Nice ramen. The pork cheek meat is tasty and sweet. Good portion and not so pricey as well.

可口的。味噌拉麵
山頭火。其實佢係一間喺北海道出名嘅連鎖拉麵店。世界各地都有分店。係曾經我喺美國住嘅時候，鍾情嘅一間拉麵店。 鹽味同麵豉湯底出色，記得曾經香港未有豚王，一蘭之前，曾經有三間分店。 但唔知係唔係香港人比較鍾情豬骨湯底 (紅色白色黑色嗰啲）,結果唔係好做得住。
其實 iSquare 呢個地點系尖沙咀但好多時都唔會經過。過每年都會特登去食至少一至兩次。
P.S. 其實經常會喺日本 seven eleven 見到山頭火同一風堂嘅即食拉麵並列出售。唔好睇小呢間嘢
Good ramen as always
相比起日本任何一間分店，呢間的確係遜色一啲，撇開環境同氣氛，拉麵嘅湯底同上枱時嘅温度都係爭啲，餃子亦麻麻，但總括嚟講又唔係去到唔好食。

Today’s rainy weather made me craving for some ramen.⛈️ We went to HOKKAIDO RAMEN SANTOUKA in iSQUARE. They have three sizes for you to pick (S/M/L). I ordered M size but the portion was quite big that I couldn’t finish it. ? I Enjoy their spicy, rich and creamy broth soup with springy and frizzy ramen. However I wish we can customize the spice level ourselves.

This ramen may not be the most tasty one.
But i really love Ramen Santouka since it open at iSquare in 2009.
山頭火算是較早期來港的日本拉麵店，面對近年新來港的拉麵店，顯得沒有太大賣點。拉麵和其他食物不過不失，勝在價格不像新的拉麵店進取，仍可找到價格合理的套餐。

This is the best ramen I’ve tasted so far. I ordered toroniku simmered pork cheek shio ramen. It came with thick rich broth and the pork cheek just melted in my mouth. It was really good!

The ramen (combo) is always good and satisfying. They also offer S/M/L size for customers, nice touch. However, dont expect excellent service from this place. To me, I m ok with local mama style service, huh!

飯好一般，個麵湯偏咸，食落味道似food court質素，絕對唔值呢個價
『山頭火』多年前在馬尼拉食過一次, 香港就首次幫襯。
午餐A：2件寿司, 2件炸雞球 & 細拉麵 $98. 日本拉麵店嚟到香港, 緊係要入鄉隨俗, 咁匙羹同筷子用杯水浸住上都好應該, 食咗幾廿年日本菜, 咁樣上餐具真係夠哂特別。
鹽味拉麵, 麵條軟硬適中, 豬骨湯底, 不太咸, 味道濃郁。 炸雞球, 味道唔錯。 再配2件『爭鮮』級數的三文魚寿司, 咁又一餐。

吾明點解咁多人話鹹？?可能已經改善咗？我一啲都吾覺鹹，味道啱啱好?。如果怕鹹就吾好食日本拉麵啦！今次叫左拉麵＋炸?扒定食，味道非常好?！塊叉燒好厚又入味?炸豬扒好吾錯。唯一覺得怪怪地係果度做啲阿姐個個都係「譚仔」口音?，入左去坐低以為自己入左間「譚仔」?。話晒係出名??連鎖店，係吾係應該有一個半個日本人睇場呢？而且佢地啲日文又求其講，埋單後果句「arigato gozaimashita」都懶講晒，只係講「gozaimashita」。其實求其講不如吾好講，覺得好影響氣氛。?去依啲專門店食嘢當然要食埋氣氛啦。 …

I used to go to the one in San Jose, United State. They both make pretty good ramen! My favourite is the salmon roe bowl.
Not sure when could we go to japan for a reman and it’s great still could enjoy the Hokkaido Ramen in Hong Kong.

This used to be one of my favourite ramen joints in Hong Kong when it was located at Kornhill Plaza many years ago, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it relocated to TST. Ordered the usual miso ramen but something is just not quite right. The soup felt the same as before, but the ramen seem to be a bit hard to chew and the pork is way too slim/rough. A bit of a letdown this time hope it gets better in the future.

山頭火拉麵同餃子好好食
My first Santouka toroniku shio ramen was decades ago in LA and it’s been one of my favorite ramen ever since. I’m glad I ran into one in HK as well.
Also happy to report that it is as good as I remembered. Maybe a tad less saltier here compared to the US but still very porky and flavorful. This spot is a standalone restaurant inside a mall but not part of a food court like many in the US.
If Ramen is the dish you are looking for, you must must (yes double) come here. Have th spick pork cheek ramen. It’s amazing. Pair that with a nice cold beer and you are in heaven
Conveniently located in the shopping mall iSquare and is just above Exit R of the TST MTR station. The ramen ? tastes pretty authentic and is comparable to the ramen in Japan. One must try is the grilled scallops on Hokkaido white rice. Though the scallops are kinda small, the taste is exquisite. …
性價比還不錯，飯菜也不算雞肋，但很難說特別好吃。我覺得不值得出去吃飯。
last order 才入店，沾湯冷麵，廚師趕收工，煮的時間不足，麵是生的，麵是和暖，根本不能吃，給店家反映了，原碗拿回去。廚師只是把舊的拉麵再煮煮，但可惜仍然是生的，重煮的麵表面已經開始糊了，內裡仍是生的…根本吃不下嚥，只能打包回家自己再煮。
