Hipster burger joint! Loved the decore of the place although I did not manage to take some good pics as the place was quite full when I was there. The kimchi buttermilk chicken burger is a must order!! Just don’t think about the calories 🤣🤣! The classic cheese burger was good too but I think that one is on par with the likes of burger circus so was not as much of a standout. There were other interesting items on the menu like a soft shell crab burger! Must try next time!!! 😆😆 oh and sweet potato fries!! Mmm would give it a 5 star but the first time round the chicken burger came out it was a bit raw in the middle but they quickly made us a fresh one.

totally recommend any burgers here although its slight slight pricey . the normal fries were decent (morty’s much much better) but the sweet potato fries got me non stop !

Great burger place, i had their cheese burger and it was good. Juicy beef with melted cheese. Portion is relatively smaller than those from Butcher’s Club and other regular burger place but for the quality, I will definitely come back for more. Their sweet potato fries are good too, especially like the hot dipping that goes with it.
The shop is small but the environment is comfortable with 2 outdoor seating. Worth to try if you hv not been!

This place was a revelation. Delicious, juicey patty that actually tastes of beef, adequate portion size so you enjoy even the last bite (no burger glutton regret!) and the first time I’ve encountered genuinely crispy sweet potato fries +bonus sriracha mayo-esque sauce. Normal fries are awesome too. As is the refreshing homemade lemonade. Can’t wait to go back.

Enjoying the signature Honbo burger and cheese burger with family and my dog at the window side table in this late Sunday night is definitely a stunning experience. The waiters are super friendly and can see all other customers are enjoying this place

Honbo would be my vote for favorite hamburger joint in Hong Kong. The restaurant is located in a hidden away spot and is difficult to find. The best way to get here is to walk up the stairs from Queens road. The menu here is simple: burgers, fries, beer, and soft drinks.
My rating of five stars is based on the following:
1) Food: 5 stars
2) Environment/vibe: 4.5 stars
(would like some more comfortable seating)
3) Value: 4 stars (5 stars with entertainer app)
Recommended dishes: Apple pie ice tea, Honbo burger
They have a few offerings that aren’t beef patty based such as the soft shell crab burger and scallop burger. If you haven’t been before I would start with the hamburgers. The Apple pie ice tea here is really great. They add an Apple slice that is browned w/ cinnamon. It really does give the tea an apple pie tint and is also not too sweet.
The Honbo burger is analogous to a double double you would get at in and out. The normal party is cut in half and you get two patties. There is more contact with the grill which leads to more browning and deliciousness.
If you are looking for a good burger I would come here.
