我的小鳥告訴我,糕點師是四季酒店的,現在自己做。它不只是炒作 cruffin 真的很好,也許是香港的第一家,而且工作人員從不急於提供餐桌服務,這與香港的許多餐館相比非常棒。他們在下午 3 點之前提供午餐/早午餐菜單,而 cruffin 在中午很快就用完了。
出色的麵包店,一次過買了Scone, Chocolate Cookie, Cream Cruffin, Walnut Fig Rye, Croissant。品質和味道同樣很好,非常值得一試。今天剛好遇著Croissant出爐時間,人龍也不算太長,所以買到想要的麵包;但等待入店品嚐咖啡和麵包的客人就要等很久了。

以前四季酒店擔任糕餅主廚之名打造手製麵包,賣相相當討好,慕名之人絡繹不絕,每日由至下午都排長龍,然而最出名的牛角包只限早上8時及中午1時供應,錯過則可品嘗其他款式。堂吃的有多種款式可選擇,味道配搭不錯,卻不及坊間瘋狂的讚譽。如果想一試招牌麵包,還是午飯前來最好。

如果你想知道要買哪種麵包,別擔心,因為每一種都有自己的特點,而且都很好吃!

從大埔千里迢迢趕來..一次又一次!!我從午餐菜單中為自己買了“雞肉三明治”,還有一個加果醬和奶油的“raison scone”。兩者都像預期的那樣很棒,但我會說烤餅是必須的!
我今天獨自一人,一位可愛的女士與我同桌。飯後我們聊得很愉快。雖然我們已經吃飽了,但新鮮的麵包不斷從烤箱裡出來,我們忍不住盯著它看!!然後這位女士又點了一個和我一起品嚐。啊哈!美味的食物確實將人們聯繫在一起!
下次如果我碰巧與其他顧客同桌,我會非常樂意也一起分享食物,這樣我就可以真正地咬一口所有東西:p 我戀愛了!

很喜歡這家麵包店。工作人員很好,氣氛很好~等了半個小時但是值得。
5 stars for the cinnamon rolls – they are the best there is…. Be sure to go early to get ’em fresh and before they gone, which is fast.

Great croissants and good value. But they should update their opening hours which says open from 8 on weekdays but they aren’t ready till 9
Those croissants were impressively flakey but not greasy! Friendly staff and uniquely modern decor!
The pain au chocolat is delicious but more expensive than most bakeries in the area. Definitely worth a taste if you’re in the area. The wait time can be 15-20min for take aways and dine in may be longer during tea time. Be sure to go in the morning as the croissant are hot and fresh.

正! 但太多人要排隊!
12點左右來到已經有7/8人在排隊那就外帶吧, 可惜可頌要45分鐘後才有… 本來對這塔沒什麼期望, 但我要說, 很好吃欸! 皮又薄又脆, 檸檬的酸又剛剛好 (雖然流心吃的我蠻狼狽), 跟帶著一點點焦香脆面好搭喔! 而且完全不會膩, 幸好有順便帶了一個 💛 巧克力曲奇也很讚喔 …
閒日黎等左15分左右入得,食佢地既set lunch$98蚊無加一係抵好多,南洋風味既湯濃偏鹹香帶點辣,上面放左d乾炸蒜頭配埋黎食,幾特別又好啖。
d醬又係酸酸尾尾辣辣地,配埋滑嫰雞塊,一揸菜咁,整體好full,好滿足又好味!
個反而麻麻地,比較普通,但勝在份量多,食完又堅飽wor。
最後飲埋杯Latte,打包埋佢主打既就散場。岩岩新鮮出爐,撲鼻薰香,個陣味引到出面十幾廿個人甘心排隊等候,真係欽佩!

I’m not the fan of egg tart but this one is really good. It change my perspective for an egg tart! I can eat it every day and yes, I go back and buy it for 3 days in a roll😎
The raspberry croissant is also good, very crispy outside and filled w/ yummy raspberry sauce and airy cream❤️.
The raspberry tart is very nice & tasty. The pastry shell is crispy and buttery as the way it should be. The raspberry is fresh and a lot for cute little tart can hold^^. The filling is just right not too sweat for my liking.
Will go back for another egg tart and try almond croissant tmr😘
上星期終於有機會早上去幫親,食左個蛋🍳+BACON🥓+CHEESE🧀 BUN。真係新鮮到。估唔到BUN 都可以有驚喜😲。非一般的軟熟😋,加左個黑醋醬BALANCE返BACON油膩👍。真係想唔到可以去到咁好。係呢份用心❤️先至可以做到咁大的差別. 係第二道食唔到💯.

我們點了法式吐司和吐司炒雞蛋,份量很大,味道也很好。服務很棒,他們收取小費而不是標準服務費。一位休閒/兼職的女孩樂於助人和關懷,當我第一次坐下時詢問烤餅時,她說直到稍後才可用,當烤餅剛從烤箱中取出時,她立即過來讓我知道,非常感謝。太糟糕了,我不能在法式吐司後在那裡吃烤餅,可以外賣,但他們不允許外賣奶油/果醬。
牛角包好食,經常要排隊
失望,水波蛋牛油果HKD156,但一隻流心,一隻不流心,水波就是吃流心呀,頓時心都碎了,整個組合蛋黃也不香,還有一點點微苦味,不確定是不是表面的紅粉,這個價錢不太值。蛋塔跟牛角都香但不脆,不貴,可一試。
可愛的羊角麵包,前幾天在那裡吃早餐,總體不錯,但吐司麵包有點脆。我更喜歡(外脆內軟)。蛋撻皮不錯,但我覺得雞蛋“蛋奶”餡有點蛋黃味。

Tasty tasty quiches and pastries, plus breads. I’ve never eaten in there, since queues are always long, but from what I can tell, queues are long for a reason. Staff are friendly, and grabbing a morning bun or croissant here is worthy. Quiche lorraine here is delicious, so try it.
毫無疑問是香港最好的麵包店之一。很棒的選擇,美味,很棒的員工,物有所值。這是香港某個地方的獨角獸。
他們的熱十字麵包是我一生中吃過的最好的。酸麵團是完美的定義。外面酥脆有彈性,裡面蓬鬆。
我沒有嘗試過他們的羊角麵包,因為它們在離開烤箱後幾分鐘內就用完了。

That’s literally all you need to know – sourdough egg tarts is the f-ing bomb.
Ever since we discovered the sourdough egg tarts we’ve gone about once a week to wolf them down.
If you manage to get seats, the cubano is also pretty damn awesome and one of the best I’ve had (nope haven’t had the ones in Miami yet but when I think of a cubano I think of the one here at bakehouse).
We also often get the sourdough or brioche loaves to go. Pretty damn delish as well.
The rest of the baked goods are hit and miss.
Good for: sourdough egg tarts
Excellent breakfast choices. Friendly staff and good price. Waited for 45 mins on a Sunday morning at around 11am. Table is too small though.

能在此吃到5星洒店水平的早餐!由於很受歡迎,周一至五的早上也可能要等位。推介牛油果水煮蛋多士配煙燻三文魚以及可以飽餐一頓的Big Breakfast (有點像All day breakfast) 。此外,店內帶休閒感的氛圍令您跟友人可輕鬆悠閒地享用早餐以及盡情暢談。

The customer is deserved to have a seat at such price level. All tables with high stands only.
各方面都唔錯,尤其啲餅——雖然看似冇乜特別, 例如只係一個 strawberry toast 、Brioche pudding, 聽個名有乜特別呢? 但食落又真係有驚喜。

I came to Bakehouse for their crossiant and stayed for their White Sourdough.
Their cossiants are light and fluffy, crispy exterior although not the best I ever had, it is the best in HK. Always freshly baked as they sell out so fast. I have returned for 3rd time now and tried a few things. My favourite so far is there White Sourdough loaf, really crispy outside and chewy lightly sour goodness inside. The Country Sourdough is nowhere near as good.
On weekends the line for dine in is long at breakfast and afternoon tea time. Going around lunch there’s less people.
