Double Cheese Burger $138
食肉獸必點, 有成兩塊4oz既漢堡, 而CHEESE係Burger既角色實在太重要, DOUBLE CHEESE令到成個漢堡美味都DOUBLE埋!
Cheese Fries $58
芝士醬唔係好夠, 如果可以多D女好啦, 薯條炸得香脆, 不錯。
Ginger lime lemonade $38
薑同檸既味道配搭得宜, 但係就甜左D, 怕甜人士注意。
灣仔滿佈小店相信好多人都知,但要揾到佢地都需要付出一定既腳力,今次黎到呢間位於日街,坐立係灣仔與金鐘之間,需要爬上條小樓梯叫honbo既美式cheese burger店.店外採用藍白色簡單配搭,而且用上直立玻璃窗口,空間感十足.
HONBO係店內既signature當然要試下,除左普通HONBO之外仲有1.5同2.0揀.當中既分別左於你係咩級數既食肉獸同芝士控.
今次我就揀左HONBO1.5試試,一上枱見到份burger充滿牛肉同半溶芝士已經充滿食慾.牛肉望落好juicy,一咬肉汁慢慢流出黎.牛肉漢堡入口唔會過油膩之餘牛香味夠濃,再配上double濃厚芝士口感更濃郁.內裏配菜有酸瓜洋蔥平衡返比更重味同膩既牛同芝士.HONBO1.5對我黎講啱啱好,可以滿足我對肉既渴求之餘又唔太heavy.
Grilled chicken burger用左有機雞肉配上自家製日式燒汁醬烤帶點微酸甜十分開胃而且雞肉烤得唔會過乾,內裏仲帶有肉汁.最後係雞肉同烘得鬆軟既漢堡包之間加上蛋黃醬令味道更香濃幼滑.
薯條用上幼身薯條,新鮮炸起十分脆身而且隔左一陣仲保持到脆身口感.
Lemon green tea檸檬味夠強,食左咁多重味既野食飲返一啖可以解到口腔裏既油膩感之餘檸檬酸夠強令到成個人醒晒.
我和我的朋友吃了經典的漢堡和本博。漢堡很好吃。我真的很喜歡自製的包子。我會說它是這個城市最好的之一。雖然那裡的食物很棒，但餐廳的衛生很糟糕。首先，工作人員在讓顧客進來之前沒有檢查顧客的體溫。其次，工作人員（無論是在廚房工作的還是在地板上工作的）都沒有戴口罩。你猜怎麼著！其中一個甚至在我們吃飯的時候咳嗽。這表明這家餐廳根本不關心顧客的健康。在他們改善餐廳的衛生之前，我不會向任何人推薦它。如果您不想被感染，請不要光顧這家餐廳！！！！
令人驚嘆的漢堡和紅薯薯條。最近回來，因為我看到他們被報導為世界上最好的漢堡之一，我仍然喜歡他們的芝士漢堡。可能是香港最好的之一，在我看來絕對比 Shake Shack 和 Five Guys 更好。

訂購了 Honbo 組合。漢堡很好，但紅薯薯條很冷。三名面向客戶的工作人員都沒有戴口罩，這是完全不能接受的。廚房工作人員也沒有正確佩戴口罩。
不會回來，因為它對衛生的態度鬆懈。
都說食材好，店里幹淨，味道也不錯，可惜是一家可以做的更好的。
特別是，芝士漢堡有一個厚肉餅，而Honbo有兩個薄肉餅。
因為薄肉餅做得非常好，所以很難感覺特別好。芝士漢堡的肉餅很厚，所以最好給它五分熟或五分熟。
如果你能通過詢問如何烘烤來定制肉餅，那就太好了，而且飲料似乎價格過高。
在日月星街的一隅，有一間彷彿置身於世外桃源的漢堡店 Honbo。藍白的配色很鮮明搶眼，店內坐位不多，播放著輕快悠和的音樂，蠻溫馨的小店呢
我們點了 Double Cheese Burger 配 Cheese Fries 和 Honbo 1.5 配 Sweet Potato Fries，其實Menu上的各款漢堡配搭都差不多，可隨喜好選擇煙肉/芝士/生菜或漢堡扒的份量，經典就是不用太多花巧。趁熱大口一咬，口中充滿了漢堡扒的肉汁，非常Juicy。漢堡扒牛味香濃，Double 4oz的beef patty配袐製醬汁加上雙層芝士，份量非常滿足～加上pickles 可巧妙地減輕膩感.. 配搭的Cheese Fries 和 Sweet Potato Fries 新鮮炸起，不油膩很好吃
飲品方面點了夏日之選 Mike’s Lemonade 和 Apple Pie Ice Tea。Apple Pie Ice Tea 帶濃郁的肉桂香，蠻特別的

Left a review on OpenRice (a popular local food website in HK) was not published and deleted in pending for review and wonder why..
I said they won my first review during my stuck aboard in HK. This place is awful and i can’t believe is Bloomberg recommended. I did say i Bloomberg may out of their mind and they should stay what they good at but not food.
I can’t judge their hamburger but the $98HK (13USD) chicken sandwich was a medium rare chicken Thigh, $38HK (5bucks) room temp. Ginger Lime Lemonade was loaded with syrup, ask for ice (nope, we don’t have ice), fair taste $24HK (3bucks) Mickey D’s small size fries.
i also said on the review that if you wanna listed yourself to be a American cuisine, get some legit chicken white meat, cook it right, free drinks refill, invest a ice maker or storage and don’t cheap on fries then we talk.

Had a dinner chatting with a friend here last night and feeling great for all the food! The impossible burger and sweet potato fries are epic! Juicy and fresh! Love their choice of sparkling water as well, no wonder so many people come dining in here even on weekdays night!
香港為數不多的以 Impossible Meat 為特色的漢堡/快餐店之一，使用植物性替代品代替牛肉餅。我想知道 Beyond Meat（另一個品牌的類似產品）在漢堡中的味道如何？如果餐廳也能考慮提供 Beyond Meat 服務那就太好了。
漢堡很好吃，但是當我們去的時候，他們已經賣完了：葡萄酒、所有烈酒、一半的啤酒，而且沒有一些主食。有限的享受，本身就是如此
Decent burger. Sweet potato fries is a plesant surprise!
Honbo, actually is the Chinese name of the burger. A very nice and hidden place for chill. Not much seats but you will find restaurant was crowded at night. Go beer for sure. Can you see the spicy source, yes spicy with Honbo, go try it.

漢堡被高估而且價格過高！我們去吃午餐，漢堡比預期的要小，填充物很少，味道一般（即沒有什麼特別的），薯條也很正常（想想快餐）。就價格而言，很難證明“餐廳”價格與快餐店價格的合理性

Good place. Good burger and beer
Great burgers. They a definitely add their own flare to the food… They have beef, chicken and impossible meat. They made the impossible patty their own so it tastes great, not just out of the packet and cooked up. I would recommend the sweet potato fries as well. The place is small and there is outside seating too but it is popular so there might be a short wait. The food gets served really quickly so tables continue to move. Will definitely be back.
Truly amazing burgers, they are superb. Can not wait to go back. And the staff are really friendly, there was a personal incident and they where wonderful and helpful.. everything about this place is superb.

吃了芝士漢堡。牛肉餅味道不錯。地瓜薯條真的不錯，值得一試。
蘋果派肉桂冰茶味道甜美，香氣撲鼻。
點了不可能的（素食）漢堡，味道很棒。也喜歡紅薯薯條和蘋果派冰茶。
服務是缺點。也許他們太忙了？！
鎮上最好的漢堡和精釀啤酒，Stone + Wood。工作人員非常好。香港的價格非常合理！

It’s a good restaurant with delicious foods but the reason I gave a single star for the review is due to the lack of customer service, rude attitude of the staff

A cute little burger place! Very chic decoration and clean.
Wouldn’t consider it the best burger I’ve had but they are decent. The bread was fluffy like with air are inside, pretty interesting. The burger was not too big but good enough for lunch.
The meal came with a side dish and drink. Sweet potato was not what I have expected in smaller slices, but they tasted good. Apple cinnamon drink was impressive! Very refreshing. The meal was on the pricy side.
For such a small place. Has amazing food and great staff.

一踏入店鋪比我感覺非常簡潔舒服，菜單也吸引和有趣，漢堡出品很好，油而不膩，口感很棒。飲品方面檸檬汁酸度適中也非常開胃。蘋果批紅茶褊甜，適合比較愛甜的小可愛。

漢堡很小，沒有媒體說的麵包鬆脆，漢堡不錯。總的來說，比麥當勞的招牌漢堡好，但絕對不值這個價錢。附近有幾家漢堡餐廳比這更好……
要求收取 10% 的費用，他們提供的服務非常糟糕，當他們真的把賬單扔在我們桌子上並立即走開時，真的很震驚，哇……（我們在吃飯時沒有任何抱怨或任何事情，他們也沒有忙碌的 ）
今日嚟到評價一直都好高嘅burger 店HONBO試一試佢哋嘅burger。 好好彩，星期六都只係等咗大概5分鐘就有位仲係坐緊窗邊位置唔使咁侷促，餐廳衛生都好好，設計都好舒服。枱上面已經放好咗茄汁黃芥辣同是拉差，同另外兩支辣椒醬。 我叫咗個Cheese Burger配薯條，朋友叫咗一個Impossible burger。 個burger嘅麵包係幾好食，牛肉唔會話太乾，可惜亦都唔夠香，生菜方面亦非常新鮮。至於Impossibleburger個「肉」調味好香，比較之下好似仲好食過個 cheese Burger。 薯條係幼薯條，唔係話好多薯味，都ok 。 整體味道係OK，但冇咩特別驚喜，份量亦都比較細，所以性價比並非很高

I like the atmosphere here. however, I think the Honbo in Tsuen Wan is better. The burger is more juicy.

The Golden burger is really juicy while the fried sweet potatoes are not what I expected as the thin sweet one.. but overall it’s very delicious and worth the price.
The staff are super nice and good environment to chill with friends.
