真的不好吃容易聞港味的人不要去。他們不賣米粉。我點了jjajo和banh xeo，但我不能吃，因為它有一種獨特的香味。如果知道自己是老外，可以稍微解釋一下，但是沒有座位指南，沒有解釋，服務也不友好。尤其是黑髮女服務員！！我只有在數錢的時候才會笑。我真的不想記住那個味道。

Arrived for late lunch and the place was still packed. Food menu was light on choices.
Had a delicious red cabbage salad as a starter followed by a perfectly grilled fish with crunchy vegetables including cauliflower.
Spoon, fork and chopsticks provided and knife on request.
HK$218 for starter and mains for one person. 10 percent service charge added. Cash and credit cards accepted. Lots of table and bar seating available. Staff were attentive.
Really nice food… The quality of the food and coming is very very good… The wine selection is long enough to have a half decent choice, and the Pinot noir we had was good value at about $450. The service was really good .. very attentive and helpful explaining the menu and also the food as it came out I only gave 4 Stars just because of the cost.. I found it quite expensive for what it was.

Busy restaurant with a nice atmosphere. A modest menu but with plenty of tasty dishes. I especially liked the soft shell crab and spring rolls. The beer can chicken was a little too smoky flavoured. Good wine and beer selection. I suggest you book.

Hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Hong Kong! The space is beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the food was perfection. I have done some traveling in Vietnam and always felt restaurants outside of the country fail to capture the freshness and vibrancy of the cuisine but Le Garçon Saigon gets it. I was also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the wine list as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!
Nice ambience and comfortable dining space, picturesque interior. Saigonese dishes with French inspiration, taste good and different from the usual Vietnamese restaurants. The DIY spring roll is quite special. It is delicious, and you have to finish it quickly, otherwise the rice sheets may become try and cracky.
Spring rolls overpriced and deeply average otherwise 10/10. Love the DIY rice roll and fried tofu skin sesame oil salad, the herbs are so fresh and have unique taste.

Very creative and ambitious Vietnamese dishes with modern twist. Went there last friday evening with my mum, the hostess was very nice and the ambience was buzzing! Tofu and egg plant dish was scrumptious, Saigon beer chicken was mediocre and some bits even looked undercooked, but the waitress lady assured me that its cooked through. Overall good value for money.

Perfect experience the food is great , and staff welcoming .
I tried the calamari salad , chicken in beer can , paper spring roll with pork ( yes can make your own paper roll like in Vietnam Saigon ) the corn , the 5 spices tofu and the papaya salad and everything was extra tasty and made to perfection , shout out to Charlotte , Dipti, Doug and Leon for the experience .
Also the wine selection is extraordinary …. I’ll definitely be back
Awesome food and very personalised service. We went on a sunday lunchtime and it was relaxing, waiting staff took the time to explain the dishes and to check in on us after each dish to check it matched expectations.
Delicious. DIY spring rolls is a great plate to share. I had the lemongrass pork and the flavors were incredible. Pork was tender, and portion size was right-on. Definitely a must try

Lovely, bright and airy space and excellent service. We had the green papaya salad, the wagyu bavette steak DIY rice paper rolls and a special roasted duck dish. All phenomenal!! Nice wine list as well. They made a MEAN Vietnamese iced coffee to finish off the meal.
A really nice place with enthusiastic staff. The food menu is not that long, but it’s not a big issue as the quality is impeccable. Tried 3-4 dishes during my last visit and each dish was better than the other one. My personal favourite were the chicken wings. They also have a elaborate drinks menu to complement the food. Needless to say that this has became on of my favourites in HK.
Dishes are nice and authentic. My favorite was the dessert flan made from condensed milk. Prices are quite steep considering. Ambience is good. Picturesque murals on walls.

Green papaya salad taste refreshing, I taste the sour juice from plum. But maybe is just the pickled chilli, but I love it. Crispy rice paper is not greasy and give the salad more texture. Just alittle too much sauce.
Crispy eggplant is is very very thin batter, yet have that sharp crispy crunch, and with the Tasty ginger soy glaze, it has that candied coating factor, so good.
Last, slow roasted lamb ribs, perfectly cooked, the lamb itself, loverly aroma, tender, juicy. With the ray ram salsa, give it the Vietnam kick just right, awesome matching.

Tasty if a bit poshed up, with prices to match. Half way up the street on the right. Nice decor and plenty of room which is nice in these covid times. The chicken wings were good. Somewhat limited menu, and despite the scribblings on the wall, they don’t do bun cha. Fried rice noodles seemed more Thai than Vietnamese.

A top notch modern Saigonese cuisine with excellent French-inspired-cooking (especially with meat) and modern flavorings. It’s a perfect fusion of French and southern Vietnamese cuisines, excellent touch of the colonial era! Services are good bonus, too!

很棒的地方 – 我們最喜歡的地方之一。優質的服務和更好的食物，即使不是香港，也很容易成為灣仔最好的越南菜。
位處於靠近金鐘一帶的永豐街，環境甚是悠閒。店內環境寬敞，周五的午餐時段仍無需等位，在覓食者眾的灣仔區算是有優勢。店內裝潢走藝術風，一面牆以越南的老照片點綴，另一面是現代版的漫畫，環境確實滿分。不過，午餐選擇不算多，午市套餐一共六款，未見有散叫選擇，包含一個前菜(沙律)，一個主菜(多半是飯或麵)，索價$198元不連餐飲，及需加一服務費，價錢不親民，吃的是環境氣氛。餐點的份量充足，食量稍大的男生估計亦可滿足。另，餐牌只有越南文拼音及英文。偶爾一試，尚算不錯，性價比不算高，回購意欲偏低。

The food was bland, the music too loud, a hugewaste of what could be a comforting and trendy spot. A real shame! The quick WiFi was the highlight of my experience.

Fabulous dinning room, spacious and comfortable. Food are excellent. I like the eggplant dish, it should go well as a side dish with any main course.
