優秀的牛骨湯。鎮上最好的河粉之一
Had pho today with raw beef and afterwards I had an upset stomach. 🙁
I think the reason already mentioned by many other comments, their soup is just warm but not a standard hot for normal pho. Beef quality also can be better….
Not as good as expected. Premium raw beef was good, soup base a bit sweet. Reasonably priced for the locality. Service was OK.
燒豬肉檬:豬肉甜甜香香,好多蔬菜,配搭好味清新。生牛肉河:肉嫩湯清,味道溫和,配一碗草和荳芽,越南咖啡香濃,比香港很多的越南PHO店好吃。
可以一試(牛腩夠腍)嘅,但係個春捲檬呢.其實如果你去過佐敦嗰間越式法包就唔使去試㗎
呢間米芝蓮推薦既越南餐廳時時都大排長龍,我今次係星期六晚6點黎度碰下運氣,竟然即刻有位(原來呢度係7點關門)。
我今次Order左特級生牛肉粉,春卷同青檸梳打。非常喜歡呢度個牛肉湯底,真係好正!之前食過一次已經對佢念念不忘。原來個湯底係用左牛既好多唔同部位熬好多個鐘而成既,唔怪得飲到既濃郁又鮮甜既牛肉味。將薄切嘅生牛肉浸一浸係湯度,半生熟既牛肉好嫩滑再同埋D粉食,好好味。如果份量大D就好喇。至於春卷,好足料而且炸到岩岩好,好食同香口。
I especially like their beef soup base. Must try! Highly recommend!

我去過這家餐廳六次,發現 pho 的質量是香港最好的之一。上周中午,我們全家又一次冒著 34 度的高溫去排隊等候。等了 15 分鐘,就在桌子準備好時,一家三口走過來,與工作人員交談,插上電話,立即得到服務。我們問那三個人是不是在排隊,被漫不經心地告訴他們是老闆的朋友,不用排隊。。。我們趕緊走了,發誓再也不回來了!

相當不錯的麵條和湯湯。我喜歡麵條的味道和質地。牛肉也很不錯。合作夥伴喜歡優質牛肉並且不耐嚼(柔軟,易於食用)。我覺得湯有點熱,但夥伴認為還可以。只收現金,可能需要排隊。
Hands down best pho in town! The shop is small and you might need to queue but worth the wait.
Beef noodle 口味中上,有提供香草算很不錯。加點的牛根很淋但味道較淡,春卷皮有點厚。午餐時間要排隊但也不用等很久。
Beef and the soup are tasty. Flat noodle is ultra smooth.

乾淨,設計精美的內飾,最重要的是物超所值(價格合理的美味越南河粉)。當然,有許多供應美味越南美食的簡陋餐廳,但這個地方簡單、優雅且隨和。受到推崇的。
Best pho in the world
It was worth every dollar. It’s not easy to savour good genuine tasting Vietnamese. Not a lot of variety but just good for this side-street shop.
Would certainly come back.

湯頭好得
Brass Spoon used to be one of my favorite places along with Springfield and Pho Le for Pho Bo. It has also been awarded the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand for 6 years in a row. It used to be a restaurant with a fairly higher end. However, my recent visit was a big disappointment, with a deterioration of quality and service. First of all, the quality of ingredients was below par. The soup base lacked depth and aroma from herbs, and tasted much blander than before. The supposedly complex flavors from the dish were absent. The pho itself was not as smooth and chewy as the ones from Springfield. The worst part has to be the beef. They were hardly edible with nearly 70% of them being fat.
Apart from the food, the service was also below par. The staffs gave off a pretty unfriendly and indifferent vibe. The interior has also worn off with time, and probably needs some refurbishing. Being around 10-20% more expensive than its counterparts, Brass Spoon definitely has to up their game to stay competitive among other pho restaurants.
The pho here is so good! The broth very tasty not too greasy, meat is good, prices are fair, very much recommended!

一早未開門就去排隊,喺附近剛剛搵到個咪錶位。
因為灣仔區嘅咪錶真係一位難求,搵唔到位就要行返去金鐘太古廣場再行返上嚟
我哋排第五張枱, 一開門, 店員安頓好就安排入座。

我哋最後揀咗兩個熟牛肉,因為方便囡囡進食。
好快就嚟咗兩碗湯河,飲一啖湯,真係好似去咗越南咁。熟牛肉一啲都唔韌,好林好友牛肉味,囡囡食唔停。
食完啲河,將啲湯飲晒, 都唔覺得口渴, 個湯真係真材實料煲出嚟, 冇味精。

當日喺港島區開完會,就去咗灣仔月街附近拍低架車搵食!見到呢間Pho店門外有米芝蓮貼紙就決定入去試吓啦!

個湯底真係好濃郁!原來個湯底係用100斤牛筒骨熬察,還加入了美國牛腱、牛腩等,天天現熬至少12小時。唔怪之得咁勁濃味!
我特別叫咗多青蔥、多洋蔥,口感超正!生牛肉都好滑,唔會太煙韌!

One of the better Vietnamese Pho’s in Hong Kong. The soup broth is not relatively light, but you can taste the high quality. The meat was top notch. Generous inclusion of vegetables. Would come back again.

我很震驚他們在周六晚上 6:30 沒有河粉。為什麼?我不知道。為什麼漢堡店六點鐘就賣完了?因為他們不關心你。關於這個地方有很多正面評價,但它們都是誤導性的,因為當服務員、廚師和老闆說“我不在乎”時,沒有食物味道好。底線:食物還可以,服務很糟糕,態度是最差的。他們不值得做生意,你也不應該支持他們,因為支持他們只會讓更多的業主認為這是可以接受的。

There was a long queue the food for me was just okay. I think there are a few better pho places around but overall price considering it’s worth a try if there’s no queue but if you are hungry better look somewhere else. 🙂

I used to be a frequent customer of this restaurant. The beef pho is decent, the price is fair. BUT, last time I revisit it, it inisist that I must use the vaccine record QR Code in Leave Home Safe app, which is not required by government. I have the QR code record in paper form, and even eHealth app. At the end it just say “我唔做你生意”. What a ridiculous restaurant.
