如果D包係暖的會更perfect
不錯的咖啡,不錯的牛角包但冷冰冰,這些酥皮必須加熱進食,這點需改善。
唯Mocha有些特別酸味,個人認為很難接受。
蛋撻好味,可惜每次都要排隊。

今日見無咩特別野搞,就去左灣仔既Bakehouse黎個Brunch大飽口福😋!
好在都叫去得早😇,11點到留位,行行街hea下等到11點45分就有得坐係入面食😄。
我見12點鐘開始條隊就好長😯,應該都要等番一頭半個鍾先食到,建議放假去食真係唔好遲過十一半去🤓。
今日叫左個三文魚牛油果🥑水波蛋🥚、一份早餐🥓🥖同一個招牌蛋撻,飲品就叫左Yim Yueng Milk Punch🍷
蛋撻就唔洗多講,應該都係大家公認既出色,12蚊一個真係無得輸👍🤤
Yim Yueng Milk Punch 絕對有驚喜🤯,黎自伯爵茶既果香勁重,清新好味無得錯!!!無色奶茶混cold brew 依個真係做得好好,有機會去一定要試試 5星評分 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!
三文魚牛油果水波蛋係好足料既,味道都好好。
早餐就唔錯,不過唔係話比起其他Cafe出色太多。
整體食完都係好滿足幸福既Brunch☺,價錢雖貴🤑,但質素係對得住個價既👍
Love the sourdough, maybe the best price/quality in all Hong Kong. Other bakery products are fine but clearly the bread is their flagship product. Service definitely needs to be improved, whenever I visit I never feel welcomed at all.

要等個半鐘位先有,好彩佢用sms通知,唔洗留係果度等。
叫左牛油果三文魚鬆餅同古巴三文治,牛油果鬆餅既牛油果帶有少少既寒氣,牛油果同三文魚食落都好新鮮識游水,下面既鬆餅唔鬆,食落似冇蒜蓉嘅蒜蓉包。
三文治同鬆餅成一大反差,芝士加上全熟既雞肉同火腿形成一種咸乾既口感,肉有明顯調味。包比較硬身,切落需要啲技巧同暴力,味道唔錯不過食到最後有啲膩。
蛋撻重甜味,酥皮啱啱好焦黑比較實心有口感,味道幾好。全部加埋350左右,忍唔住買多左蛋撻帶走。
今日都係耍排隊、 蛋撻都係買曬要訂二個鐘後拿。建議買完先行街轉頭才拿不然就要呆等二小時。今日買六個蛋撻(72元)、一個原味牛角(20元)、一個豬肉卷(38元)。total 130元。

非常好的麵包店,擁有優秀而友好的員工。以酸麵團蛋撻而聞名。雖然到目前為止我只嘗試過雞蛋和香腸三明治,但這裡的早午餐菜單很好吃。熱咖啡還可以,但我帶走的冷咖啡很好吃。
總是排著長隊,所以我的專業建議是像今天這樣絕對下雨的時候去!
真的看不懂炒作。酵母蛋撻其實是100%葡撻葡撻,味道和肯德基的一樣,沒有更好。怎麼沒人提?!羊角麵包、酸麵團、烤餅和其他食物沒什麼特別的。它們味道不錯,但不值得等待和付出代價。
香港有更多選擇,尤其是日本麵包店,例如 sogo 地下室的一家,以更優惠的價格出售更好的糕點。 K11 musea 的法文也很不錯。太失望了。

Sourdough tart was really good.. not too sweet for me.
I had a short 15 minute queue for take out on a friday morning.. dine in services would need to queue for 1 hour even on a friday 10am.. think they have an online booking service..
Pan au choco was so so
I can understand all the fuss and buzz now that I have visited it; especially if you lived in the neighborhood. Otherwise, try the restaurant once is good enough. The bakery is very very good, buy what takes your fancy there and go home to enjoy them. The queuing up for the restaurant is not a fully justify act.
Quite underwhelming – we had high expectations due to the popularity. Our pretzel stick was burnt, there aren’t any normal chocolate chip cookies, the bread, doughnuts, and pastries are average. Oh, and we spent about $400 for a bag of goods, crazy expensive.

店開了很久還是要排長龍
屋企人千里迢迢在灣仔買了兩個牛角包回來,
說在中午時間去買蛋撻要等30-40分鐘,
所以只買了兩個牛角包🥐
初見牛角包表面覺得焗得有些燶,
過了大半日外皮依然好脆,
整個牛角包都好鬆化,包內有好多層,
內裡空氣感十足
不過食了半個已經覺得有些熱氣😅
Love the sourdough egg tart! One of the best egg tart in town! Even I ordered the take away, I love the texture and the caramel sweet taste which is just like a fusion of egg tart and Portuguese tart. ❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍

The pastries are excellent. But their reservation system is just bad.
You gotta show up in person to get a ticket, and during lunch periods, the wait can be up to 1-2 hours.
Please accept phone reservations or something that doesn’t require me to get there in person. I don’t wanna wait for 1-2 hours just to have lunch. Nor do I wanna sneak out earlier from work to just get a ticket.
What’s more frustrating is there is no phone number to ask them to how long the wait is.
Croissant is the signature item which is definitely among the better choices being offered in Hong Kong. While its texture worths a full mark, Its taste is not exactly of my type. From a visual inspection, the croissant is a bit on the yellow side which is not commonly seen which I believe it is due to the type of butter used. It tastes a bit overly butter to a level which is a bit weird to me. Again, it does not mean it is bad but it is just not of my favorite. Egg tart is another signature which I was lucky enough to grab hold a piece before it was snatched clean by the crowd. Honestly, the taste of egg tart is a bit of over-hype which to me is pretty ordinary without any surprise.
As usual. nice food and nice atmosphere. The only downside is no social distancing. I doubt the social responsibility of the owner. Dine in is not a good choice now. Mushroom toast was barely warm.

shakshuka沒吃過,蠻特別的,上網查是叫「北非蛋」是中東美食。
西紅柿丁為底,配上黃椒、洋蔥等蔬菜,最後配上班尼迪克蛋。
現場坐的是在吧台的位子,可以看到廚房內部,
看到做麵包的樣子很療愈呀!

下午 3 點排隊 20 分鐘可能不太容易進入。蛋撻是招牌。它足夠蓬鬆,甜味的平衡恰到好處。三明治和班尼迪克蛋是男士的份量。味道都很棒。沒有什麼可以帶來改善。
麵包店由前四季酒店🏨餅店總廚創辦,最出名日賣900個的酸種蛋撻及牛角包🥐,一出爐就好快就買曬,所以想試就要早D去啦💁🏻♀️

P.S: 我去左兩次,第一次周末一點到都賣曬😫,第二次平日去都要訂左兩個鐘後再拿(預訂嘅話每人最少半打,最多一打),所以想試記得早D去啦😉
適合午餐。我們吃了蘑菇吐司、鱷梨培根雞蛋吐司、排骨三明治。咖啡很好。他們的香港蛋撻配酸麵團是一個很好的轉折。他們不包括服務費——服務很好,值得給小費。期待隊列。

收銀員工態度非常差,看不到客人排隊便說客人沒排隊,老婆婆想買2個旦撻,她們說不賣2個,一買便要6個或1打,為何2個不賣?我也常買2個,这是什麼問題?老婆婆非常失望離開,員工服務質数要好好訓練,食品多好,員工这種態度生意也被拖跨
我第二次來 Bakehouse 嘗試堂食。
– 早點去避免長q(我在公共假期上午10點去那裡)
– 在櫃檯登記餐桌(等了 45 分鐘)
– 喜歡桌上的每一種食物,都很好吃!
– 燕麥牛奶咖啡很一般(我不認為這個地方有好咖啡)
麵包超好食.有大酒店嘅水準.
