十一點多到達門外已排長龍,幸好只是堂食要排隊。外賣只需等一會便可。先在現場試了蛋撻,賣相吸引不過因爲是室溫味道就麻麻地。牛角包在回家後加熱後十分鬆脆又有好香牛油味,好好食。
就像香港火爆的麵包店和早午餐餐廳,但我吃的肉桂麵包有濃郁的肉桂香味,所以感覺像雙花糖(?) 藍莓鬆餅很甜,但味道很好。這些天首爾有很多好的麵包店,所以它不是一個特別激發我靈感的地方。
Food was okay, but waiting time could be up to an hour if you have a party of 4 or above as there are not much seats available. It would be better to just do take away.
These place has some of the best pastries in the world. The pistachio cream croissant is like a croissant meets eclair with the most amazing tasting cream. The egg tarts are incredibly well made and delicious, the chocolate donut with a hazelnut filling is well balanced and not too sweet. Teas are excellent, the Cubano sandwich is just ok, and Sonia the pretzel, they really mastered the sweets and pastries. The chocolate pot de creme is simply the best one I’ve ever tasted anywhere/anytime. Worth the wait (there is always a line) maybe they should take down names/numbers and let people walk around, the whole waiting in line culture is just stupid, that aside, Bakehouse is amazing!

香港最美味牛角可頌,皮脆內鬆軟不是蓋的,餐飲不收服務費,客人滿意服務費隨意給
性價比低。服務態度一般,雖然食物質數和還境還好,可惜員工不停給你壓力,好似想你快啲離開咁。原本諗住係黎chill 下,可惜可惜。整體感覺不佳。
早午餐套餐非常推薦!優質的服務和美味的食物,值得排隊。別忘了嚐嚐羊角麵包。
莓果奶油內餡讓牛角千層好好味,蛋撻精緻,有別於它家,草莓甜點也好吃甜而不膩,但價格有點高

Hands down, the BEST egg tarts I’ve had so far in HK 😍😋 I normally prefer the Portuguese style ones (the cafe at excelsior used to be my fav spot), but I loved Bakehouse’s version with sourdough even more. They literally melt in your mouth 🤤 another fantastic item was the strawberry croissant – perfectly baked, fantastic flavors with just enough sweetness and cream for my taste 👌will definitely be back next time I’m in HK!!

食物材料很好、環境也好,只是排隊等位較長。
中午食飯,悠悠閒下午茶,食包包同飲咖啡必經之地,食物質素唔錯,外表都好精緻,又飽肚
香港最好的麵包店之一,產品總是很棒,新鮮出爐,你不會錯的。座位很少,所以入口處總是有一點提示,但值得等待。嚐嚐羊角麵包,我們配上卡布奇諾,這是開始新一天的完美方式。
食物美觀美味,服務態度很好,第一次來試了藜麥沙拉和咖啡巧克力派,價位雖然比平時的午餐高,但值得一試!三文魚班尼迪克蛋是借人家的餐照的

Probably my favourite croissant in town! It has a wonderful texture, flaky and buttery, and very satisfying. Pretty nice sourdough egg tart as well, and their chocolate chip cookie is heavenly.
p.s. I would always get take away and grab my coffee from NOC next door
外牆以啡色作底,加上白色字的店名,看下猶如灑在麵包上的麵粉一樣。
一早來到已人山人海,有興趣要早點來到啦。
店員都細心、認真地製作每一個步驟,絕不馬虎。
新鮮出爐的麵包都會放左廚櫃中,方便客人看到,下單購買。
店內以磚牆配搭實木、雲石家具, 感覺柔和親切。

Croissant牛油味豐富,內裡是完好的蜂巢切面,質感軟彈。
Avocado Tosat (Extra Smoked Salmon)
脆口的麵包面放上牛油果、煙三文魚、水波蛋,配自家醬汁,非常吸睛。
輕輕切下,流出嫩滑的蛋汁,味道更滑,添加了煙三文魚帶出咸香,以填補牛油果清淡的不足,令整體味道更豐富。

口感幼滑豐厚,甜度適中,醇香順滑。

好吃的蛋撻,和本地風格有點不一樣,外層不脆。法式吐司和鱷梨吐司很棒,但最好與朋友分享,除非那會太多。 yin yeung(咖啡混合伯爵茶)很奇怪。
Post-lunch queue was quick on a Friday! Amazing sourdough options, including a sourdough pastry egg tart (12 HKD). The brioche also looked amazing. I swooped up a box of 6 fresh egg tarts and cannot be happier. Brunch is popular here.

黑朱古力味幾濃 咖啡同朱古力互不搶風頭 入口順滑 質地唔太濃稠 (朱古力控表示都係鍾意Levain個杯多啲)
▪️Sourdough egg tart $12
入口真係好有焦糖燉蛋既感覺 蛋好滑溜 好濃蛋香 酸種蛋撻既撻皮帶一點點酸 但可能唔係新鮮出爐既關係 外皮唔太脆 酥皮層層分明既感覺唔太明顯 但係真係好鍾意佢個蛋漿!

外層酥脆 內層軟熟 薄身輕盈 牛油香未算好香濃 但唔太油膩 (個人都係鍾意Gontran Cherrier中間每層較厚身煙韌既牛角包🌚)
▪️Mushroom toast $108
Sourdough放得耐左 邊邊依然能夠保持脆度 但中間位置小不免會索滿蛋汁而變得唔太脆 sourdough帶麥香 但略嫌缺乏酸味 流心蛋煮得岩岩好 唔會過生 菇味好重 菠菜帶蒜蓉香 但整體配搭調味上略微有啲單調 (個人都係鍾意baked多啲🌚)

食落就係牛腩薯蓉批 薯蓉幼滑 慢煮牛肉軟腍入味 入面有爽口白蘿蔔紅蘿蔔粒洋蔥粒 口感幾豐富 略嫌面層既批皮偏薄一片 無咩存在感
🍫Chocolate espresso tart
撻皮淡淡朱古力味 帶小小脆度 朱古力醬幼滑 但espresso味欠奉 帶一點甜度 中間有粒粒海鹽 令朱古力味更為突岀 旁邊有舊vanilla cream 個人認為唔沾會好食啲
整體而言 sourdough同牛角包無想像中咁驚艷 但鍾意食燉蛋既大家絕對可以一嘗sourdough egg tart
體面的咖啡店,有美味的麵包。但是你必須排很長時間才能吃到美味的食物。
Sourdough eggtart 酸麵包蛋塔(12元) 價位合理用的是酸麵包的皮 熱熱的吃很好吃 內用有正餐可以吃 但需要排隊 外帶的是間麵包店 排一下隊就可以買到
與其他地方相比,食物略高於平均水平,價格過高且氣氛不太舒適。
對於 178 美元的早餐加服務費,如果包含茶或咖啡就更好了。
我在香港和其他國家吃過好得多的早餐,價格可能只有他們的一半甚至三分之一。
5 星餐廳提供一流的丹麥糕點 + 羊角麵包,早餐供應雞尾酒。
早餐以杏仁奶拿鐵和丹麥脆蘋果碎加上酸麵團蛋撻開始,我覺得它比傳統蛋撻更濕潤。小屋餡餅溫暖而飽滿。火腿和奶酪羊角麵包幾乎與頂部外殼上的額外烤奶酪(巴馬干酪?)頹廢 – 這是我吃過的最好的。
然而,法式吐司雖然非常上鏡,但有點太甜了,需要多一點酸味。酸麵團上的炒雞蛋對其收取的價格印象深刻

Had a large cappuccino, ham and cheese croissant, and an asparagus quiche. Take away. It was 8am… food tasted good but at the start of the day, I wished it was at least warm… it wasn’t. I ordered a large coffee, but it was the same size as a Starbucks small… wonder how small a small is… it was good however.
I was torn between 3 and 4 stars but decided to give the shop the benefit of doubt. I’ve often passed this place, deterred by the ridiculous queue. I hope dine in serves warm food… that melted cheese would have made it a choice between 4 and 5 stars… without the benefit of doubt.

With no doubt the best sourdough bread in Hong Kong! There pastry is also very amazing – the croissants and cinnamon pecan roll is definitely my favorit. The line is often very long in weekends so consider to do take away if you don’t have the time to wait.
香港糕點和麵包店的最佳去處。我應該沒什麼可說的了,但我強烈推薦酵母蛋撻,非常棒!巧克力羊角麵包也很壯觀。我只需要每個週末去這個地方哈哈

滿足過後,了解一下這間店,原來是由前四季餅廚Grégoire Michaud主理,麵包是法國有機麵粉,配上天然酵母來發酵麵包。
Loved it! Grain salad was delicious and my friends got different toasts with poached eggs and they were perfect! Had to wait in a line for about 10 minutes during lunch time on Saturday. Not sure how it is at other time of the day or weekdays. They have lots of seats and beautiful bathroom. Due to high demand the serving was not super quick but very friendly! Will definitely come back!❤️ PS: almond cappuccino was sooo good! I personally like it without chocolate powder)

Poor service…
A waitress served me on the counter, I order my food but the waitress keep looking at my back. Since she recognized her friend was standing behind me and talk to her. She had no interaction with me, and no action even I picked my ordered my bread. Not only this, but I also complained to her manager. She PROMISED me to give me an email within two days to explain what was going on, but a week passed, no email at all.
If you know anyone working there, you are welcome to go there. If you not, it is not recommended.
Compare to the service and the price… not worth it.

Best seeded sourdough bread in Hong Kong. All the sweet pastries are good, just try anything. Selection changes frequently too which is good. The eat-in options are great too, awesome eggs!
Love the freshly baked croissants, it was so tempting and you can tell how yummy the croissants are from the display! It wasn’t oily at all but a combination of crispy and buttery.
It costs HKD20 each and could be sold out very fast!!
There was a super long queue outside the bakery during lunch hour, hope I could have lunch there someday^^.
