Small Mac Donald’s. If you are a tourist, you will have to repeat many times your order. This mac Donald’s is a small one, without stairs. Few sits but usually not crowded. Food is good. In front of the best center where to buy electronics in Hong Kong

Went early (5am) for breakfast, half the dining room filled with people sleeping upright in their seats.
Pancakes were cold, hash browns cold, and had to argue with the manager that a heat lamp wasn’t a substitute for preparing fresh food. Eventually they prepared fresh hash browns, but couldn’t see what they did with the pancakes. They came back hot but stuck together, I think they just reheated the ones they gave me originally.
Probably a fine McD when they’re busy and making fresh food. But they clearly are lazy during the night shift.

This is located in the basement area. Aside from the usual western burger and fries menu, it offers chinese-inspired burgers and sandwiches.
Worst service I have seen at a foreign McD’s. Rude at the counter taking my order. I thought I was the customer? Ordered right of the menu nothing special. Thought I was ordering soup at the soup nazi restaurant. Picked my order to only find out by the time I sat down, wasn’t my order. Went back to counter and the took food off another guests tray who already walked away and out in mine. Terrible.
The chain is very popular in Hong Kong, great value for money and always busy. There are few quality fast food options in Hong Kong, so McDonald’s is a relief.
Good one, we ate twice here. Self ordering available , service is quite fast too.
