Been to this place twice, always seems to be busy, especially after 6, we’re were there from 5:40 pm, and hardly anyone there, but when we left at 740, the place is full. They have happy meal before 5:30 which is great value around $65. Have some beer at discount at happy hour. Staffs are friendly but if you are not eating, they do ask you to move outside or need the table back in 2 hours.

Very disappointed with the experience today.
I personally have visited burgeroom more than once, I enjoyed every time and had a great time with a smile leaving the restaurant. However, I was very disappointed with the food quality and service provided today. Some of my friends who were all first time trying out this place, each of us ordered a burger along with the lunch combo that came with a fries and a drink. We weren’t greeted at the door but instead we were told to measure the temperature by ourselves and we had to find our own table to be seated. We understood it was self served for water and cutlery. We then ordered at the counter and the person who served us was fairly polite and nice, and told us to wait at our table for the food. We waited for almost half an hour and none of our food were coming. We then asked the waitress and she told us it was lunch hour of course it was busy. Not to mention, others who were lined after me got their food already. I wasn’t pleased with her excuse. Shortly after, the food finally came. It did look nice and juicy as expected. We paid over 300 dollars for three combos. However, the bottom of the bun was cold that feels like it wasn’t defrost completely and chef didn’t toast it. We told the server and she said it was because the lettuce and tomatoes were cold. This was not acceptable. We had to finish our burgers quickly enough to make it back to work on time. Overall, the experience was really poor and we didn’t enjoy our meals at all. We weren’t pleased with the service nor the food. We wish we were treated better today. Not likely to return to this restaurant in the future.

It was not as good as the one I had in Tin Hau, or the quality dropped.

Patty is juicy, good quality burger.

This is probably the 10th time I’ve dined at Burgeroom.

I always come here for the huge salads, guacamole fries, twisty fries and other snacks.

The only thing that this doesn’t have is dessert which I hope they will add to their menu.

My first ever visit to Burgeroom was when they were located on Caroline Hill in this tiny place that only had 10 seats.

I remember having the oyster burger so I decided to order it again to bring back some memories.

Started off with the salad which is always a big portion dressed in Japanese vinaigrette.

The chicken wings were crispy and fiery.

I thought they tasted great with or without the sauce.

Although my oyster burger wasn’t as photogenic as the lobster burger or beef burgers, it was delicious which was what I was there for.

There were four juicy Hiroshima oysters in the middle.
I will be back more often because I found a quick short cut by going on the escalators near emacks and Burgeroom is just on the corner when you get inside the mall.

Not bad …..

Burger has good looking only. I can say McDonald’s signature Angus is far much better.

朋友係Burger愛好者，一但發現有高水準好食Burger，就捉我去齊齊開餐。今日又被帶到美麗華商場入面試下King Size burger啦!!~
餐廳既紅色大招牌非常Sharp醒，而餐廳裝修係走型格年青路線，啱曬食Burger既氣氛。Menu上面Burger嘅選擇好多，除左有classic款，仲有鵝肝牛肉漢堡、黑松露芝士大烤菇煙肉牛肉漢堡、菠蘿燒烤醬牛肉漢堡、吉列廣島蠔芝士漢堡、大蝦漢堡、帶子漢堡、軟殼蟹漢堡、雞柳漢堡、鴨胸漢堡等等。
整體來講，餐廳夠濶落，坐得舒服。食物質素高，份量不少，細食既朋友可以二人share一個Burger，而且burger款式好多種類，總會有一款啱你心水。餐廳的服務質素亦非常之好，可以同朋友坐喺度食burger慢慢傾計，亦唔會趕客，值得推薦吖!!~

咇肉汁的Juicy漢堡

我雖然咩都鍾意食，但如果有好食的薯條，或者有芝士，我一定會加分！Burgeroom的Menu唔只合我心水，份量夠大而且價錢唔貴，難怪我做了佢的常客！我平時都係去銅鑼灣分店，原來佢尖沙咀站係商場舖，方便食飽再去行下街消化。

雖然呢到有齊牛、雞、魚、素漢堡，不過我諗都無諗就encore牛肉！今次同朋友叫咗2個漢堡同2個小食，再加兩杯果茶，真係飽到要攬住個肚腩走。

出去Cashier點餐後，荔枝冰茶同蜜桃冰茶就送到。兩杯的味道甜甜的，最啱就係用嚟解渴，同埋去解芝士的油膩感。

漢堡即叫即造，我去個日唔算太多人，10分鐘就有得食啦！漢堡的厚到要用竹簽叉住，唔只牛肉厚身，就連配菜都一樣豐富！

朋友仔叫的菠蘿燒烤醬牛肉漢堡，一咬落去，D肉汁即刻咇出嚟，燒烤汁同洋蔥好夾，加埋清甜的菠蘿真係食咗先講。

從來對芝士同牛油果係0抗拒力的我，就叫咗個牛油果醬芝士牛肉漢堡。配料組合唔洗諗都知道好夾，加上同樣Juicy的厚牛肉漢堡排，真係好正！自認大食的我，佢的份量差D都比打敗，如果唔大食的女仔，建議可以share，再點小食就剛剛好！

食炸野最重要係咩？係即炸！呢到的小食全部都係落單先炸，係值得等待哦～

香脆單骨雞翼的味道有少少辣，味道惹果！外皮雖然厚了點點，不過佢的口感夠鬆脆，點埋個蜜糖就好似食零食般，送酒一流！(餐廳有提供酒精飲品，方便大家啤啤佢)

Again⋯ 係我親愛的芝士+牛油果醬。食呢D有醬的薯條最驚就係薯條淋晒，不過呢到的牛油果醬芝士薯條，炸得薯條夠乾身，加上大量的芝士醬，多到食到底都仲有得點，滿足！

呢個真係我去開的食堂，CP值勁高，值得一試、值得Encore！

食物新鮮，價錢相宜，是個不錯的聚會地方

Decent burger And good size, but it’s semi fast food joint. Burger not really hot when it was served. Fries were also not hot at all. We suspect it was pre made for awhile and just kept warm until served.

Not too bad but may not come back if I want a more relaxing experience

Guacamole burger didn’t have guacamole the first time around. Staff quickly corrected this. Just slightly over priced for a burger that doesn’t wow and for where you order at the register. Bbq sauce can replace the homemade sauce for no extra charge, thank goodness.

數數手指已經來過《Burgeroom》多於?次了，但是☝️次都沒有令我失望！?

裝修採用工業風，有很多街道的裝飾，挺特別的，打卡不錯～
採用半自助形式，到收銀處點餐，服務員會把你的餐送到你的桌上。
水、醬料等等都需要自己拿喔
當然，當餐廳客人不多、店員有空的時候，會主動服務客人啦！

舖位就正正在美麗華廣場往諾士佛臺那個出口，最近酒吧可以營業了，來吃個漢堡包再去喝酒吧??⁣

not a very good burger

the cheese is prepackaged Kraft style fake cheese.

the burger is thick and looks nice but it’s prepackaged type patties you can find in most supermarkets.

the homemade sauce looks and tastes just like normal burger sauce.

the burger didn’t have any onions

the fries weren’t very hot and by the time it was served to the table the cheese had already started to congeal

disappointed that almost nothing was made fresh.
