上個月尾朋友話帶我去食Cake，位置就係灣仔既利東街內，舖面係彩虹色，帶比人開心歡樂既感覺。入到去有一棵好靚既聖誕樹，再有好多不同既聖誕飾物。店員都好Nice。
我都選擇了2個聖誕蛋糕仔，一個係插著白鴿圖案，蛋糕顏色色彩繽紛，中間個層夾著櫻桃味既jelly糖，另一個係插著聖誕鹿圖案，朋友話係薄荷味，好香濃薄荷味，叫我下次一定要試下。2款都好靚，好有聖誕節既感覺。
店內仲有好多大大小小不同款式既蛋糕，色彩繽紛既蛋糕令我地對眼目不轉移停留在蛋糕上。
Ate ‘OMG’, the taste is more than mediocre, so guess the high price went to its nice deco and the brand for sugar / gluten free?
Amazing chestnut cake
Oh well, staff in Ms B’s Cakery, Princes Building are just as unfriendly and unhelpful as the one in Sevva. I certainly do not need the attitude.

買了3款迷李蛋糕，lemon poppy seed 口感鬆軟味道 Fresh 好食，士多啤梨口感及味道很平庸沒有驚喜，但勝在紅色麵粉花作為 deco 因此吸引了我選買了它，不過此只一次以後不會啦！第三款 coffee cheese cake, 咖啡味剛好不太濃，但 cheese味唔夠強食落只覺得太 rich, 好滯….好似是好 heavy 好 heavy cream mix在蛋糕裏面，提議此款蛋糕於製做時whipping cream與cheese 及其他材料份量比例要再重分配…..或考慮加些 sour cream或 Yogurt 會令蛋糕囗感無噤重….more Fresh!
Delicious & pretty cakes
I don’t know if these people went to the same bakery as I did cause… I had myself a lovely time. I’m a guy who unsually doesn’t dabble in pastries or cakes of any kinds, but this bakery is my favorite by far. I’ve tried a few cakes and they’ve all tasted even better than they looked. They’re not overly sweet and the “moistness” is just the perfect amount. I usually order my birthday cakes from here, which can be concerning since I would tend to eat most of the cake and not give any to loved ones lol. The staff were so courteous and helpful when I went there. People just needa lighten up a lil and enjoy some world class dessert. Nom Nom Nom 😀
Another year of celebration with Ms B’s cake. It’s obviously more pricy than before when compared to the peer.
