Food was great but not our char siu bao. Ours got 2 different fillings: one had a stronger taste than the other 2 which was strange.

The three layer meat is quite pricy, taste normal but portion is small.

那天親身體驗，名大於實

水準均勻

偶爾會去利苑飲茶，以往的服務和食物質素都覺得滿意。
今日去覺得有點失望，座位安排好擁擠。
我叫咗有點心有甜品有泡飯，落單嘅時候服務人員也沒有問及次序，但第一個來的居然是泡飯，第二個是甜品，最後點心先到，作為利苑嚟講呢個唔應該係一個正常的出餐次序。
第二，我點的蒸鳳爪實在好咸，我食咗兩隻，友人食咗一隻已經食唔落去。同其中一位部長反映意見，草草敷衍了事，感覺唔到任何誠意。
下次唔會再去幫襯灣仔呢間利苑。

水準保持

北海中心一樓，灣仔區內算是好味，傳統飲茶，點心款式不多，亦無花巧新派造型，但味道正宗，食出原味。

利苑走的是比較精緻跟高級的路線，他們的點心非常好吃種類又多款。用餐環境也算是氣派舒適不侷促。最為出名點心有口感輕盈酥脆的蘿蔔絲酥餅，外層鬆酥，還能一絲絲掰開來。大口咬下立即感受到濕潤的蘿蔔絲的香氣，現在想起還讓人懷念。鹹水角金黃又酥脆、薄薄的外皮，裡面包夾著豐富的糯米、絞肉、香菇、蔥、蒜等各種佐料，吃起來口感Q彈又順口，真得頗有水準。這裡的原隻蒸蝦餃跟山竹牛肉球也很美味，而且用料都非常扎實！像原隻蒸蝦餃就真的是一整隻鮮甜的蝦子包在裡頭，山竹牛肉球充滿肉汁，點喼汁齊吃份外好味。
最後一定要吃的是酥皮雞蛋撻，大約是兩口就能完食的大小所以吃起來不會太有負擔，加上酥皮的部分很香醇，中間蛋撻的餡料也清爽而不膩口，所以一個人吃掉三個蛋撻都真的沒問題。

Lei Garden takes a more refined and advanced route. Their dim sum is very delicious and has a wide range of varieties. 　The dining environment is also grand and comfortable without being cramped. The most famous dim sums are the light and crispy radish shredded puff pastries with a loose and crisp outer layer, which can be broken apart. After a big bite, I immediately felt the scent of moist shredded radish, which is still nostalgic when I think of it. The deep-fried meat dumplings are golden, crispy and thin, and the dumpling is filled with various condiments such as glutinous rice, ground meat, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, garlic, etc. It tastes chewy and smooth, which is really tasty. The original steamed shrimp dumplings and steamed beef balls are also delicious, and the ingredients are very solid!
Like the original steamed shrimp dumplings, it is really a whole sweet shrimp wrapped inside. The beef balls are full of juice, and you can enjoy the delicious taste when you eat with L&P sauce.
The last item you must try is the mini egg tarts, which is about the size that can be eaten in two bites, so it will not be too burdensome to eat. The puff pastry part is very fragrant and the filling of the middle egg tart is also refreshing and not greasy. So it’s really okay to eat three egg tarts by one person.
