15 Mar 19: lunch with friends here, we ordered set lunch, free-flow drinks and soup, the spaghetti is good, chicken with honey mustard sauce, but I don’t think it is honey mustard sauce, it just like a color mixture, luckily the taste is not bad. Price is around $60-80. During lunch hour, not many people come and no need to queue.
Welcome soft bread, unlimited soups, various pasta dishes with rich ingredients, perfect choices of cold and hot coffee and tea, clean and calm environment at reasonable price!!! But why?? Why this restaurant is not busy and why people give only four stars here??? Whenever I came here, I shared with my friends of ideas of why.
First why was agreed by all that its enteranc was too simple and looking like a normal local 茶餐厅. Not many will recognise it is a pasta restaurant, if you don’t understand Chinese.
Second why was suggested by myself, that the pasta noodle was overcooked. Cooking level of noodle is really up to individual taste. But i think al dente is a standard and mostly preferred. But its noodle is too soft and easily broken, overcooked.
經理超級好人，我帶了一班活潑好動既智障學生去食午餐，訂檯安排得好周到，湯好飲，意粉唔錯，食得飽，價錢又合理。自問我班學生太活潑有點嘈吵，經理依然招呼得我地好好，所以好感激職員既服務態度和包容，以及其他食客既包容。

四星酒店三星食物水平
諗住喺酒店入邊嘅餐廳水準都應該唔會太差，雖然係四星級嘅酒店，但係食物就冇四星嘅質素啦！
裝修簡陋，座位安排比較迫，一睇餐牌發現價錢都唔平，有八十幾至到百幾蚊不等。但係標榜湯任飲，咖啡奶茶自助添飲，感覺上又真係冇咁貴啦！
有兩款湯中式同埋忌廉蘑菇湯，兩款湯就好似茶餐廳嘅例湯，一係太鹹一係就太淡。
茄汁海鮮意粉賣相就唔錯啦，蝦的雪味太多，龍利魚柳偏硬。
蜜糖芥末汁雞扒個樣睇落去好大塊，但係就係好薄身，實際份量同普通雞扒餐差唔多，冇乜蜜糖冇乜芥末味。
紅酒燴牛肋排差唔多20分鐘先煮好，但係呢一個有心機煮出嚟嘅餸就真係最好食啦，牛肋又淋又入味。
呢個價錢來講性價比比較低。
意粉廚房。。只算係普通而唔難食既水準，非常無特色嘅西餐廳！
