Lots of sitting room, wasn’t too crowded and was a good place to eat and visit.

Very good. Fast and easy. Usually they are busy, so you may wait, but not that long.
Super busy and tables weren’t clean is why i marked it down but it’s Hong Kong so most places are busy. Got our order right and had a veggie option of egg and cheese burger which was good. Tried the cheese panini too

Order taker is not friendly . Rude service. No greeting and no thank you. Food is okay.

Worst mcdonalds I’ve been to food was cold and tasted like cardboard won’t go back there 1 star is still too high would rate minus 5 stars if I could staff always in a hurry to to take and complete order

Very crowded all through the day. Possibly because it is close to TST. Even McCafe has no place to sit..!!

McCafe seats inadequate
One of the dirtiest. Many sleepers at night.
Lots of people, and lots of luggages. Respect those serving in the restaurant, they can still manage to clean the place clean.
到處都一樣
McDonald’s is nothing if not reliable, but this one is broken. The crowd waiting for food should have been our warning – this place is v busy and they just can’t cook quickly enough. The order taker should find a job he cares about. He got 2 things wrong in our order, we checked and he told us he got it right. The order slip said otherwise. After 10 minutes, our order wasn’t even being prepared, so we gave up.
