness of the resturant is good. The speed of the food after it’s been ordered felt like it is on the slow side when compared to other Chinese resturant.
It seems like they cook everything on a very low heat, especially on the fried items. For example, the fried dumplings are not crispy on the outside and felt very oily. The fried turnip cakes were barely charred.
Overall, food was fairly disappointed for the price point. I would most certainly not visit again if the quality of food continues.

點心ok。乾炒牛河不錯。在信德中心地庫。正門在地下信德中心面向干諾道中入口處。
食物水準十分穩定
美心集團旗下的食肆，水準不差。
通常都會貴些少。
美心酒樓産品有一定水準。位置交通方便。早茶和下午茶有特價。
食物一般， 洗手間衛生情況惡劣！！！！
本是我最喜歡的食肄之一，但似是越做越差，每況愈下，只值三星。

Lots of choices and some good solid dim sum. Roast meats were good and so were the siu mai, spring rolls and egg tarts. It’s super busy on the weekends and during public holidays, but the queue went down really quickly so the wait was only about 20 mins. On arrival grab a ticket from the machine next to the host and wait for your number to be called out and displayed on the screen. Overall fairly good.
