秘製豬扒包 $36. 豬扒調味出色, 似無用蘇打粉醃過, 如個包放入焗爐烘熱會更好。
The pork chop is there famous dish and it is ok but a bit oily. The quality is a bit fluctuated though. The portion is big with thick pork chop and decent sized rice. Adding an egg is definitely a good choice. Don’t expect nice seatings here as it is a Dai Pai Dong but do remember just to seat in the right table. Good to taste the old original ambience of Hong Kong.

今日第一次來海防道熟食街市。
星期日早上十一時到達，
合香園已滿了等位既人。
所以選了去華香園。
點了豬扒米粉同熱奶茶。
豬扒醃味偏甜，比較薄身所以沒有肉汁可言。
如果厚身小小及改改醃料咸甜比例會好啲。
熱奶茶份量只有杯的8成左右，好在茶夠香濃但沒有苦澀，飲得出同出邊唔同。如果經過想飲奶茶可以考慮去飲奶茶，但食物就….
3粒星是比奶茶的。另外，整間店都唔會寫底邊台客點左咩，廚房有野食整好後，老闆或侍應就每台都問一下有無點到，這個做法有點有趣。
以上埋單60蚊，有點偏貴。
堂食叫咗豬扒麵，鮮油厚多士，凍奶茶，凍華田，老闆娘親自落單，等咗廿分鐘，問咗兩次，話好多外賣喎，最後先俾杯凍奶茶，一塊豬扒(唔見個麵)，鮮油薄多士(明明係厚多士)，一路食一路等，食完塊豬扒麵同凍華田都未嚟，唔等走人！仲夠膽死以為出晒啲野俾我，收我全數，仲要屈個顆計俾錯野我，好彩有另一枱近收錢位既客出聲話佢根本都無出過杯野飲！
猪扒係幾好食,不過野飲分開叫就有D貴

大叔的炸豬肉很好吃，很好吃。炸至很嫩，雖然味道會少了這家的鹹味。價格也不算貴，50美元左右起，每人吃完1盤豬肉，1塊豬肉，1個煎蛋。

Quite a popular outlet in this market. Known for pork chops. Limited options on the menu. Pork chop well marinated. Milk tea was good & relatively strong. The whole set cost HK$66 which was more expensive than other outlets in the market. Generally ok but not overwhelming.

It’s been a while since our last visit. The pork chop is still big and greasy. The milk tea or lemon tea was alright but not overwhelming. The lady was a bit loud and longwinded towards customers. Don’t expect any service or nice seatings here since it’s a Dai Pai Dong setting. Just go for old days Hong Kong ambience.

Great portion of Pork Chop with either rice, bread, toast, or noodle as you like. It’s like fast pace food for the morning style so don’t expect well balance diet but you get to feel the old days Hawker center. Well seasoned Pork chop with sweetness aftertaste and light caramelized crunch. It can be greasy and filling. Nice fried juicy chicken meat and crisp skin too but not as balanced.
The entrance is directly underneath the roadway if you walk from underground train passing the park. Straight pass the flowers and fresh vegetables for the Hawker Bazaar. Store CF5.

First time here. The entrance a bit hidden. Went in through the hawker, then wet market, then only reach the cooked food area. Boss is very friendly and even teach me how to eat the chicken wings; drip some soy sauce over it. I prefer the pork chop somehow. The caramelized glaze is perfect. But you need eat with rice. Else it’s too savory. My rice is quite soggy suggest to add fried egg. Saw in other table. Will try next round. Milk tea is the highlight. I’ll suggest to order the hot one for the fragrance. Cold one taste just like normal iced milk tea. But hot once has a nice tea smell.

Staff here won’t be in a good mood due to the high tempertaure in summer. The Kaya toast is much worse than expected as the kaya spread is obviously not enough. The fried pork shop is nice but the bun has nothing special. The milk tea is worth a try tho.
