It dominates the best location to enjoy the seaview of Victoria Harbour while having authentic Italian food. The brunch set ordered was fantastic from the appetites to the dessert! Remarkable!!

After a free jazz event in West Kowloon opera house with my wife, we strolled over to Harbour City on a beautiful afternoon. A little thirsty decided to have a drink in Paper Moon enjoy a beautiful view of the harbour. We ended up ordered a bottle since they don’t have hh that afternoon. Surprisingly refreshing bottle of 1857 cab franc sparkling, pink bubble accompanied with an orange setting sun, this is living all about! After a few sip we decided to stay for dinner, luckily they were running a lobster surprise set meal, so be it! First bake lobster appetiser, not fresh lobster, but tasted good, then came lobster bisque, yum. We asked to hold the main so we could enjoy the view… main was surf & turf, of course grill lobster company by filet mignon, traditional, tasty. Both of us don’t eat or at least try to resist sweets & deserts, so we ordered 1 for both of us. It was surprisingly delightful, light whipped cream with lime juice & zest, underneath yummy wet tiramisu, tasty, but not overly sweet, washed down with decent Italian roast….. what a perfect Saturday evening!

i remember the dish is yummy and view maybe depends your luck for the arrangement . Price seems little bit high not family style rest. couple and business will be suitable
Went on a Sunday without a reservation but was fortunate enough to get an outdoor seats with the stunning view.
Ordered a-la-carte instead of the sets as there’s a minimum order for 2 which doesn’t give much flexibility though it was a better deal.
The roasted veal was like an edible art piece but it looks better than it tastes.
The dough of the seafood pizza was chewy, the thickness was right on spot and it matches well with the shrimp, octopus and squid.
The lobster linguine was cooked to al dante and that lobster was quite meaty but it’s slightly overpriced.
老婆極力推薦，預早book中午枱先有window side，不過枱與枱比較密。食物賣相質素同味道不錯。尤其甜品最大驚喜，唔溜，口感非常之好，冇話食完唔想食既感覺。服務友善，女侍應十分有禮。有機會下次會試晚餐。

米蘭式炸牛仔扒火箭菜車厘茄沙律- 原來呢個係炸, 叫果陣都冇留意到, 肉質很好吃, 但好淡, 又冇醬提供比我地
甜品叫左TIRAMISU, 其實都係因為想有個小CAKE同朋友慶祝生日, 估唔到TIRAMISU係最驚喜, 好食, 好軟好滑, 而且係碟上面寫左HAPPY BIRTHDAY,成個PRESENTATION都好靚
總結, 呢到都係主要食個景, 價錢同佢既食物質素唔算係正比, 但一試都無妨

食物味道差，炭燒牛扒只有炭味，沒有牛味，signature嘅pizza edi居然仲差過pizza hut。最差嘅係門口嘅reception，態度其差，如果唔係親友話要試吓，我一定唔會入嚟，最後都證實唔應該入嚟!

Very nice outdoor view! Bread are fine, not my type.
Red prawn is so sweet, salad was alright. Pasta is nice, homey flavour.
Oysters are fresh and in good size. The champagne package price is very reasonable.

美食美景 好地方
Lunch set 唔錯，pizza edi 好好味，有無敵大海境環境超正，waiter 同 waitress 都好 nice。lunch set 個牛唔掂，淋到湯渣咁，lunch set 個甜品主尤算吧啦… 其他嘢都好滿意。
餐廳可以欣賞到海景，第一次食到有生蠔加小龍蝦的下午茶，價格比較貴，仍然值得一試，當然大家都喜歡打卡拍照。
a beautiful view and good value fine dining. excellent for anyone who are looking for a good night view of the harbour. try to ask for a outdoor seat if the weather allow.

環境一流，食物中上，但服務員又是老毛病，欠積極及笑容，若能有所改善將可獲更高評價。
Atmosphere and view were very good. Staff was nice but the restaurant was obviously understaffed. Food was above average but not exceptional. Prices were reasonable than expected

The environment is good, however the brunch that I had is just so so, the portion is generous, the cold cut and seafood platters are fresh, however the salami is tough.
Main course I tried the steak and scallop spaghetti. The steak is very tough, and too chewy, and the scallop is cool not hot, the spaghetti is tasteless, only with salt water flavor.
The tiramisu is the only item that I found. It is good, the chocolate cake is ok but a bit dry.
I would expect more for almost $500 per head lunch.
Afternoon tea on a weekday & surprisingly the place was filled with ppl.
Each table had a clear partition separator ??
Not a fan of oysters, luckily this didnt give me any upset tummy.
Overall the food was tasty, not too sweet but portion was rather dainty.
Was still hungry after the meal ? not sure if it was becos i skipped lunch ?

Delicious food, spectacular view and 5 stars service. The best dining experience in Harbour City. Highly recommended Italian restaurant in HK. I had a relaxing brunch today.

Ppl said their dinner or lunch taste great(I never tried) but the afternoon tea honestly taste awful.
Nice view but food & coffee suck. For the price with that view, guess it’s worth a visit. But need to get window seats or outdoor seats. Otherwise, highly not recommended
食材、味道、地方、環境尚算良好！但在露天平台那身材較矮小的華籍男侍應的態度認真要好好檢討！！雖不是一定要你笑面迎人，但木口木面，客人點菜時，沒有半點反應、溝通??，上菜時又只放下算數?在這價錢級數的餐廳，他真令人掃興啊！
反而，那位應是主管級的外籍男士，上菜時會說明是甚麼菜式，還說句Enjoy! …
地方很好，員工很友善，食物也很美味，近窗的座位，景觀美麗，天氣好的時候，室外位置是不錯的選擇。
