最後,香港有一家很好的麵包店,從外國人的角度來看,這是一家合理的麵包店,因為周圍的麵包店由於成分和製作方式而質量較差,而且是本地的。
自從開業以來總是有人排隊,這是一個好兆頭,但我沒能買到我想要的東西,因為它已經賣完了。
我想嘗試的項目是酵母蛋撻,但又買不到,所以我買了一個甜甜圈!
從香港的角度來看,這很好,因為沒有任何腐臭的油,而且甜甜圈又軟又蓬鬆。
裡面裝滿了很多果醬,但覆盆子種子很煩人。
總的來說,這還不錯,但我認為我沒有嘗試過正確代表 BAKEHOUSE 的東西。
甜甜圈的問題在於它與 Marks 和 Sparks 的排名相同。
對於真正的西式麵包店來說,他們很難做出蹩腳的甜甜圈,因為它只是油炸麵團!
人氣麵包店,想堂座,閒閒哋要等粒幾兩粒鐘。
現在比較好了,店員用電子登記,差不多有位會通知,打開訊息按確認,便會留枱,不回便只留十分鐘。
麵包種類也多,個人首選種子酸種麵包,再來酥類產品:牛角包、芝士、朱古力(老公喜歡),跟着還有冬甩,試過:紅桑子(酸酸甜甜,不會太膩)、雲尼拿香甜、榛子朱古力味濃,蛋塔不是經常買倒,遇到也會再試。
總會試到一款自己喜歡的~
完全唔識欣賞!酥皮蛋塔個皮做得好差!鬆餅好似麵包!唔明點解咁多人排隊!

我又來了,因為朋友推薦了他們的甜甜圈。我們有巧克力榛子覆盆子甜甜圈和烤餅。幸運的是,工作日排隊的人數並不多,但我不會再來他們的服務了。當我隨機詢問蛋撻時,他們非常粗魯和匆忙。
I went to Bakehouse in the morning expecting freshly made warm baked croissants and Danish. But they sold very rough, a day old ones. Not good not fresh and difficult to even chew. The quality of their bakery is rapidly decreasing and from my recent 3 visits I’ve totally concluded that they are not worth the wait. If you are looking for freshly baked warm, crispy high quality croissants, go to Gontran Cherrier or Hazukido.
For some reason, my review won’t show up on Openrice, so I have to come here to share my experience. So people won’t just ‘fooled’ by the good reviews and visiting the shops with lots of expectation and end up in disappointment like me.
I walked 20 mins to Bakehouse this morning and was expecting to have a nice brunch there. I am a vegetarian and I don’t eat eggs. When I looked at the menu, they have either mushroom with eggs on toast or avocado with salmon on toast. I have asked the staff if I can order the former meal without eggs and add extra avocado. They refused and told me the menu is fixed, they can’t make any changes at all! They can only put the egg to the side so I don’t have to eat them. I am so surprised, unfriendly voice tone, and inflexible menu option aside, they can’t even save an egg for the planet!!! I don’t waste any food!!! So I end up just ordering the crowd-pleasing Croissant with a cappuccino, and no kidding, the croissant looks crispy on the outside, inside its hard-rock! I bought a croissant from maxim cake shop every morning for $7.5, and it tastes better than this (which cost me $20). I am so disappointed with this shop, and I will for sure never return.
I bought takeaways. The queue was long but waiting time was not long. The staff was patient, waiting for us to select our pastries.

麵包店總是排著長隊,工作日 11 點左右去了那裡,希望人少一點,但運氣不好,所以決定帶走。
在附近找個地方趁熱吃炸雞三明治;雞肉很嫩,最好的部分是拉差蛋黃醬,為味道增添了額外的衝擊力。
幾個小時後把蛋撻和羊角麵包帶回家享用,但它們仍然很棒,迫不及待地想下次當場吃新鮮的。

The food may be good, but the customer service is the worst.
One of their staffs promised that if the pre-order is bulk enough (more than 2 dozen), the choice of pastry can vary and does not have to be more than 12 for each type.
And after I took my time and effort to create a pre-order list and tried to make a pre-order, they then tell me that my pre-order is too “scattered” and refuse to process my pre-order.
This is highly unprofessional and her manner is extremely poor.

Best bakery in Hong Kong. Bread is amazing, patisserie items are all fabulous. Favourites are the egg tarts, chocolate cookies, ham and cheese crossiant. Can’t go wrong with anything you order here!
The best croissant i try in hongkong….omg its so yummy & delicious.even the egg tart also so creamy and good…i love it so much. i the person who love coffee so much .specialy is cappuccino.in here still not finding a good cappuccino…i looking forward to try another coffee here.the viennese sandwich also good.im so lucky no need to queue up so long. Breakfast was ok and nothing special. However must try their egg tart.
Bakehouse is a classic European-style bakery selling fresh bread and delectable pastries from 8am daily. Dine-in seating requires patience as you must line up for a table with a first in, first served policy. Alternatively, you can line up to takeaway. Bread loaves sell out quickly. Service is great, prices are pricey, but you get what you pay for. I recommend the walnut and fig sourdough.

這家店一直都很多人,拖了很久,今早一早便來,店外排了很多人,分開堂食及外賣隊伍,等了約45分鐘,坐上了高櫈,可以望到餅房內部,看到員工製作,我覺得是最佳位置。
Egg tart 蛋撻,size 不大,甜度適中。
Okonomiyaki fries 炸蕃薯條,軟硬適中。
Mocha,Latte 咖啡拉花好靚。
Egg sandwich extra sausage ,Avocado toast extra bacon 製作👍👍👍
牛角包蛋撻好食,不過唔平同埋排好耐,一般你當要廿分鐘,如果你經過唔洗排就一定要試下!

牛角包好味,其它的麵包也好好。
人氣麵包店,超級多人排隊,今次見到排十個人,即刻快快排隊等,很好彩有葡撻。。好味道葡撻。。 Sourdough Egg Tart $12 雖不似普通葡撻般有焦糖撻面,但是有濃郁蛋香和焦糖香,就連撻皮也帶有焦糖香氣。士多啤梨丹麥酥 Fruit Danish $36 層層酥香脆皮,跟吉士醬是絕配,時令水果再添一抹清新。但酥皮有點太實,不夠鬆脆。
麵包言過其實,蛋得令人失望,不明白怎麽會大排長龍,價錢也不便宜。
極有水平的麵包,排10分鐘都值得!
我的“想嘗試”名單上有一家麵包房已經一年多了,我很高興終於到了那裡。隊伍排得很長,所以我們花了大約 40 分鐘才坐下。
這並沒有阻止我們,我們愉快地點了檸檬水、龍眼冷釀滋補品、Shakshuka 和 Mala 雞肉和華夫餅。
我們的飲料非常好,我們等不及要吃東西了。這是事情開始變得更糟的地方。食物一起到了。 shakshuka 本身有非常厚實的香腸和洋蔥,沒有任何味道,因此很難吃。如果麵包味道不錯,那本身就可以了。麵包嘗起來又硬又不新鮮,完全不像我期待的頂級酸麵團。

考慮到他們的價格點和等待時間?我不會回來的。

我們非常喜歡這道融合菜。它加入了中國元素,加入了四川辣椒醬和蔥油。雞肉外面很脆。每一口,熱油和汁液也立即滲出。四川辣椒醬給雞肉增添了一點衝擊力,而蔥油與華夫餅非常相配。然而,我們發現華夫餅有點濕。
糕點
他們家的double chocolate cookie和pain au chocolat是我每次來必點的。一如既往,羊角麵包是片狀的,充滿了黃油味。這次我也嘗試了他們的巧克力榛子甜甜圈。我真的很喜歡蓬鬆的甜甜圈和光滑的奶油餡。
Flat White 很漂亮,有堅果味和香氣。古巴手撕豬肉出奇地好,豬肉嫩滑多汁。流水蛋本尼迪克特牛油果也很好吃,絕對讓我的一天充滿亮點,儘管我們五點到達,他們下午六點就關門了,那個女孩差點忘了我們的杏仁丹麥糕點。仍然是 5 星級,鎮上最好的咖啡 + 最好的咖啡館餐。
有進餐嘅地方,食物很有質素,有麵包舖,佢嘅蛋撻非常不錯,其他面包亦很好
人氣酸種蛋撻😋
小編終於朝聖成功,一嘗食到人氣酸種蛋撻sourdough egg tart同牛角包croissant 🥐
蛋撻外層係一層層嘅牛角酥皮,蛋漿好滑,表面微微焦白,食落有點像葡撻又有點像焦糖燉蛋,吃完一個就即刻好想吃多一個。
牛角包表面香脆內軟,牛油味重而不膩,空氣感十足。

呢間蛋撻🥧平時lunch time基本上都撞唔啱出爐時間買唔到,但呢排去都好好彩見到出爐2大盤,今次仲有得幾個人排隊!買半打/一打店員有時會預先pack定喺後面,所以直接買半打就算,唔洗等佢慢慢執。番去分左啲俾同事,淨低3隻因為拎返屋企俾家人食所以無即刻食😝。放工搭車拎住袋野都聞到陣陣香味🤣。返到屋企用氣炸鍋整番熱,氣炸緊都聞到超香🤤!!
🔅Sourdough Egg Tart ($12)
蛋撻好滑,個皮好脆好香,又唔會太厚。我覺得食一隻就啱啱好,如果唔係就太膩😌。因為之前試過食擺落紙巾一陣已經印晒油,超邪惡!不過相比起某炸雞店既葡撻已經無咁油,同埋啲蛋真係香滑啲,好香蛋味。
💬推薦大家經過見佢新鮮出爐既真係要買一隻試下🙌🏻!唔好用焗爐焗番熱,推薦用氣炸鍋🤩💡。

曾任四季酒店糕點總廚的烘培大師Grégoire Michaud開的早午餐兼麵包店,難得不用排隊還有寬敞四人座;陳列的麵包每個都想試試,經典蛋撻是焦糖味但不會太甜(來不及拍照已完食),早午餐的炸雞鬆餅,搭配蜂蜜花椒,甜中帶麻的調味很完美,必須再去好幾次的早午餐店
蛋撻太好吃了!這個地方總是很忙。營業時間二樓並不總是開放
極度好食嘅麵包!雖然佢開咗幾年,不過因為唔係冇乜過海就係去開灣仔都唔記得,我第一次幫襯,真係超級好食!唔怪之得要排隊!

我呢隻新界牛終於食到😭,雖然因為係早餐所以冇試到蛋撻🥚,但都滿足㗎啦😚。唔知係咪期望太大呢?😅不過都好食過好多面包店,入面質感好軟熟同濕潤,而且牛油味都幾香😋。原先諗住自己一個朝頭早入去食chill下🌞,點知要等九個字所以我最後都揀咗拎走🚶♀️。下次要試埋個蛋撻,好多人同我講嗰個先係招牌😂。
✨我暫時仲未搵到可以取代到喺瑞士一間超市求其夾的牛角包🇨🇭,真心好好食但我已經唔記得嗰間超市叫咩名🥲。
Love their sourdough egg tarts! I was impressed the first time I tried it and have been coming back for more; somehow they sort of remind me of the amazing Pastéis de Belém in Lisbon. Tried also their scones and cookies, but I find the tarts to be more of my liking so far. Will try some other pastries next time.
The takeaway line was short today around 1pm – plenty of pastries and breads to choose from – what a change 😋
Inside the restaurant it was packed though. Don’t need more explanation.

今日食完晏下午三點左右,經過見條短短的人龍,諗住唔使排太耐,一於排下入去買啲牛角包等回家試下味。 味道好而不油, 個人認為十分滿分有七分半。
今天早些時候去了那裡,被告知要等 45 分鐘到一個小時,而且我們必須在收到短信後 10 分鐘內返回以保留我們的空間。他們只在 12 分鐘後給我們發了短信,所以我們不得不趕回去。
乳蛋餅和蛋撻非常好,但甜甜圈、香腸捲和雞肉華夫餅都很乾。我不得不和蜂蜜一起吃,因為他們沒有楓糖漿。
肯定會在某個時候返回麵包店,但不會再次用餐。
