Glad that this Thai Restaurant has reopened.
Was always a favorite of ours. Great outdoor seating and good food as well.

上網見到呢間泰國菜餐廳就被佢既室外佈置吸引住，於是就同朋友黎試下。

餐廳位於一樓，可以坐電梯或者行樓梯上。餐廳佈置好有東南亞FEEL，身處餐廳入面好似去左外國一樣（加上當時有幾枱外國人）。我地被安排坐係室外area既正中間位置。因為枱與枱之間有少少距離，所以冇任何壓迫感，好舒適。

同朋友每人叫左一個午餐套餐。 每個套餐包一個前菜, 一個主菜同一杯飲品。

我地叫左炸魚餅同豬肉串燒做前菜。炸魚餅食落彈牙，而且加入香茅令到佢更加有泰國風味。豬肉串燒得剛剛好，肉嫩多汁。

至於主菜就叫左泰式老虎蝦金邊粉同泰式炒芥蘭河粉。兩碟既份量都剛剛好，唔會話太少或者太大份。泰式老虎蝦金邊粉將辣椒粉，花生碎，芽菜同青檸作伴碟，方便食客根據自己喜好混入金邊粉一齊食。泰式炒芥蘭河粉嘅河粉係比較薄身同寬，食落好有嚼勁。

飲品方面，我地都㨂左泰式奶茶。泰式奶茶味道偏淡同唔甜。如果味道濃返少少就好喇。

Thai food made for the western palate. The flavours were very mild and lacked the authentic flavour. Som Tum didn’t even taste like som Tum, just a lot of lime. The drinks are very weak and the service was confusing (weird order of serving and took 20 mins for someone to take our order). Also doesn’t help that the prices are very high for what’s suppose to be humble Thai food. Only good dish was the squid which was basically a Chinese dish

拌碟有啲辣椒粉,花生碎,青檸,芽菜,香茅☺
金邊粉入口濕潤唔會乾爭爭,酸度甜度都岩岩好😋
虎蝦雖然唔算大隻但食落都幾彈牙😋
跟餐飲品可選擇泰式奶茶/泰式香茅茶
我就當然係要泰式奶茶啦😍
如果杯茶可以再濃味啲甜啲就更正😛

灣仔新派泰國菜 𝐑𝐔𝐀𝐌
以半露天用餐區為主，佈滿綠色植物，估唔到鬧市之中都會有富熱帶風情既餐廳。環境相當悠閒舒適 ~

▪️柚子蝦沙律 $158
柚子蝦沙律真係超多柚子！柚子juicy，當果香遇上蝦醬，香口清甜唔太鹹。蝦肉彈牙，當中更加有花生碎，令口感更豐富。唯獨偶有幾粒柚子偏苦澀。

▪️紅咖哩荔枝燴鴨脾 $198
紅咖喱香甜帶椰奶香。調味啱啱好，唔會太鹹。荔枝味就唔太食到，可能佢嘅作用只係令成個咖哩更加香甜？鴨肉質地完全唔柴，亦經調味帶鹹香。

▪️泰式虎蝦炒金邊粉 $165
好鍾意呢碟金邊粉既質地。
金邊粉雖然炒得比較濕，但麵條依然煙韌有彈性，唔會太淋或者碎濕濕。放耐左金邊粉會變得乾身，麵條質地依然有彈性。虎蝦蝦肉彈牙，金邊粉甜甜酸酸帶蛋香，拌匀旁邊既花生碎同辣椒粉，食落更加香口惹味~

▪️泰北咖哩雞金麵 $148
咖哩湯底甜甜地，相當濃稠。蛋麵掛汁力強，輕易索晒香濃既湯汁。雞肉肉質軟腍，略嫌調味偏淡。特別鍾意面層經油炸既麵條，香脆既口感，令金麵既層次更為豐富。

▪️香蕉烤餅配椰子雪糕 $88
烤餅雖然淋滿醫汁，但意外到keep到脆身唔油膩。每塊香蕉都有超吸引既焦糖脆面，配上帶鹹味既烤餅，甜甜鹹鹹，甜膩感比想像中嚟得低。不過焦點都係落係旁邊既雪糕，超香椰子味，配搭烤餅一齊食，冷熱交融！

One night In Bangkok $98
當芒果遇上橙汁，竟然會飲到菠蘿味。cocktail亦帶青檸香，相當有熱帶風情。杯邊佈有spicy香料，夾埋一齊飲又幾特別喎。旁邊附有偏酸既番石榴，食完再飲，可以突岀到cocktail既香甜。我就幾鍾意呢杯帶香料辣味既cocktail。不過真心好睇人，唔係個個啱。

整體而言，泰國菜有水準，半露天環境夠晒chill，好啱夜晚嚟飲返兩杯。不過餐廳定價就較高，人均差唔多四百蚊到~

Great ambience, great service and great food

I have come to realise that whilst Ruam is a beautiful setting and the terrace has a lovely ambiance: the food is very average. There is no creativity for the price you are paying.

This place borders on perfection.

First of all, going up the stairs we have a nice surprise on arrival … a very nice terrace, with beautiful vegetation, small lights, a small water source, pleasant music. Everything to make you travel somewhere else. A sort of daydream, escaping reality … to the noise of the city …

But on top of that, the food is delicious. Innovative and very tasty.
We are transported, we travel.
From delicious Tom Yum soup, to the famous Pad Thai, and other delicious dishes. But a huge crush on these two.

And finally, the service is very good.
Lovely people, a great warm team.
So I thank you for these good times spent .. and I will not hesitate to return again and again !

灣仔船街樓上泰國菜。平日晚餐到訪，分室內、室外、以及吧檯座位。整體佈置非常熱帶風情，彷彿置身某個東南亞度假小島。當天幾乎滿座，感覺服務生有點應接不暇，點餐上菜都有點慢，但服務態度很好。

炭燒豬頸肉（118hkd)：豬肉內裡滑嫩入味，表皮略帶焦香，蘸取醬汁更加好吃！
泰式炸魷魚鬚(115hkd)：本人不喜歡炸物，不便評論，但整體感覺魷魚偏小，炸麵粉居多。
柚子蝦沙拉 (158hkd)：三隻大蝦，整體清爽開胃。
紅咖哩荔枝燴鴨脾 (198hkd)：當日最推薦！紅咖哩口感濃郁不膩口，味道特別，其中有好幾顆肥大的荔枝，甜甜鹹鹹又多汁，相當好吃！鴨腿的部分就略為乾柴。
香草焗鱸魚 (338hkd)：點餐後需等待15-20分鐘，但等待是值得的！魚肉很入味鮮嫩，搭配醬汁更加豐富層次。
碳烤牛肉：當天的特色菜，水準一般，不怎麼嫩。
香蕉烤餅配椰子雪糕 (88hkd)：本人不吃香蕉所以沒嘗，但同行友人說味道很搭，是令人滿足的甜品。

整體而言食物水準相當不錯，但在灣仔這個價位有更多更好吃的泰國菜，Ruam勝在環境。

decent thai and reasonable location for brunch at the weekend.

我們最終來到這個地方只是因為我們最初去參觀的餐廳在船街關閉了。食物不錯，但可能不值這個價錢。沒什麼特別的。良好的服務，在我們第一次訪問時，他們確實為我們提供了芒果糯米飯，因為他們知道我們在找不到我們最初打算訪問的餐廳後最終來到了 Ruam。他們真是太好了。漂亮的戶外聚會區，您可以在那裡享用飲品並享受夏日的夜晚。

Great food, friendly staff!

Nice outdoor terrace with plants and cozy lightings.
Service war slow as we had to wait about 20 minutes before we could order. Then food and drinks can quite fast.
The size of the meal is ok. I recommend also a starter if you are hungry.
Big minus for me is that they only have 2 vegetarian dishes on the menu.

Was so amazing ,the staff were so great … they surprised me qith nt just a bdy desert but also a beautiful bouquet of flowers.. absolutely loved our experience here and cannot wait to come back again 🥰🤗🙏 …

Asked if they did veggie version of their curries— got an emphatic “yes.” Good start. Ordered Massaman. Curry sauce itself and roti were good…but the onions and potatoes in the curry were nearly raw. To add insult they decided to bill the veggie curry at the cost of their priciest lamb curry. So: raw veggies (in a decent sauce) came to 248 hkd for just that one dish. What a joke.
