Detailed: From the main road (Nathan Rd), turn into Kimberly Rd, after passing The Mira Hotel main entrance/lobby, you’ll see an entrance to Champagne Court “B” (at the entrance there’s also a stall selling magazines/newspapers/titbits). Walk all the way straight in, you’ll see a small food stall, this is not the one. Look to the right and there’s a signage and staircase. Take the flight of stairs down and walk left, and you’ll spot the cafe
Overpriced for cha can teng dishes
Best French toast I’ve ever had—chill, vintage Hong Kong vibes and food. Not that hard to find, just walk up a couple steps and down the hall turn right you’ll find it. Or even, ask someone.
Great food, cheap price
Very local restaurant. Nice food.
It’s in a dingy basement next to a massage parlour but it’s not that difficult to locate if you just keep a lookout for the dadol hotel sign. I loved the old-school-cool interior and my very comforting bowl of tomato noodles with pork cutlet. You can also add cheese to the noodles for some gooey goodness!
Nowhere near it’s 4+ star rating. Definitely “comfort food” type food & relatively cheap, but it’s not worth the trip if you’re further than 2-minutes away.
Instant Ramen & Campbell’s tomato soup. Uh, ok.
真的很好吃，離住宿近，谷歌評價還不錯，就一起去了。別的地方沒吃過番茄面，所以沒法比較，不過反正很好吃，有點可惜，就又點了一份吐司。它位於地下室，如果您進入Mira Place方向的入口並進入地下室，按摩店將首先出現，所以直接過去即可！
估唔到佢雞絲撈麵個雞絲係經過醃過再煎
所以啲雞絲都幾夠味
除非你是本地人，否則你永遠找不到這個地方，但味道很好！

Been around for over 50 years, it is authentic retro, not one of those new restaurants that put in retro look.
Mostly Hongkonger favorite in TST area. In the basement of Champagne Building, a little hard to find but will not stop the determined. I doubt this place will appeal to Westerner or even other Asians.
Their specialty is tomatoes-beaten eggs with noodles/macaroni/spaghetti although they also have other typical Char Chaan Teng food.
Prices commensurate with high rent of TST but still considered cheap food. Bowl of combo noodles under$50.
Tomatoes noodles not as strong as Sing Heung Yuen in Central across the harbour. It’s the combination with the beaten egg that made them unique.
Not a Must Go place but if you are adventurerous of old style cafe and in this neighborhood, then by all means.

the tomato based soup is a strange thick soup. and there were still huge chunks of undissolved curds of starch used to thicken the soup. no discount even if don’t want noodles and just want soup. was extremely thirsty. msg?

香港蕃茄麵界裡有北星座冰室，南勝香園，如果你有去吃勝香園，就一定也要來星座冰室。他位於舊大樓裡，只有在地人知道，光找到他，就讓人覺得融入當地啊！
Delightful meal for my parents and myself. Food is simple and tasty. Prices are reasonable as well.
Location is quite difficult to find but true to location on the map. Upon reaching the building, look out for a staircase towards the basement and signs pointing towards the cafe. The way do look slightly suspicious but all turned out well! ??

Best beef noodle soup I’ve ever had in Hong Kong.
超棒的，芝士番茄撈蛋麵加點辣油更添加風味，來杯凍檸茶，贊！
多年如一日的老冰室，賣的也是十幾廿年前也在賣的茄蛋麵同茄麵。
份量跟得上價錢，至少你點雞絲，他們給你的不是無味白切雞絲，而是燒汁雞脾絲，炒得入味，我覺得有點太濃呢，但一定係夠味份量也夠的。
五十蚊，飲品另計，在尖沙咀區也只能吃碗麵。幸好份量和味道也良心。
茄，沒有濃味的茄膏，全部真材實料。 芝士如圖所見，也實實在在給你一塊。 麵有四五種可以選，丁麵是出前一丁，通粉是有坑紋那隻。
茄蛋芝士雞絲撈麵，$49
This is a hidden gen in Trim Sha Tsui, their tomato soup noodles is excellent. The soup is so rich, and full of tomato, and the taste is very nice.
But they are so difficult to find, and you have the get into the building from Carnarvon Road side entry and go down to the basement
You will be surprised as tomato scrambled egg noodle is so good. Locating this place is pretty hard as the entrance is complex and dirty
順道過來是因為離住宿很近，在D&P app上評價也不錯，符合預期。總體來說，番茄面在30弘達台範圍內，並沒有到特別好吃的程度，但是30弘達台菜單所能做出來的性價比非常不錯的口味。首先，來香港後，還是第一次找到連韓語都聽不見的餐廳，更別提英語了，感覺還不錯。老闆和客人都只會說廣東話。
番茄麵好吃，老闆娘人很好，態度友善。位置在市場內，需要鑽入小巷有點難找。
Really good tomato soup base, probably better than the famous sing hueng Yuen in HK island. The beef is more tender than SHY’s! Staff were helpful although not the most friendly, but that’s expected in HK. Will definitely be back for more!

星座冰室，聽起來很像是國高中會來吃的店。
位子地庫，所以周邊詭譎是很正常的。
但馳名番茄飯，很好吃 ，香酸，
配上鹹檸七（但served spirit …?)
聽說九月之後就拆遷這棟大樓。
此種唏噓不是我們外人能感受得到的
味道好，價格好，工作人員很友好。
我有點擔心這裡的氣氛和衛生。
Came here for the famous tomatoes and eggs noodle. It was a bit disappointing as it was lukewarm and tasted quite ordinary. But I like the very dated interior; it was like eating in a heritage museum.
這個位置很難找到，因為它位於20年前的Cheonggyecheon Sewoon購物中心這樣的老建築中間。這是一個去吃番茄面或拉麵的地方……李相民被騙了。絕對不合我們的口味。

因此租約在今年9月屆滿的冰室便面臨結業的可能喔 …
其實我很多年前也有來過吃這家出名的芝士番茄撈蛋麵
剛好看到報導再加上朋友們亦想吃就約了這天晚上一起去囉
香檳大廈是一座舊式商住樓宇，而冰室則是在這大廈的地庫
以前的話，訊號收得不好~所以用餐時根本沒辦法玩手機
現在再來這煩惱已解決 (*´∀`) 不過裝潢卻沒怎樣變動過喲
這裡的招牌是 芝士番茄撈蛋麵 ，但當然也有其他的選擇！
另外也有一些特別的飲品，亦有多士、三文治之類。
上餐的速度不算太快，所以要耐心等一下喔
紅豆咖啡 ($23) – 是看到報導介紹，所以想試。
這杯不會超甜~咖啡很滑身、紅豆很有咬口
芝士番茄撈蛋麵 ($42) –
一片芝士就這樣放在麵的上面！吃之前記得先好好拌勻 (๑´ㅂ`๑)
麵底是出前一丁，不會煮得很稔身。
用番茄和蛋做成的醬汁呈粉紅色～帶微酸的味道
夾起來是很有趣吧！但如果認為重點是”番茄” …
就會失望喔~因為這碗的麻油味很重！
奶醬多士 ($14) – hm…這片麵包好像比平時小?
不過花生醬有厚厚的塗就是囉 ….
鮮牛肉三文治 ($33) 烘底+$2
肉片吃起來還算軟嫩，可能有蛋的那款會好吃點?
老實說這種懷舊的冰室真是買少見少 …

In the shadow of closure because of property redevelopment, an old neighborhood restaurant gradually turns into a tourist trap. The environment may be too rudimentary for many and menu items are humdrum. It is, however, a trip down into the memory lane.

A place that brings you back to the 80s. Food was good.
As much as I enjoy the old decor and great signage Star cafe is just alright. The chairs are comfortable and the milk tea is great but the food isn’t anything the write home about.
超級好味
吃了番茄面和club sandwich，不知道是不是選錯了菜單，但是都真的很差。這個地方也不干淨。下雨了。
為了美食跑到這裡也願意，地點稍微隱密但如果找到肯定不會後悔，坐在這裡吃上一份餐一碗麵的同時，更能感受到在香港的密集人口中如何運用空間的時空背景~~
