Beautiful restaurant with stunning view overlooking the Victoria harbour. Food is above average.
Expensive but worth it for the view around the Bay.
Some issue with my food arriving late so they scrubbed the cost of it from the bill without me even asking….. special treats
Food is good, serving authentic Italian pizza. Great view over the harbour.
But I was disappointed with the service. The manager who took my order choked me by heavy cigarette smell!
And he refused to give me an official receipt!
Beautiful view and decent service, but pretty much the worst pizza I had in Hong Kong. Seriously !!! Soggy crust , tasteless tomato sauce and worst of all uncooked poor quality cherry tomatoes on my buffala pizza. Almost inedible.
Don’t go for the good go for a drink and enjoy the stunning vista.

Agree with below, tried once is fairly enough.
We head there for a weekday lunch, on menu it stated $198 for 3 courses, but if you look closely, many itens need to add extra money, e.g. clam linguine needs to add $88 more !! And it includes no drinks! That’s just too expensive. I have been to many western countries, taste is not special in paper moon at all. Bread texture isn’t the freshest, main course is alright(pan fried fish skin isn’t crunchy like in the U.S.), dessert is a small portion of very sweet cream, all berries were cut into its smallest piece to you (2 out of 8 pieces from one strawberry). Not generous to customers even the price is very high. Tables are too closely packed, annoyed with the loud chatting of the next table.

✍???One of the best restaurant from milano has just arrived HK! Professional waiting service, great food, semi-formal. The pizza is thin crusted and done just right. Highly recommend their signature dish “Homemade Ferttuccine” and “Pizza Edi”

尖沙咀海景新貴,食物質素一流
Lcx的盡頭裝修左咁耐終於重開～名為OTE,這邊都是海景餐廳,來自意大利米蘭的Paper Moon每個坐位都望到海景,維港景色,而且更有戶外位。
18:30左右來到～天色不等人,未能在此觀賞日與夜的變化,戶外跟室內坐位也很舒適,坐位多元化,戶外沒有訂檯服務,所以想坐最佳位置欣賞海景要早點到,我地叫左杯飲品系戶外梳化位嘆下先

西瓜味重~帶點酸酸的味道,很清新

哈蜜瓜同菠蘿味道很夾,薑味剛好,不會很辣的口感
大約30分鐘後我地入返去點頭盤同主菜,
剛焗好的麵包盤熱辣辣香噴噴～薄脆片超脆超薄的,還有像Pizza邊皮的外脆內軟熟,第3款是我最愛的,上下層沒有很脆,灑上鹽巴咬下去還吃到少量粒粒口感很喜歡～整個屬於較軟熟,每檯都放上特級初榨橄欖油,呈金黃色,獨特香味,平時超愛油醋蘸麵包的我,今天吃油已非常足夠了!!
火箭菜蕃茄配36個月巴馬臣芝士$138
我很喜愛吃苦味蔬菜,微苦鮮嫩的火箭菜,鮮甜的車厘茄,沙律醋汁份量與味道不會蓋過所有食材,主角是36個月巴馬臣芝士,想不到薄薄的芝士片在口中停留了非常濃鬱的芝味!
牛肝菌芝士梳乎厘伴巴馬臣芝士醬$148
看似鵝肝的梳乎厘？入口非常鬆軟幼滑,牛肝菌與芝士味濃鬱,榛子碎與巴馬臣芝士醬更濃除左配梳乎厘食,蘸麵包也不錯,金黃綠綠的是炸洋蔥絲好香口,極幼細的切絲,利害!
煙燻豬肉寬條麵$168
單是菜名看似簡單,自家製闊約4cm的意粉,蕃茄忌廉汁色澤搶眼,酸得來又Creamy,很開胃,不是煙燻的Pancetta煙肉比我們一般食既美式煙肉口感與味道特別,鹹鮮味中和了醬汁的味道,有嚼勁夠Juicy!
PIZZA EDI $178
招牌菜除左自家製意粉,就是即叫即烤Pizza,由米蘭運來的烤爐可快速均勻將Pizza焗至金黃香脆,帶有焦香,蕃茄,水牛芝士,洋蔥,新鮮辣椒~辣牛肉腸腸味突出,高溫烤焗下微辣的油與水牛芝士,辣椒等混合後,整個香辣可口的好惹味!
Understaffed and service can certainly be improved.
Waited more than 30 min for mains and almost an hour for deserts. Table is not cleared in time and water are not refilled.
Lunch took almost 3 hours despite many reminders to the waiters and no apologies issued.
Unbelievable how people can even book a table at this restaurant when no one ever picks up the phone. Considering the price and the standard this restaurant is trying to be, you would expect at least someone to be able to pick up calls.

High quality food, especially pizza and sea brass! Reasonable price! But, i thou it still have plenty of room for improving the services due to newly open. Highly recommend to make reservation beforehand.

And I absolutely understand how it’s self service for outdoor seating area due to licensing issues of some sort but if it’s self service why charge for 10% service charge!? That- I could not understand.

Nice restaurant with good view. Food is good and Italian styles. Pizza is wonderful. Warm service and nice waiters. But i hear people have to booking since few month ago. Crazy!!
I was suggested by my friend to come here. We ordered 2 cocktails. One of them really did not taste any alcohol. But they were willing to make me another one with strong alcohol. Food was ok but not very good. I believe most people including myself come here for the view.

We are fans of Papermoon in Milan, unfortunately this is not even close. Very disappointing. The only thing they offer is magnificent view of Hong Kong side. Food is not nothing like the papermoon in Milano. We had pizza, pizza dough is not chewy nor fragrant, we feel that it,s too thick and has no character. Milanese veal is soak with oil and octopus is too salty.
Staff are either 1) experience and tired or 2) young and trying.
Food & wines are reasonable price.
食個view 係不錯，但你唔好期望野食樣樣都同個view 一樣咁正。
餐包中的脆片不脆，反而個法包外脆內軟的較好。
煙肉碎芝士闊條麵，招牌菜的其中一樣，味道還可以，家的感覺不錯，始終佢店內有人親手做麵，點都好食一點的。 好穩陣，但沒有驚喜。
牛肝菌松露Pizza , 用自家石爐整，餅皮厚薄適中，火箭菜加上肝菌和松露，十分香， 餅底入口帶少許咬勁，不錯。
最後點了個Tiramisu, 在餐牌上說推介， 一杯的賣相還可以， 入口cream cheese 太多，失去應有的層次，手指餅也只做了一層，酒味或咖啡味也失去，完全由cheese 去主導，賣相可以，整體一般，也不是個人要求口味的Tiramisu。
整體價錢有感覺就是三成是食物，七成去了景觀吧，坐在餐廳內任何一角都看到維港海景，的確是舒服的，但食物質素上遠不及那美麗景色。

環境優美食物不錯 價錢貴一點
OTE 海運大廈全新美食地點，得知新開幕，於是早上12點去看看。泊車非常方便2層停車場去到尾便到達，長者和小朋友上落也輕鬆。 Paper Moon 門口的焗爐很特別，看見新鮮出爐的Pizza 已餓了。入了餐廳員工很專業和有禮，所有坐位都能看見無敵海景，食品新鮮好味。相信很快便成為米芝蓮餐廳。
Very expensive but service and food isn’t that fabulous. Tables were too cramped that there is no privacy and I hear every single word from the person next table. Cannot believe they serve a big bowl of potato soup for lunch, and all roasted potatoes as side dishes. Bread is not fresh, feel like everything pre-made and put it together for you, no more second visit.
Delicious food and great view of Victoria Harbour. No walk-in is allowed which is not convenient.

Great setting, decent but unexceptional seafood heavy dishes. Crab salad was a highlight; octopus salad with polenta a lowlight and too heavy a sauce on risotta was unfortunate. Good service and the experience of being on the dock can make up for food shortcomings
With all the hype about this restaurant and all new restaurants in the Ocean Terminal extension, I expected a lot, but I was so disappointed. We came here for a drink and some food. It was a quiet night, so there were a lot of empty tables. We requested for a table indoor as it was cold out but were told we could only be seated on the deck as it was late. It made no sense as it was 2 hours from closing. We stayed anyway as the view was spectacular, but since we were on the deck, we basically had to order everything from their bar, essentially serving ourselves with the drinks. They did serve us our pizzas but we had to bring the drinks from the bar to our own table! It also took us at least 10 minutes to just wait at the bar when there was no one in line, and the bartenders were just doing inventories and chit chatting. This was the worst service I’ve had at a relatively new restaurant. I will never come back again.
Nice simple decoration with quality food!
An awful experience. First, they never answer the phone for table bookings. Secondly, they don’t take orders well as pasta requested al dente comes only overly boiled (we even ordered their signature pappardelle). Thirdly, when there are lots of vacant tables they still ask you to leave to free up your table.
How is it possible they claim to have come from Milan but run an Italian joint so poorly? Go to Al Molo instead.
Reservation required. The food is good,especially the sea brass. Recommend for celebration, friends gathering, as the Victoria harbour sea view is excellent.
They “offer” reservations via email from their website. They don’t answer any emails or make reservations ever. They just don’t reply.
Tried to call them – they don’t answer calls. Five times! “Sorry the number you have dialed cannot be reached at the moment”.
Showed up in person. “YOU NEED A RESERVATION!”
Yea Papermoon. I am not going to walk all the way along Ocean Terminal to beg for an appointment for the next day or week. Sorry but you’re really not worth it.
By far the worst and most arrogant service people across all of Hong Kong.
This place seriously boasts the most stunning views in Hong Kong. Food is also great and authentic. I recommend their Pizza Margherita. Delicious.

Great Services !! Tonight is our anniversary dinner , they serve us like prince and princess as possible. They give their professional suggestions for us to order the food. Moreover, the dessert comes with “happy paper Anniversary ” chocolate wordings, how sweet ! they helps us taking a photo and arrange another seat which next to the seaview. We will definitely come here again.

Fine dining restaurant with very nice view, dinner time should be very romantic, a good choice for celebration or special occasion, not really traditional Italian but fusion food, a bit pricey high-end restaurant, service and quality just so so…comparatively not upto that level, high score for atmosphere there only.
