Excellent cacio e pepe, tender cod, and a wonderful pistachio ice cream brioche. Traditional dishes with high quality ingredients. The upper section is called Cannubi with a la carte and lunch sets, the lower section is Tuber, a fine dining area serving a disgustation menu ($1880pp). A private room at Tuber is also available to serve larger parties. Glad to have such a lovely and authentic addition to the Kowloon side!

Good food on a comfortable space. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere.
the food is very good. The steak is superb, dessert is also very good quality. Quite pricy but worth to give a try.
The four of us ordered the lunch sets with an appetiser and a pasta each. Food was pretty good but the service could be better. Servers to customers ratio was a little on the low side for weekend lunch service and didn’t help that the servers weren’t very attentive. Long gaps between courses too – a 30 min gap between appetiser/pasta is a bit long for lunch.

Italian chef Umberto Bombana has hopped across the harbour for the first time, launching three new restaurants in K11 Musea with the Octavo dining group – two Italian restaurants, Cannubi and Tuber, connected by a private staircase, and an steakhouse named Kilo.
positions itself as a wine bar and offers an extensive wine list of over a thousand bottles of finest wine. You could find wine cellars all around the restaurant and even outside of the restaurant. They do serve a food menu as well, featuring Italian antipasti, pasta and main course dishes.
Curated by Chef Bombana, Cannubi is where you could definitely expect some top-notch pastas from. Be sure to try some of their famed dishes such as the red prawn linguine which was really quite nice! I actually loved the sourdough and the veal tenderloin (appetizer) as well.
Their lunch menus are relatively affordable: $358 for appetizer and pasta; $398 for appetizer and main; and $488 for appetizer, pasta and main.

《Cannubi》以酒吧餐廳作為定位,名字源自Piedmont著名的酒釀山丘,這裡提供多達二千種美酒,必定令到訪這裡的好酒人士回味無窮
餐廳裝潢典雅,燈光昏暗,氣氛蠻浪漫,也令人食慾大增
午餐菜單定價蠻親民:
一道前菜 + 一道意粉 $358
一道前菜 + 一道主菜 $398
一道前菜 + 一道意粉 + 一道主菜 $488
甜品 $70
(雖然如此,但想要吃特別一點或招牌菜式,也可能要加錢改配)
這天嚐的每道菜式都很高水準,其中招牌紅蝦意粉的確值得一試,另外也很喜歡餐前麵包、小牛肉前菜跟提拉米蘇甜品
份量剛剛好,不會吃不飽,也不會飽到上心口
如果肚子容量有限,建議在意粉跟主菜之間,選意粉喔
• Bread – Sourdough
• Appetizer – Veal tenderloin
牛肉來自法國,質感相當柔嫩細膩
配上油封吞拿魚腩醬,令口感更加香滑
上面放上西芹、橄欖、capers,加添味道跟口感層次
• Appetizer – Pata Negra ham
西班牙風乾火腿,鹹香十足,配上香甜的意大利蜜瓜,多吃幾件都可以!
• Pasta – Fresh tagliatelle, Wagyu beef ragout, confit tomatoes
簡單來說,就是「肉醬意粉」
和牛肉醬跟油封番茄配合的很好,又香又甜
Tagliatelle很有咬口,粗度跟厚度剛好可以把醬汁掛在其上
• Pasta – Linguine “Gentile”, Carabinero red prawns, tomato confit
然後就是這道招牌的紅蝦意粉 (+$290)
先擠出蝦頭的汁,跟意粉混合同吃
西班牙紅蝦肉質緊緻彈牙、味道鮮甜
醬汁蝦味濃郁,同樣配上油封番茄
熟度剛剛好的linguine完美的掛汁,好吃、口感也很好
• Main – Alaskan cod
阿拉斯加鱈魚肉質非常滑嫩彈牙
配上以蜆跟海鮮製成的醬汁
• Side (served w/ main) – Ratte potatoes
每道主菜均可配搭一款配菜
這個薯仔配菜外脆內軟,表面灑上辣粉,所以帶一點點辣味
• Dessert – Classic tiramisu ($70)
最後甜品的部分,點了一份經典意大利甜點「提拉米蘇」
以碗盛載,表面灑滿可可粉,看上去非常吸引
Mascarpone cheese 質感幼滑細密
手指餅吸滿咖啡,咖啡味香濃,質感剛好,不會過於濕軟
整體甜度平衡得宜,是一道令人滿足的甜點
This is a great place, the food was high quality for a solid price! The staff was very nice and overall had a great experience!
Excellent service and food!
As a start, the bread is soft and tastes very well (so good that we had two). Both the Vegetable Soup (we ordered one bowl to share) and Roasted Octopus from the appetizers are top-notch.
Highlight of the night is certainly the finely made pasta – we ordered Spaghetti Puttanesca (spaghetti with capers, olives, and anchovies in cherry tomato sauce – remember to mix the dish well to enjoy a mouthful of perfect al dente spaghetti fully covered by the sauce/ingredient) and Red Pawn Linguine (simply flawlessly cooked, so good) which gave us an opportunity to try pasta in different style/origin! Special credits to the manager who introduced us the specialty of the two pasta dishes and allowed us to enjoy them to the fullest.
Both the main course – Iberico Pork and dessert – Classic Tiramisu are good, though on a relative basis not as stunning as the appetizer and pasta.
Nevertheless, will certainly return and try other pasta and main dishes!

The bread was very crispy, and it’s super soft in the inside.

The vegetable soup is very good.
Full of flavour~
?Pasta was not small,
Ragu is full of the flavour of the meat,
not lots of seasoning,
the color is more intense than the taste.
? Iberico pork was so good, feels like eating a steak. Juicy and strong flavour.
? Alaskan cod was the right amount of fat,
The texture of the meat is great~
Everyone chose broccolini as the side dish
Fresh and well seasoned.
Dessert was ok, tiramisu not moist enough but cheese was nice.
Croissant ? with pistachio gelato,
The gelato has very strong flavour
But there are too many nice bakery and desserts in the same building, j prefer to skip dessert and explore around after meal.

Nice Italian restaurant with tasty dishes. The tagliatelle with Wagyu ragout is delicious. I also have the Japanese tomato with burrara and that dish was excellent as well. Worth a try.

Burrata and Tomato Fresh Tagliatelle
We came here because of Bombana’s reputation but we were disappointed!
Red prawn pasta tasted borderline fishy, lukewarm, not al dente, and best to describe as nothing special.
Wagyu tagliatelle frustratingly lukewarm and too sweet.
The veal tripe though Amatriciana was still overly sweet.
So disappointed. A waste of a good space at K11 musea.

Miss the red prawn pasta for long since Keith left Giacomo and re-joined chef Bombana’s big family
Bread also outstanding
And they have plenty of interesting Italian wine choices from the wine list
A lovely lunch with knowledgeable friendly service and great food and wine. A must!

Service is not bad but it took the food to be served way too long. However, it was worth the wait as the food was indeed very tasty.
