推介：燒鵝叉燒飯套餐，涼拌青瓜小食，有超多秘製蒜香汁，帶少少辣但仍然保持到青瓜嘅清新味。燒鵝肉質彈牙，皮乾身脆口

仍可以，叉燒較瘦但仍較淋，算易咬口，燒鵝切得較小，味道可以但肉質沒棋哥鬆軟，整體也可接受，點了餐後才發現比較多人叫燒肉，下次再試

There’s an english menu, Portion is good.
pork is somewhat dry and lackluster, the sauce is a little bit sweet to me.
Not bad.

見到呢個套餐佔左menu 嘅一大半，梗係叫呢個餐try try 佢😋 個set有齊佢地嘅招牌叉燒同燒鵝，有湯有小食有野飲，好抵食！小編欣賞佢地d叉燒夠厚🥓 肉質細嫩，d邊又唔會燒得太燶😛食落去有香脆嘅口感🥳 燒鵝皮脆肉嫩，d肉仲keep 住好juicy💦配上酸甜嘅冰梅漿，最啱送飯！涼拌青瓜🥒好refreshing，小辣得黎小編又接受到，幾開胃🤤 老闆仲好好人咁問我地要唔要多d湯，不過小編實在太飽食唔落，下次先啦🤣
p.s 同老闆傾傾下先知佢地逢星期六都會派100盒燒味飯比公公婆婆，係良心小店黎㗎😍

好味的叉燒

It’s a Hong Kong local barbeque food restaurant. I bumped into it around 2pm on a Saturday. After browsing the menu, I picked a 1-person set meal with barbecue pork and goose (chef recommendation) . Apart from the pork and goose, this set came with a bowl of rice, an appetizer, soup and tea/coffee. The goose meat tasted great. Its skin was crispy, the meat was soft and tender. The pork was average, taste was good but it was a bit dry and chewy perhaps it was due to the choice of pork (which portion of a pig). The appetizer(cucumber with spicy and sour sauce) was a surprise though, I ate them all. Great value for money.

Update on 26 Jun 2021: Need to share a table with a stranger, so walked away at once.

Among the best roast geese place yet the cha siu is poor.
