A waste of the view when the food is so bad, starter salmon tata is the worst i ever had, doesn’t look fresh, risotto was overcooked too much i had to tell them the dish is disgusting and change to spaghitti, then the quality of spaghitti is also disappointing u can tell they use bad quality of pasta, i will never go again and they should change the chef, not worth to pay $400 for a lunch with this quality.

Paper Moon 的假日早午餐，值得一試。 Starter 非常正斗，沙律生果不只新鲜，而且份量頗。 四人光顧，有四大碟，最後要打包一碟回家。
主菜亦出色，以煎魚和牛面肉最好。 加上甜品皇牌提拉米蘇，平日 upgrade 也要加58港元，現在全包三百多已有得食，抵玩。 早鸟， 12時半前埋單，仲有8折，卽係連加一收費约330港元， 點会唔想去試下。
Environment – cant complain with the view of victoria harbour. Very good location and ambience with the music and lighting. However we were sitting outside and the railing was higher than our table and seats which was a shame as it almost completely blocks your view of the harbor.
Service – fine in general. People do regularly check up on us, filling water and responsive. The next level will be having the staff more welcoming.
Food – the complimentary bread was probably the highlight of the dinner. They were soft and fluffy. The balsamic vinegar and the oil were of high quality. However the main we ordered – pizza Edi (which is their signature salami chilli pizza) was disappointing. The dough was good as it was not too thick and chewy. The topping and the sauce on the other hand were tasteless. The only thing i could taste was the saltiness of the 5 thin slices of the salami on the pizza. It was just generally lacking a lot of flavors that I was expecting from a 200$+ salami pizza. There are pizzas under 200$ that are way better in hk.
We only ordered one item which was a bit disappointing so we didn’t order the dessert. Other mains like the pasta might be a better option to try if you come here. Overall you are paying for the view and environment here not the food i guess. Good place to hang out with a group of friends for drinks and snacks. Nice ambience and music. Pizza – underwhelming.

食物可以，但服務卻差強人意，解答問題不清晰，服務態度欠佳。作為高級食府不應有這種待客態度。
環境好，食材一流，特別欣賞麵包和橄欖油。
性價比高，但味道比較淡
假日來這裡午餐，今天碰巧遇上風球，間中大雨，所以浪費了個景，這裡環境幾好，可以一邊望住維港景一邊食美食，享受一下假期。

Lunch with a View ??
Had been to Paper Moon for dinner a few times, completely mesmerised by the panoramic night view for every single visit ? This time went there for lunch during day time, the stunning sea view definitely cheered up my day and could possibly be the most cure to Monday Blues ???
Ordered their set lunch with appetizer, main and dessert –
Buffalo Mozzarella & Heirloom Tomatoes ? (with fresh tomato coulis)
Grilled Salmon with Roasted Cauliflower and Leek Purée ?

Visited on Sunday for brunch and arrived at around 11:30. Walked in and no reservation is needed.
A set for two with cold cut and mixed seafood platter. Generous potion and tasted okay.
Pizza is really good, nice crust and thin. Roasted sea bass is just okay.
For dessert, Tiramisu and chocolate cake are not sweet. Tiramisu is far more superior than the cake (which is an disappointment).
Great view of Victoria Harbour and probably need reservation if you want to seat next to the window.

I really appreciate the excellent service of the staff especially the Restaurant Manager Marco. They take care of customer’s needs and are willing to accept their opinions. The environment is very nice and tidy, the food tastes pretty good especially the apple tart. Highly recommended for anyone to dine in here.

龍蝦鮮甜，蝦膏飽滿。
意粉有韌度又爽口，沾滿醬汁，絕對食不停口。
朱古力蛋糕
賣相普通，但入口軟綿，有朱古力的濃香又帶點raseberry 嘅酸甜。
paper moon 8/6/22,午餐，套餐HKD 398 ，前菜, 主餐, 甜點，三道式，海港城最裡面，擁有景觀可以看維多利亞港也可以看到摩天輪，有室內及室外的座位，室外座位因為夏天太熱，目前坐在室內，有桌巾，看到服務人員用電熨斗燙平桌巾,餐巾是不織布
桌上有下午茶的推廣照片，看起來很炫，兩個人港幣598 ，應該是很受歡迎的下午茶
麵包配上橄欖油，義大利式的吃法,麵包送上來的時候還有一點溫度鬆軟好吃
海鮮沙拉有魷魚,蝦子,魚肉,馬鈴薯,哈密瓜,火腿,蔬菜，因為好多都是半生熟，有些人應該會不習慣,吃起來感覺還是生了一點
選了干貝義大利麵當主餐,麵條稍微硬一些，調味不錯，主要就是三顆干貝，沒有其他什麼配料，內容比較不澎湃
甜點提拉米蘇，底下不是餅乾的那一種，算是符合水準

The Food taste is ok-ok kind. And food quantity is very very less when compared to cost. But only if you want to enjoy the ambience and avenue of stars view, then you can visit this place. It’s better pre-book the place or else you may need to wait. For enjoying the food, I won’t suggest. Its ok for onetime visit for royalty dinner with outstanding view.

Great to be here on a cool Autumn day. Deep Sea Blu, Olive all’ascolana and a view of the west harbour skyline made a very interesting happy-hour. Just wish my friends were here too ~

Celebrated 1st Paper Wedding Anniversary at Paper Moon. Fair price. Window seats with nice harbour view. Italian food is nice.
Tables well spaced and food is good and nicely served. Both indoor and outdoor seatings but all with great harbour view. Price tag is of the higher end but sometimes promotion offers might apply especially if one gets its membership.

唯獨限時餐饍，有點破壞用饍氣氛!因要睇時間再加單!建議餐單還可加多點選擇，是晚欠缺T-bone order, 有點失望!建議訂枱時，可加設預訂，所以响餐扣左D分數!

We came here for the 2-for-1 special deal for lunch. The lamb and “wagyu” were just okay, but the fish was excellent. The Caesar salad was also a table favourite. Don’t bother with the steak tartare.
Note that the deal only works if you have an even number of people (you cannot order 2 dishes with just one person dining). Beautiful ambiance.

I had the great pleasure to visit Paper Moon restaurant recently and I must say it was a truly memorable experience. The service was outstanding, from the moment we arrived until the time we left. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the manager, Harcourt Mak, was especially helpful and accommodating.
The food was absolutely delicious. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with the perfect balance of flavor. The tiramisu was a delightful dessert; creamy, light, and with just a hint of sweetness. It was the perfect way to finish off an amazing meal.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with Paper Moon and I am certain that anyone who visits will have an equally pleasant experience. The wonderful service coupled with the delicious food makes this restaurant a definite five star restaurant.
