Slightly overpriced for Vietnamese food and the place was too cramped especially during lunch. I needed to walk through the narrow gaps between the tables and chairs to get to the toilet. The food was good though, but overall still not a very pleasant experience.
Great soup base. My fifth visit this time.

Delicious but delicate bowl of pho. Great quality beef slices and one of the best beef tendon I’ve had. They have clearly put a lot of thought into the broth, the noodles and the toppings .
Best pho in town. It’s a small restaurant but the food is good. Go for the premium beef pho and the steamed rice roll. There could be a line during rush hours but the wait is not too long and worth it,

Yummy pho
Place is a gem. Hot broth with its unique noodles.
Food is not bad. All I could say is when restaurants get popular, their servers and chefs become arrogant.

Utter rubbish food. Extremely bad service. Overpriced. Come here if you want a good hit of MSG! I grew up eating and making pho in Vietnam and variations of it in Canada, Thailand and Cambodia. I wonder how they earned a Michelin star. Unfortunately it disappointed on every level. I would give it a “minus 1 star on 5”, if i could!
乾淨的湯和光滑的麵條，但沒有很多澆頭，也沒有草藥。不值120美元一碗。
米芝蓮一星 越南生牛河, 如果湯可再熱一點就最好. 牛肉可分開上
無可否認Brass Spoon係到目前為止喺香港試過最好嘅越南牛肉湯粉。湯頭入口香甜鮮味，溫度適中。牛肉不會過熱過老。河粉亦可試出經過選擇，十分滑溜Q彈。同時亦有提供辣椒，香葉，芽菜供客人加入湯粉。
美味的河粉。好的價格。

Good comfort food menu and the broth is nice and tasty and the noodles have a good texture but the beef could taste a lot better for premium raw beef – still a very solid bowl of pho and the lime soda is very authentic
毫不奇怪（Nhx Trxng 分支的數量可能會更好）。可能不值得排隊時間。
一碗可愛的河粉！美味，新鮮的食材和美味的肉湯。肯定會再去。
Good for Vietnamese noodle in HK.
Bad service
Due to crowed space, the lady server couldn’t reach in and put the spices on our table. Instead of asking the clients to give some spaces or hand over the dishes, she just threw the dishes onto the table.
After paying at the cashier, I took all spare changes and stepped outside door on the pedestrian road, to give way to other customers. However, immediately, the lady server was in a hurry to rearrange the desk and threw one of the chair outside the store. Coincidentally, it stepped on my foot. She didn’t make any apologies.
By the way, the food was so so. The soup is too sweet and seems like they added too much sugar.
Don’t worth to try. Given the price they charge (over HKD100 per bowl), you can get much better food quality AND services elsewhere (possibly anywhere).

Way over priced.
Additional noodle didn’t seem like they gave me the portion, which the server said they already did. Taste ok. Broth was nice. Little beef. The leaves, chives and onions were fresh.
Service extremely slow. Chaotic during lunch hours. Food just ok. You’re paying the rent in central. Not worth the queue.

the soup base has MSG, the service is sub par. the beef tendons (牛筋) has a very soft texture unlike those you get elsewhere, maybe it’s over cooked? the cooked beef tastes stale. would not be back.
Went there at night once and was sold out. Opens at noon, recommended to go 10 mins earlier so you will be the first batch of customers. The premium beef pho is quite good, very well balanced.
香港的好河粉。
故地重遊，再嚐這越南牛河店，午飯時人龍還是依然的壯觀。這裡牛肉雖然沒有什麼特別，但湯是足夠鮮而味濃，也足夠的熱而不受生牛肉和配菜影響太多。這裡生牛河也算我在香港吃過較好之一，但比較貴。男侍應和廚師都十分型氣，但整體服務沒有什麼熱誠，態度冷淡。

有成本的優質河粉。牛肉、麵條和最重要的肉湯都做得很好。肉湯有很好的牛肉味，同時也很細膩。你幾乎可以嚐到牛肉的甜味。然而，一碗河粉相當昂貴。
Taste plain, popular place, maybe cold Vern is better? Not too many choices. Good for easy quick bite.
