HONBO

The buns are great. Solid on the outside but soft and with a great texture inside and it doesn’t break apart after absorbing the juices and sauces. Very simple and easy menu but most importantly a tasty burger at a decent price. Seating isn’t the most comfortable but nothing really is too comfortable in the star street area. Probably best to go during off peak hours to enjoy. Or take out.

素食漢堡不像以前那樣，非常無味，每次去那裡薯條都會變差

愛它。舒適的小漢堡吧，午餐時間很划算。我沒有意識到未來的銀行業精英午餐吃漢堡。爆米花雞很好吃，我有 Honbo 1.5，足以讓我吃飽。

很棒的漢堡，還有薯條（我試過奶酪薯條）。不要猶豫，試一試。

This was my second visit. On my first visit, the burger tasted really good so I went back again.
They still do the soft opening thing. But what I experienced today was not to do with soft opening but more to do with untrained staff and the experience was bad enough to make me think that I won’t go back again ever. I visited around 12:15 and the shop assistance said the shop should be serving in 20mins. I returned to the shop and the same woman said the meat was still been mixed and should be ready in 15 mins. As I was still in the complex, I went back and the same woman said they only serve vegan burger because they are sold out of meat?!?? So why didn’t they tell me they don’t have beef burger at the first place? I really wanted to eat their burger but I’m not going back after this. There are so many places in HK where they do good burgers with good service. So not worth this rubbish. Totally unreliable and don’t recommend.

Had the lettuce bun classic. (no bun but lettuce). The Pattie was juicy, but a tad small too my taste.

Ordered the Honbo burger and fries, very yummy! The space wasn’t huge but on the Saturday I went there wasn’t a line. One thing is, just a note, there’s only one server when I was there so when we wanted to split the bill and pay with different cards, he wasn’t very keen though he still did it for us. Overall great food, though a little pricey.

Simple menu, quality ingredients, juicy flavorful burger. The Honbo 2.0 and Chicken Burger are both must-gets.

Great burgers! But also, don’t ignore the sides and the greens, which are sourced from local organic farms and taste amazing

Probably one of the best hole-in-the-wall burger spots you’d find in Hong Kong. Not hole-in-the-wall prices though. Not insanely expensive but definitely no fast food prices here. Do yourself a favor and get the double, you’re already there.

Solid burger. The sweet potato fries also awesome. Had the coleslaw but think I might give that a miss next time. Enjoyed very much

Terrible non beef Burgers, expensive for what you get and terrible service – don’t recommend it at all and won’t be going back. Fries for over 40hkd is generally ridiculous, but worse they tasted like nothing and were simplysimpHK local red potatoes, not cleaned properly fried. The normal burgers (beef) had a lot of grease and were small. Not worth it. Better off at others in want chai.

非常好的地址，有非常好的漢堡。但是對紅薯感到失望，我應該吃芝士薯條。下次會嘗試

忘了查看生啤酒的價格。漢堡價格的啤酒少得驚人。在漢堡和啤酒之後破產了。

美味的漢堡和很棒的自製檸檬水。

The service of client facing staff is like you owe her 1 million. Will not come back again. You are not the only shop selling burger in this town.

Honbo是一家吃漢堡的好地方，這裡的環境很好，工作人員也很友好。
餐廳位於山頂，可以從花園裡的樓梯步行上去。餐廳的景色很美，因為從前門可以看到開闊的景色。
漢堡本身不錯，點了他們的經典漢堡，肉煮得很好。雖然配菜的選擇有限，但也都不錯。

Honbo’s is one of my favorites in Hong Kong, get the mustard grilled option.
