Just bad. Definitely not authentic Chiu Chow cuisine. Dinner is ridiculously pricey for the quality and taste. You can easily find much better restaurants at this price range.
“潮庭” 看上去會認為是純潮州菜, 但情況又不是, 比較像一般的酒樓, 唯一覺得有潮州 feel 的就是那功夫茶. 總的來說, 味道是可以的.

Awesome meal of Singaporean food. The pepper crab seasoning was good, and the Sri Lankan crab used was very large and filled with juicy, sweet meat. Absolutely worth the money. The 肉脞面 had an amazing balance of flavours and is an absolute must to try before the end of the promotion.
美心 集團，潮州菜，點心師父製作都好出色，這邊大多數香港人食，地方雖然旺地但不是國內人士主打購物用餐地點，反而食品更 認真製作！不會因租金貴而把食物質數下降！食品有驚喜！可試

Nice place with Chiuchow food
We were being recommended by a HK Friend to have our dinner there. We were impressed by the environment and ambient there. However we are very disappointed by the poor service. When the first dish was served, the waitress told us to quickly finish our food so that we could get lost faster. We were stunted by such remarks. We didn’t expect the dishes to be served so fast. Their serving was so quick that the table was filled with most dishes.
We ordered HK$2,380 and the total cost for this dinner is HK$2,782.80 which is equivalent to SGD485.00 for 8 pax.
How can we appreciate the good food if our mood was badly being affected at the beginning? Sad that we didn’t enjoy our dinner that night.

食物ok. 但就有個不好的感覺, 入坐前問清楚信用卡折扣, 現超過12位, 是否要分開坐, 他的員工說無問題, 到埋單, 穿黒色西裝的主管說, 他們超過了12人, 所以沒有折扣了, 退他說你的員工答應了, 我們才不分枱坐, 這位主管, 就站在不動, 也不找他們員工去追究發生什麼事. 現在就是沒有折扣, 你比唔比的樣子, 為有照比吧. 不會再去
食物保持得好好質素。 前菜好好味，星光行三間美心集團中菜，呢間最好味，價錢也是較合理和物值好。
蝦棗 和 蟹棗 做得好味。 梅都骨 和花枝餅都好味

基本上你可以用粵語和他們交談，他們會從一開始就問你“你要什麼茶？”，所以最好提前準備。
提供的食物很美味，沒有什麼不尋常的。如果您想安心地享用當地美食，我認為這就是這個地方

地處星光行1樓 , 食物潮式為主 , 雖不是極具特色但也頗美味可口。如不是太陽猛烈 , 還可遠望海景。約會了3 2知己餐後還可在附近流達。
Food is not up to standard at this price. We requested to refill our teapot but it was gone for over 20 minutes, it came back after we enquired the staff for 4 to 5 times.
