A very large serving, good taste, a little pricy, but given the location, its a great choice.

拉麵粉絲？灣仔山上月亮街的銅勺專營牛肉麵，在這些牛肉麵的和諧組成中，越南風味的清淡新鮮啟發了我。不幸的是，我無法分辨出所選擇的新鮮優質肉類或新鮮肉類或熟肉之間的味道有什麼真正的區別——但總有一些東西。

Great place to have Vietnamese Rice Noodle. Pretty expensive compared to other places. And the noodle portion is pretty small. But still the soup and toppings are tasting great. Michelin 1 star place if I am not wrong.

Vastly overated. I’m not sure why there are always queues here. I had a bowl of pho which cost me 137 hkd. I don’t see how “premium” the beef I was given was, as it was lean and unflavorful. Definitely wasn’t wagyu. The soup base was unmemorable and did not taste of beef. The space is crowded and you have to share the table with a big group of people.
Service is efficient but lacks friendliness. Pho is of good quality but doesn’t justify the high price.
Not really special, just normal Vietnamese pho. I don’t know why it is really that popular
soup was deep but not warm as I expected.

tasty pho with plenty of customization options. the restaurant is a little small and closes very early, unfortunately, but the food makes up for it. the prices aren’t super low but they’re very reasonable for the quality you’re getting. can’t speak to the other dishes, but the pho is on point! would recommend.

喜歡他們的PHO，但是份量有點太小了，我在12:30吃完午飯後下午4點很餓。早點到那裡避免排隊，因為商店真的很小
生牛肉湯河，好味道
Pretty authentic northern Vietnamese fare. They don’t have many items on the menu (pho, cold vermicelli & some side dishes), but, what they DO have, they execute them quite well.

美味的牛肉
Awesome tucked away place that serve Vietnamese Pho. You are given a choice of beef (Premium, rare, cooked) as well as other choices. The broth is one of the best in Vietnamese Pho here in Hong Kong. You also can’t go wrong with their fried rolls.

Ordered the spcial pho and pork bun this afternoon.
Plus (just 1): the beef slices were tasty
Minuses : 1) high price for the 2)small portions 3) tight seatings and shared benches 4) decorations basic looking 5) ginger ale 200ml only 6) beef broth not near boiling 7) dip the iconic brass spoon into the bowl and the soup gets even colder.
Overall not a returnable shop.
不用排隊也可以隨便打尖佔用座位，隨便說他們先來就了事，而且職員態度極差，沒有解釋也不打算處理。 以後也不會再來。
Excellent broth. But they ought to at least let you finish your last mouthful before retracting the bowl from under your nose whilst you’re still eating!!
No surprise but ok
食過香港好多間pho, 唯獨呢間真係最似澳洲的越南河，湯清甜，配料多又新鮮，Premium Beef Pho, 如果湯熱D, 青檸梳打多D青檸更好！春卷都好食。不過希望員工留意當要將食物/飲品送到客人面前時，不要將食物/飲品經過另一客人面前。
另外如當員工送上食物/飲品時可說出食物/飲品名稱會比較親切。
高質牛肉粉
One of the best Viet soup base you can find in town
Nice Vietnamese place recommended by Michelin. We got lucky no waiting outside on a Sunday afternoon. Nice area in wan chai. Ordered pho and cold vermicelli & spring roll . All are very tasty . Beef broth is strong taste yet is not oily.Bf said the pho a bit small but taste good . My cold vermicelli portion is very fine for me .
越南菜和墨西哥菜是我的最愛。這是一家乾淨的小越南餐廳。五顆星，因為它有香港最美味的河粉。我嘗試了很多其他的河粉地方，每次都很失望！這是最接近美國西海岸的好河粉的地方。喜歡提供的所有草藥，肉和麵條的比例很好。一碗後我真的很飽。很高興現在我確切地知道去哪裡修我的河粉了！我丈夫也喜歡他的五花肉粉絲碗。 banh cuon 也不錯，但你只能點三個。等不及要回去了！現在，如果我能找到最好的正宗墨西哥菜，我就會住在這裡。
Pho 湯底是香港最好的湯底之一
Luckily when I visited there was no wait. Fancy looking shop, fancy spoon, pho was good with 5 thinly sliced raw beef. I’m a female that doesn’t eat a huge meal but I left still hungry! Overly expensive and not really worth it. On the hunt for cheaper and better pho elsewhere in HK! .. and I found two! 🔥 …

稍微貴一點的普通越南麵條。這還不錯，但沒有什麼可以讓我回來。
湯很好但不夠熱。牛肉質量上乘。
The pho is ok but do not understand why they don’t serve noodles in hot soup for takeaway especially under the COVID pandemic.
