No, it is not opened 24 hours. I went there at 5am last Tuesday (Feb 7) morning and it was closed.
Small place , in 2nd floor
Great Menu and Service of the downstairs one. People don’t put their trays by the bins like in Australia so several cleaners have to tidy up. Watched one mop and clean things with gloves on then used same gloves to stack the straw container on the counter making sure she straightened all the straws with her dirty gloves. I’m sure she wasn’t taught properly ?
I liked the self ordering system available here. Very convenient, easy to browse the menu and place the order. Various options available to pay the bill amount.
The disadvantage is it’s quite a small place.

It’s the downstairs area of the McDonald’s. The regular store is upstairs and the food slides down a shoot. Pretty neat. Why Google maps has not put the American name beats me.

I love going to HK McDonalds at least once when I’m in town. It’s fun to scan the menu and pick out the most unique menu item since they seem to always have a seasonal offering and add an apple pie. This location is very quick and it’s easy to order at the screen, pay, get your meal, and get on your way.

地方淺窄， 人流眾多 ，可惜座位不夠。 裝修又沒有什麼吸引之處 ，是其中一間較差的麥當勞。

I’ve had some good food and service before, that all changed when I moved to Hong Kong, especially the service or let me say the lack of service. I’ve NEVER ever experienced that before. It’s so bad that I rather go home hungry. Shame on them in Hong Kong (especially the Caine road and Wan Chai) ?? …
Small Mcdo where is nearby Hung Hom Station and entrance of Cross Habour Tunnel. You can sit at a window seat of 1st floor and watch people passing by in this hustle and bustle city of Hong Kong.
