Burgers were fresher at this location than the Causeway Bay store off of Lockhart Road. The store off of Lochkart road in Causeway Bay the foods quality is poor.

The cashier is not user friendly. She looks bothered and disturbed by my request not to have Onions and mushrooms in my signature cheese Burgers. I ordered 2. She kept on asking me whether I eat here or take away so many times even before I finish my order. Very annoying. She wore grey blouse, this means that she is a manager. Very unprofessional indeed.

Felt disgraced when ordering the afternoon tea set. When I ordered 抹茶豆漿，that tall guy answered me with an unfriendly tone. He said ‘we don’t have 豆漿 here ’. So I have to point to the picture of Soy milk Mstcha and he answered with a loud tone ‘ that is called 豆奶抹茶!’ In order not to get wrong again, I pointed to the stuffed bread to show what I want. The guy asked `係未yee Sic Boa” but I couldn’t understand what that means. He then gave me the menu in a very rude way.
After that, he played with his cell phone continuously and reheated the bread at the same time.

Came at 9.30 before the shops were open. Food was pretty standard. Was unsatisfied with the fact that there were only 2 online order screens activated when 4 or 5 were available since they had a considerable amount of customers in line to order. McCafe is pretty good too and you can order food and substitute a drink from the Cafe with an extra charge if you wish.

Air con way too cold and toilets filthy. On the other hand if you’re interested in smoothing with cheese then this is the spot!

Staff are rude, asian way or not, a little service goes a long way.
Management really need to do something about the numerous people sleeping at the tables all over the restaurant all through the night every night treating it like bedroom accommodation, plus they all smelt disgusting like they hadn’t showered in days (3 tables away), really bad issue here!

Loads of peoples queuing up to order and do not help at all when only 2 machines working only. Good foods and reasonable prices.

I was definitely not ‘loving it’ at this McDonald’s. The manager at the Mc Cafe counter was pretty rude. Asked him for a few extra napkins and he got all huffy and almost threw them at my face. When I asked him if he was the manager he actually pretended that he wasn’t. Everything else was ok but on this occasion the customer service was below par.

Why does the Beef in Hong Kong’s McDonald’s TASTE BETTER than the ones in the rest of Asia, and the U.S.? Their Shakes, though EXTREMELY MINDBLOWINGLY SMALL, and their Apple Pies TASTE BETTER, TOO!

Try Out their Angus Burgers! YUUUUUUUM!

The worst scramble egg I have ever had at Macdonalds. And I usually love them. What did they do? It looks like a pie. I’m so sad. ?

At least they reinforce social distancing here. And they take your temperature at the door. That’s good ?

Their pancake is not as good as in the US. Although I liked it that they serve hot tea with milk.
