Open air with a nostalgic colonial ambience, tasty food, but there is room for improvement as I’m a picky eater.

Vietnamese delicacies at their best! Green papaya salad tasted refreshing! Roasted chicken was succulent with delightfully crispy skin! One disappointment – choices were limited and some items were overpriced! Service was nice and staffers were attentive!

A Vietnam restaurant with a very French themed interior. The food was really great quality. I’m sure you can order anything on the menu and it would be delicious. It’s located near the station and easy to make reservations, I’d come here for all different occasions, like on a date, with coworkers, and with friends. The french beer was really tasty too. They had a terrace so I’d like to come back on a warmer day and sit outside and sip on beer.
Very expensive for lunch and only ok food.

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Hong Kong. Food made by a Vietnamese cook from Australia. Everything tastes authentic. Atmosphere is amazing and interior design feels like French colonial period. Oh and the banh mi they sell for lunch is to die for!

Loved this place for all the food options! The staff were more than helpful in customising the menu for vegetarians. The pork was a hit as well, and the dessert was amazing!

Delicious Vietnamese fusion food, attentive and warm service, relaxed and pleasant ambience with the doors open to a quiet street. A little on the expensive side but you get amazing flavours in exchange. Thoroughly enjoyable experience!

The food is nice, but not spectacular and the servings are small. The wine prices are outrageous, way over-priced for what was just an ordinary wine. I wanted to like this place, but it felt like a rip-off.

A solid restaurant from the Black Sheep Group. Service actually outshines the food, a rarity in Hong Kong.
Went for their bargain happy hour with free-flow wine or beer. Very friendly and efficient staff. Bar snacks were tasty if a little expensive. The dinner menu seemed limited in options.

Great service
Le Garcon Saigon is a Vietnamese concept restaurant by the Black Sheep group located on Wing Fung Street in Wanchai. Opening hours are 12-2.30 (lunch) and 6-11pm (dinner) each day. Menu changes seasonally.
We recently had lunch at Le Garcon and very much enjoyed several of the small plates on their menu. The Five Spice tofu with crispy lemongrass was a good order. Tofu was fried nicely and we enjoyed the texture of the lemongrass slivers.
The Nam Vang style chicken wings were excellent. These were deliciously seasoned, fried well and very much enjoyed. As was the Wagyu tartare with lemongrass, herbs and betel leaves. The tartare was succulent, well flavoured and much enjoyed. We’d happily reorder both of these small plates and would be eager to try more the next time around.
Lastly, decor is atmospheric and relaxed. Service was polite, timely and attentive during our meal. Overall, just a very good lunch and easy recommendation for anyone considering Vietnamese restaurants around Hong Kong.

Service was way too intrusive and annoying. Impossible to have a nice night out with friends with constant wait staff buzzing around. Just leave the water bottle on the table and go away! Very unnecessary. Food was nothing to write home about and because of that the prices asked for the meals are unwarranted and even outrageous. Great interior though, fun decorations and not over air-conditioned.
Great salad the bones in the main dish didn’t work for me. Maybe a boneless option!!

Good food, but definitely a bit expensive for weekday lunch. Nice atmosphere though. I would give more stars if prices were a bit lower.
