約咗朋友嚟灣仔交收物資，由於有點塞車，所以比原定時間遲了少許。友人知我無飯癮，有時連午餐都將雞蛋仔當飯食，所以趁等我嘅空檔，特意去咗呢間「媽咪雞蛋仔」給我買雞蛋仔同飲品，真係非常窩心。
講起上嚟都覺得自己有啲大鄉裡，其實我今次都係第一次食呢間「媽咪雞蛋仔」嘅出品，聽講店舖已經連續 4 年獲選米芝蓮香港街頭小食推薦，而且分店仲遍佈全港多個地區。
好彩時間啱啱好，嚟到只係等咗 5 分鐘就已經有得攞。原來店內嘅雞蛋仔有好多唔同口味，今次朋友就揀咗黃金雞蛋仔同紫薯蕃薯雞蛋仔。
黃金雞蛋仔 ($35) 雞蛋仔嘅外形相當飽滿，入面的鹹蛋黃份量超多，而且分佈得很平均，每一粒雞蛋仔都嘗到蛋黃，邊位食落好脆口，咬下煙韌鬆軟，配埋內餡嘅鹹蛋黃，香口惹味。
紫薯番薯雞蛋仔 ($32) 朋友話呢款係秋冬期間限定嘅，每一粒雞蛋仔入面都有紫薯同番薯，香甜紫薯，入口軟滑；黃心番薯，富有咬口，兩者互相融合，所以食落嘅有紫薯香，又食到番薯嘅甜味，口感相當唔錯。
朋友自己買咗杯香滑港式奶茶 ($20)，另外幫我買咗杯鮮榨檸檬水 ($20)。聽講杯奶茶味道相當不俗，奶和茶的比例剛好，入口幼滑。至於我杯鮮榨檸檬水，用新鮮的檸檬榨汁而成，入口酸酸甜甜，非常清新。多謝友人請客！
很多不同的優惠，有點貴
Ordered a banana chocolate egg waffle, didn’t see them using fresh banana instead they brought a cup of mashed stuff added in. Would have loved to see them using fresh banana.
Other than that overall it’s okay, but it would be better also with stronger chocolate taste.
Also I’m not sure if it’s the mashed “banana” stuff or something else, the egg waffle isn’t that crunchy as it should have been.
All in all still good…
The 鷄旦仔was good and the price was reasonable. As they are fresh make, so the waiting time is little bit long for this small item. Hope they can find a way to do it faster, so they can make more money at rush hour .

呢日係灣仔行街買野，經過呢間久仰大名既媽咪雞蛋仔，決定停下腳步👣，買黎試下。
望住店內有個巨形雞蛋仔Menu，選擇困難症發作，吾想諗咁多，決定簡灣仔分店獨家上市既鹹牛肉雞蛋仔🧇同埋好吸引既紫薯蕃薯🍠雞蛋仔。
鹹牛肉雞蛋仔 （HKD43): 熱辣辣，外脆內軟不在話下，餡料豐富就黎滿瀉，平時食開雞蛋仔都係甜食，今次竟然係鹹食，創意十足，而且味道一流，根本就係行住食既蛋牛治🥪，食落鹹香不油膩，好出眾，牛肉粉量足，幾乎啖啖都食到鹹牛肉。
雞蛋🥚仔用既應該係上乘日本面粉，口感鬆軟，濃濃雞蛋🥚香，食落輕盈。
紫蕃蕃薯🍠雞蛋🥚仔（HKD32): 雙色蕃薯🍠顏色好突出鮮艶，紫黃色係每一粒雞蛋仔入面都不難找到，顆粒感好重，真材實料，味道又吾太甜，仲要係冬季期間限定，值得一試。
鮮榨檸檬茶：酸酸味味，中和一下飽肚油膩感一流，飲得出原個檸檬🍋榨，仲有檸檬粒係到浮浮地，正。
總結：
只得一個姨姨員工 又收錢又整雞蛋仔 所以要等一陣 ，不過好野吾怕等，算整得快。

Wonderful, with many fillings, their crusty egg waffles are a must try for any visitor in hong kong
Crispy and yummy, not too sweet and at least it doesn’t taste too “fake” with too much artificial essence. The boss was nice and friendly.
Not all taste good, recommend original taste first.
Been to mammy pancake numerous times and every flavor that I’ve ordered was good; saw this new avocado x chocolate flavor exclusive to the Wan Chai joint and ordered it without a second thought since I love both of the ingredients so much.
I was expecting this to become my favorite but the balance between avocado and chocolate could have been adjusted. I could mostly taste the chocolate but not so much of the avocado. Overall it was pretty good but not as perfect as the other ones that I’ve tried.
小孩鍾意食，口味多樣化。
Difficult to find – small shop. Great variety, though. Not cheap. Person behind the counter didn’t look too pleased with working here!

唔講草根都唔知，媽咪雞蛋仔出咗意想不到嘅建議食法。將雞蛋仔放入冰箱Frozen🧊，最長可以放到3個星期左右⏰，想食嗰陣喺冰箱拎返出嚟焗熱佢🤣，就隨時都可以喺屋企享受到熱辣辣嘅雞蛋仔😌。

雞蛋仔岩岩新鮮焗起就聞到好香嘅茶味👃🏻🍵，賣相好靚仔，雞蛋仔粒粒挺身飽滿有光澤❤️，外面焗得脆身👅，中間口感仍然富有彈性。雖然加咗朱古力粒做餡🍫，不過伯爵茶底嘅味實在係太突出，基本上overpower咗朱古力😳🌿，味道上冇平日食開嘅朱古力味咁甜，但味道依然喺唔錯✨。

They make one of the best Gaai Dan Jai pancakes around with lots of flavors. One of my savoury fav, seaweed and corn.

Good though perhaps not as enjoyable as the original place in Mong Kok. Tons of choices if that’s your thing, I tend to stick to the originals ie choc chip or white sesame.

Great waffle pancake. There are multiple locations around Hong Kong. Go to is a chocolate filled one for me.
If you haven’t been to Hong Kong, it’s a must to stop and get one of these staples. They are something anyone will enjoy. And as much as you can start to find them elsewhere, this is still some of the best.
Always has friendly service and great pancakes. Mammys has lots of interesting flavours to try and will be returning again soon.

Tried this place after seeing it on Time Out. Didn’t disappoint, though I’d highly suggest you to eat it right away while it’s still warm. Had their original and matcha, prefer the former.

这次来香港吃过最满意的东西，外皮很脆，内部又有麻薯口感层次丰富的鸡蛋仔
Ordered 3 original egg puff and a original egg waffle, and two Nutella egg waffles. Very delicious and great quality. On the pricey side though. It was a quick pick up, no space for eating at this place. I appreciate the staff would let the puff cool down before putting it in a bag so the food won’t get soggy. There is a promotion coupon on Klook. Can check that out.

Best egg waffle place! Crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside – it’s perfect. They also have a ton of flavors to choose from!
its my favorite however im a regular customer of the place for years and when i get back hk for 2023 when hk reopens its not anymore that crispy,and its easily get soft.. i like it coz its crispy. but still its the only matcha pancake i love in hk … the first picture looks sad compare the second picture previous years , once u eat it its crispy ..
